Very clean, modern and well located townhouse. Within walking distance to restaurants and very close to the shuttle stop to Zion National Park. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I and our two teenage boys stayed at the townhome for six nights in March. The location of the townhome is absolutely perfect. Just being steps away from the grocery store was so convenient. We took shuttle number 5 into the park most days but did walk the 1 mile in a few times as well. Restaurants were all walkable. We never had to use our vehicle other than when we drove to Bryce one day. The townhome was clean and had everything you needed for making meals in. The beds and pull out couch were all comfortable. The owners checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. The only thing that would have been nice is if one of the bedrooms had two twins beds for a family of four.

We enjoyed our stay but it was vey difficult to sleep do to all the parking lot noise from the restaurant. I couldn’t imagine peak season! Downstairs was uncomfortably cold.

This townhouse has it all. Comfy accommodations, views, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer!!! Close to everything. You can walk to every restaurant, walk to the park, walk to shuttle. If you can’t find it here well then you don’t need it!!! We will be back for sure!

My husband and his parents and I came to explore Zion. We loved that this property was only a mile away from the entrance to the park, accommodated both our vehicles upon request and afforded us a beautiful afternoon view from the top balcony when we were relaxing after early morning hikes each day. Kitchen is well stocked, and a grocery store is less than a block away for east shopping. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been a grill! Highly recommend

We had a great experience at the Zion Townhome. Excellent location and all the amenities you need. Owner is very responsive and communicates well. Loved it and will certainly book again on my next trip to Zion.

We used this as our base for our family of 3 to explore Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon. The second level balcony has great views of mountains all around you in Springdale. Right next to a grocery store, restaurants and Springdale shuttle to Zion. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Likely stay here again in the future.

Rental was amazing! Location is a quick walk to stop 5 on the Springdale Shuttle and also walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Place was clean and well stocked. Was a very comfortable stay for my family and the view from the terrace for morning coffee could not be beat. Highly recommend!!

After a long day of hiking, it was so nice to come back to such a comfy space. Super soft carpet on my poor toes and pillowy bed for my sleepy head. The dishes, silverware, and cookware was quality and solid. So nice!

Very comfortable, clean , and great location . Supermarket was right across the street , bus stop very close , but we walked to Zion every day . Would definitely stay here again .

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Zion! Me Me's for breakfast, Sol foods right across the street, and steps from the shuttle stop. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Will never stay anyplace else when in Springdale. Thank you!!

Lovely townhome, clean, well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay--coffee, laundry detergent, soap, bottle opener, etc. Property owner was responsive. It was a great place to launch our visit to Zion! They could use a welcome mat inside the door for wet/muddy shoes, but a great place overall!

A big storm came through the day we were supposed to drive to Springdale and we couldn't get there. Mark was very reasonable with us and helped us work out an arrangement. We enjoyed our time here. Mark even came by to change some light bulbs. Great service, super convenient location. Loved our time!

The property was very central to everything, had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay, especially with a toddler. The views from the deck are great. The townhouse was also very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Matt answered any questions very quickly. Plenty of room for our family. 3 adults. Kitchen well equipped, even great coffee!! Great views of the canyon from both decks.
