Family of 14 had a good time despite serious issues not addressed in a timely manner. We were there from Wednesday to Sunday. It took until Friday to have ceiling fans cleaned (reported Wednesday after gunk flew off one of the fa blades over a bed). It took until Saturday to get a shower curtain rod replaced. It took until Saturday to get a new mattress (requested Thursday, then they brought the wrong size first, then the right size without linens. Hardest part was the inconsistency of hot water. Among the 14 of us, we took 20 cold showers. I called Beachfront only the Monday after we left to register my complaint. The employee said they took notes and said they a manager would call me Tuesday at the latest. I called on Friday when I hadn’t heard. It’s now been ten days and I still haven’t heard from them. They violated California law requiring hot water. I cannot recommend them at all.

This Ocean Front property worked really well for our family vacation!! With 10 adults, 2 kids and a tween we had enough room and the property was great!! It does have quirks and need a little maintenance but over all the property was great and management was Excellent, any issue where taken care of very quickly. Thanks for the great memories made!!

Brought our son and friends down for a graduation trip. The unit was great, had plenty of room for our relatively large group. The location is great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The number of bathrooms was a real bonus.

big house, lots of space. had everything you need. fixed our water heater within hours when we all of a sudden had no hot water. needs more seating in common areas. would be nice if garage had beachchairs/equipment.

The place was nicer than expected but communication with the company would take days and sometimes they just never responded. We had problems with the water heater that they didn’t seem to care about and when they reached out about a late check out we asked for one, then they never responded and showed up at ten to kick everyone out. Had a nice time but don’t think we’ll be back. Oh, they also wanted to know everyone in our group’s professions which I think is a little much.

I had my dates mixed up, and traveled from Northern California we showed up on the wrong day! But the management company was flexible and helped us into another similar property. They really saved our trip. The roof top patio was awesome and the views of the ocean were tranquil

This place is breathtaking!! Amazing rooms, amazing service and a perfect staycation for you and your family. Fall asleep with the sound of the waves hitting the rocks. Stayed in many places and by far this the best. Great amenities and amazing ambiance. 10/10.

The TV upstairs in the family room is broken and unfortunately that’s the ONLY comfortable place to sit. They’d do well to eliminate one bedroom and make another sitting room with comfortable furniture.

Overall our experience was wonderful! Beautiful location and amazing view of the ocean! It was the perfect space for our family gathering as the kids took the bunk bed room and the adults could hang out in the common area. When we had an issue at the house, the property manager was quick to respond. We would definitely consider returning again one day!

We came down to participate in the Bike The Coast ride. The home was perfectly situated for that event. Beautiful home with beautiful views of the pier and the ocean. Home was setup nicely for larger group. Plenary of room to get away from everyone.

The place was nice, if a little run down. It was a great location for the beach, attractions and nearby restaurants. Close to the interstate but still feels small town beach-y. We’d stay again!

The elevator was not working and responsiveness to the repair was slow and never resolved the issue which is important when you are on the 3rd and 4th floor. In the end it would have been a better experience at half the price. At these prices I'd expect more than we got.

If you wake up early enough before 9 or 10 you can actually get some beach time in front of the house because of the tide. Once again I had my 50th bday there it was more than enough room for almost 40 guess. Oh and the sun set is unbelievable.

Nice house with plenty of room for everyone my only complaint is the bbq sucks would not get hotter than 200 which was a problem for us because we were trying to have a bbq on the 4th of July but other than that it was a great place to stay

The sound of the surf and the sea air were wonderful. We had a great time. Only problems were the grill and the hot tub. We couldn't get the grill to heat up on the first night. Had to go next door to use their grill but the property management person arrived early the next day and a new grill was in place before dinner. The hot tub was intermittently not hot but we just put up with that. One other issue is that one of the rooms has a 6 inch step down as you enter the room. It is not well marked and I took a significant fall. Please do something to clearly mark that step. I didn't break anything but I am 70 years old and it could have been bad. Anyway we had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this property and Beachfront Only.
