We loved our time there! Would absolutely go back. Very clean, awesome location, owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. Perfect spot for a family/kids. Beautiful! Thank you for an awesome time!!

The home had everything needed for a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of cooking utensils. The downstairs worked out really well for the littles. Private dock was great! We made use of the paddleboard, kayak, and floating mat. The mat was a real hit with our 5 year old grandson. Real nice place, off the beaten path.

Perfect house. Perfect location. Perfect dock. Everything you need plus more. We loved the dock and spent 99% of our days down there. Could not of stayed at a better place. We will be back.

The property was just as described, clean and stocked, although pictures do make the inside look bigger than it is. There was plenty of outside areas to be. We spent a lot of time on the dock/water when not on the boat. Stephanie was great to work with, responded quickly if we had questions. Definitely recommend.

The house and dock are set up perfect for a family vacation. Very clean and has everything you need. I would highly recommend it.

We had a fabulous time for our annual family vacation! There was plenty of room and the house was very clean. I loved the window in the bathroom. We had ages 1 to 50 and everyone enjoyed the house and the lake. It was easy to load and unload with the driveway being right next to the house. The Lilly pad and water toys were super. Dock area and patio with the bar were our favorite spots and the screened in porch was nice in the mornings. Stephanie was easy to work with and so helpful even when we forgot a book at the house. I would definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back next year.

We had never been to The Lake of the Ozarks area before but really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location, with plenty of space for a large family gathering. Fantastic views of the lake along with a private dock and large ground level patio area. The home was well equipped to handle our group and the life jackets that were provided in all sizes was an especially nice feature. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay visiting the lake for a long weekend. The hosts made sure we settled in and had the house stocked with everything we could’ve needed.

This location is close to many places by both car and boat. Home works well for families our daughter & son-in-law stayed downstairs with the grandkids and my wife and I in the upstairs. The dock allows for swimming with all the toys (paddle board, kayak, & swim mat) fishing, or just relaxing. Outdoor patio with refrigerator and bar area along with a screened-in upper deck and open deck. Enjoyable stay!

Stephanie was very responsive. Our family enjoyed all the various places to gather - on the porch, on the back patio and on the dock!

Our entire group (kids and adults) loved this house/property. It was clean and had everything we needed for a lake house getaway. The host was very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating.

The space is beautiful and it accommodated our family perfectly. We will be back!

We had a group of 8 adults, mix of friends and family and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision! The location is unbelievable and had everything we needed to get comfortable and enjoy our stay!

Nice place great location!!

The dock was well stocked with floaties and unmotorized toys. While close to lake facilities the water was not too choppy. Just far enough into the cove to make floating possible. Outdoor frig and grill area was convenient. Easy walk to the dock too. House was comfortable, clean and very well stocked. Plenty of parking. Renting both houses worked out great for our group (even though we didn't come close to filling both houses).

My family had a great time at the property. Lots to do and great location. Owner is very responsive and the house was perfect for a family gathering.

The property is as described. The house was clean and our party of 4 adults and 4 children were very comfortable, and I can see it accommodating 2 more children. The house is on a great location being centrally located to restaurants and entertainment, but also in a nice cove. The cover is mostly calm with a few exceptions of more boat than brains, and the dock space was great and we relaxed there most of the time. The canoe, paddle boards, noodles and other toys were much appreciated by all. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone, and great outdoor seating. Great communication whenever we had questions, and we were able to check in early which gave us more time to enjoy the lake on day 1.

Can’t say enough good things about this property and owner! Stayed for a week over the 4th of July with immediate and extended family and had a BLAST! House had everything we needed, great location, super comfortable, highly recommend!!!

This was a beautiful home LOADED with amenities that will provide the best vacation for your family! The outdoor space was amazing and the only place that included activities like standup paddle board, kayak, Lillypad, floaties and PLENTY of life jackets for all ages! We loved that the kids had their own bedrooms so the 6 adults could have their own privacy and the kids loved bunking you together for their sleepover! The house comes equipped with all the kitchen essentials and pantry items you could need. Plus they provided shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels for the home AND the lake! You will for sure find something to play as a family in the game room as well! We couldn’t ask for anything more from this home and the host was WONDERFUL!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and had great views of the lake. We wanted to check out the Ozarks and with the wonderful weather and the lake access that was great! Easy to get by boat to local restaurants and coves. Had fun swimming at the dock on the lily pad with tubes etc! We were a small group but large enough to accomodate a much larger groups easily!

Our stay was very relaxing and the property is as listed. The owner was super to work with and accommodations were very nice.

We had a great time and really took advantaged of the covered screened in porch during some rainy afternoon.s The place was well maintained and clean. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

In spite of weather not cooperating the stay was amazing. Facility, views and location were all as advertised. Would stay again if coming to Lake of Ozarks.

Very clean home with adequate space for two adults, 3 teens and 2 small dogs. Could have easily fit 4 more people comfortably. Really love the access to water toys including kayaks, paddle boards and a lily pad. We really enjoyed our time in this home.

Kids had a blast with the water toys when the weather was in the 60s, even got a chance to fish from the dock (didn't catch anything, not for lack of trying). Life jackets, paddles, and thrills were abundant.Kids rode the bikes down the steep hill, played the foosball table so much that we got our own when we got home. There is literally room to sleep 10 people, that is no joke. Every bed was comfortable, except the master bed. It was one of the memory foam mattresses if I'm not mistaken, but it was extremely hard. My wife complained every morning how her back was hurting and how stiff she was. The only other thing I could mention that was off was lighting. There were lights we couldn't find switches for, specifically the one over the stove and the one for the stairs, and one for the backyard patio. Maybe the lights weren't working and we found the switches? I bought batteries for an electric fireplace controller that is downstairs, but it wouldn't come on. Overall, the kids had fun, my wife and I had a few date nights in town (we liked Baxters a lot) went to stark caverns, and enjoyed the windy roads in and out of the town.

The owner of the property was very responsive in communication, private dock with all the water accessories, clean living space, screened in porch, great back patio area once you were done with the lake water activities, and so much more! Our family enjoyed our stay and the location of the property, would recommend to anyone who enjoys lake life!

This is my second time renting n definitely will again soon. Stephanie is the best host. We had a great time. Thank ya🤗

Great Place - Very nice view, easy excess to the lake dock. Great screened in deck to just relax. Bar and patio area was great for cooking dinner and just hanging out looking at the lake. Had coffee on the dock ever morning watching the sunrise Our family of 5 all adults had plenty of room. Hopefully we will stay again soon.
