The best way to describe this property is "adequate and functional." The apartment has a nice view, but the decor is a dated. Couch is very uncomfortable and needs replacing. Listing says the apartment has a washer and dryer, but it does not. The check in process is a nightmare. One person in a window, checking in people to two very large buildings. This is not the owner's fault and he was very responsive and a good communicator.

This property is beautiful. Everything from the valet to the pools, beach access, parking, the condo Everything was very nice. We had a small issue with the A/c while we were staying. I contacted Alec. He was there immediately, and took care of it right away. We loved our stay and can't wait to book for our next trip! Thank you for making our 25th anniversary a great trip!

Beautiful view! Very relaxing and quiet. Alec was very quick to respond to any questions and people in the area were very nice and helpful. Downloaded and took the Circuit transportation which was very cheap and extremely helpful.

We arrived around 10pm and was able to check right in to the unit. Valet took all of our info and gave us instructions of check in at the office over in the other building after 9am. I went to check in around 9:30am and was in the office for about an hour. This is where you will get the resort wristbands, the token to scan for entry (non-refundable) and a parking tag (refundable). The check in process was a little long so be prepared to spend a good hour or two in line if you arrive late and have to check in on the morning after. Other than that the unit was decent. The mattress needs updated and a foam topper for the fold out bed in the living room would be helpful too. When the neighbors above were cooking you could smell their food through the vents so we closed the vent in the kitchen and had to open the balcony door a little. Bring some air fresher just in case. Owner is close by so that was nice when he was needed. Thanks Alec!

You also get a key fob that you have to pay for and use for every door you go through, pay for parking, and pay for a parking pass that you return. The apartment itself could use some work, the fridge was dirty, the stove top didn't work well, the toilet doesn't flush right, and the couch is harder then a rock. Also, there is laundry available on that floor, but unfortunately you need a special card to do it and there was none available in the apartment. It was njce that there were beach chairs and an umbrella available for use. We bought a small cooler and left there because there was none available. Pretty much majority of people there or in the area speak Spanish too, so that made for some obstacles. The location you can't beat, the view of the ocean is beautiful. I'm not sure if we'd stay here again, mostly because of all the rules and red tape to do anything in the building.

we had a nice stay over the holiday. check in needs to improve. the unit was nice, pointed out a few things to owner one of which he took care of right away. even though we are required bracelets for pool area, many were not wearing them which caused a shortage of chairs around the pool each day. location is good, traffic can be trying at times, but thoroughly enjoyed our holiday vacation.

Did not like the location. There weren’t any good restaurants close by and and hardly anyone spoke English.

Check-in was a huge headache and getting parking figured out was tricky too. Lots of rules to follow during your stay and you have to wear a wrist band. Anyone who visits you is not allowed at the pool, so my Morher-in-law could not come hang out at the pool with her grand daughter - and we went to Miami to visit her so they could spend time together. You had to pay for each key fob that allowed you into certain areas of the condo building- non-refundable. We used Uber a lot, but once we got the parking figured out, it was fine. Tge hanging tag to get in and out of garage, cost a deposit - to be refunded upon return. Only problem is the office closed 2 minutes early on the day we had to turn it back in ( the day before we left because their office closes at 6 pm. We lost our parking deposit because of this :(. We didn’t like that we all had to wear plastic bracelets during our stay to show we belonged at the condo. The condo was fine and comfortable, except the oven wasn’t working, only one beach towel, and the beach umbrella was broken. Other than that, it was very clean and the building is very secure. The view is very nice off the balcony- right on the beach. The pool was fine too. But No decent restaurant or cafe in the building. The owner did provide a toaster oven to take the place of broken oven - but it was stored in a closet and a hassle to utilize. We would not go back because of the convoluted check-in and all the rules and the staff at the condo building were totally un-helpful.

Perfect location with easy beach access. Condo is clean and spacious. Alec have us a great recommendation for dinner.

Very nice condo and owner responded very fast with any questions. He also met us there to check in.
