Very nice, well maintained property. Communication with property manager was professional and efficient. We've stayed in a number of condos in Regatta Bay, and this one is among the best.

We had a great time at this location! The owner even called me when i had questions about something. Very prompt and very friendly. My only main concern was the internet speed, however... with that view and location, it's all about taking in the sights and relaxing! Would absolutely stay there again and make it our new annual tradition for the lake!

Wonderful place
Stayed with my 84 year old Dad. Screened in porch was wonderful by the water. Condo was perfect! Very responsive and easy to check in/out. Loved this place and would definitely return!

I loved the lake view of the property and everyone was friendly and helpful.
It is very well equipped, but could not figure out how to work the shower, but I enjoyed a relaxing bath in the tub. The place is comfortable and cozy for family or couples only. I will most definitely rent again and this time it will be a couple only or two best friend getaway vacation spots!!! No complaints on my end! It is just what the doctor orders!!!

Wonderful , quiet location
Loved the screened in patio for eating meals on. Very convenient boat rentals at Bombay bait rentals at the lodge of 4 seasons. Great view from the living room and bedroom and relatively well equipped kitchen with plenty of the basics

Maximum Relaxation
The condo was exactly as presented in VRBO. We picked the ultimate week for a nice quiet time - the weekend after Labor Day and the week before the Bike week. Loved the wildlife between the ducks, geese and the groundhogs - all viewed from the windows or screened in porch. Fishing was fun too! This unit would have been great for two couples to stay in.

This property was everything that was promised! Lake view, super clean, kitchen supplies, appliances in good working order.
Very spacious and well decorated. Easy check in and good communication with property manager. Would highly recommend and would personally love to return!

Just what we needed!
Our trip to Lake of the Ozarks was just what our family needed, and the condo was a perfect place for us to stay. The location, accommodations and overall space fit our needs for the 5 of us. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and night time cocktails. The beds were very comfy and got us recharged for the day - the sofa sleeper had a topper to add more support /comfort. We didn’t use the pools but they looked nice - we spent most of our time in the lake. This is our second stay in this condo complex and would welcome a third :-)

The first thing they did was lost any record of the full payment that we had made the next thing tha
The first thing that happened was the property manager lost all record of the full payment that we had made for the property. That finally got corrected after several phone calls. When we arrived at the property and walked in the door we realized the property had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. All beds were unmade . and all the towels were wet and in the bathtubs. We had to call the management people to have the cleaning people come in and clean the unit before we could even occupy it.. The next thing we realized is the property that we had was not not the same property that we approved on the pictures. The property that they gave us was really outdated and nothing like the pictures that we looked at. Very disappointing experience. Only positive thing we can say is the air conditioning worked well. Otherwise, it’s an experience we hope never to repeat.

What a great unit
Out the front door and a few steps to the lake. We couldn’t have asked for a better unit to stay in. We were close to everything and with amazing lake views. It rained the whole time we were there, but they were outfitted with plenty of entertainment. Thanks for a great vacation

Wonderful time at the lake!
The condo provided a perfect getaway for us. The 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, gave us room to spread out and was perfect for our group, which consisted of two couples. The whole condo was nicely decorated, very clean and has just about everything you need. The screened in balcony, with comfy furniture and a great view of the lake, provided a bug-free spot to enjoy a cocktail and unwind. It’s true that there are many stairs leading down to the unit, so be prepared for a bit of a workout. While a little tough, we’d book this place again in a minute.

Relaxing Stay
Our stay consisted of 4 days/3 nights. We were VERY satisfied with everything about the condo. It was very clean, modern decor and roomy. The beds were pretty hard (felt like sleeping on box springs only) but we survived. We didn't set outside on the patio balcony because of construction repairs and several floor to ceiling braces taking up most of the space...but we were there with 7 other couples and used their patio space instead. Overall it we enjoyed it and would rent again!

great place to stay
We really enjoyed the lake views and the location - I would say that if you are not able to do stairs very well this will not be the condo for you - it is the bottom floor and we had to go 3 flights of stairs from the parking lot - we were not expecting that as it wasn't mentioned in the property description. We would take our time going up and down them but it is a lot when you are unloading your vehicle with luggage, groceries etc. but otherwise my husband and I really enjoyed the property

Feast Of Tabernacles 2019
We spent 12 wonderful days at this property. It has a beautiful corner screened deck for dinner outdoors and very spacious accommodations. The kitchen is also very well stocked with everything we needed to entertain even a large group from our church.
In fact we were surprised at how there seemed to be every little thing we would need in the kitchen.
The management was very responsive and quickly answered our every question.
We would have no hesitance in recommending this condo for anyone.

Beautiful condo on the lake
Clean, nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the fully functional kitchen for making breakfast and sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the water while we ate.

steps. Coffee maker did not work so we replaced with management agreeing to reimburse.

Spacious, clean condo on the lake
We stayed at this condo with another couple and we really enjoyed it! Spacious enough for two couples. The screened in balcony was super enjoyable. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean! No hot tub on the property though :(
