This property was absolutely stunning. The interior was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

This property is beautiful. The design of the space is perfect and all the details are exactly right. There are views from every area of the house. The location is right in the center of town and directly above a coffee shop making breakfast very easy!

The Silverton Loft was AMAZING! So pretty inside and out, great location, stunning views, well stocked, etc. This was my husband’s fifth trip, my fourth, to Silverton. We brought our son and his girlfriend with us. He proposed at Odom point on Engineer pass, what a beautiful and perfect setting! With the warm temperatures, we had a hard time sleeping with no air conditioning like we are use to, but we managed with opening the windows and fans. Will definitely stay at the Silverton Lofts if we come back again!

What a great location in the town on Silverton. If you want a beautiful, comfy central location in Western Colorado, this is where you want to be. The view of the town and mountains out the large windows is amazing. Bedrooms and bathrooms, living area and kitchen can’t be beat. We will be back!

The loft is roomey 2 bedroom 2 bath with a well appointed kitchen. We were coming of a 10 day camping trip so staying in Silverton for a few days was terrific.

The loft was nicely appointed and had most anything you could want with the exception of fans. The ceiling fans worked great, but the lack of additional fans was a bit tough with the unseasonable heat that we saw in early September.

Silverton Loft
Loved the location and was very clean It was noisy and windows did not close well. Also extremely disappointed we could not use the balcony. We should have been notified before our visit. We did have issues upon check-in and could not reach the property manager. Melissa sent me a text, "Can't talk now" and never called me back. Very disappointing!

Very clean, great location in Silverton walking distance to everything! We loved staying here! Having 2 kids, we appreciated the board games and lego box. Only suggestion would be to have some kid-friendly (non-breakable) plates and cups. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Very nice stay!
We had a great stay and loved this location! The windows made us a little nervous with our toddler but we just left them cracked where she couldn’t fit if she tried to crawl out. We loved the location, how we could park on the street and had easy access to everything. We would definitely stay again!

Dvd player wasnt working. Just a failed piece. It was however makjng a lit of noise. I had to unplug it.

Prettiest apartment in Silverton
We loved staying here while we were visiting Silverton and Durango! The apartment was spotless, the decor was amazing, and all the windows with the Mountain View’s were great! Prime location right off the Main Street and walking distance from shops and the general store. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Silverton!

Weekend in Silverton
A Friend and i rented this loft in Silverton and couldn’t have been more pleased. Very comfortable, charming, well appointed, and easy to access. While Silverton is a small town, this place was literally in the center, walking distance to the restaurants, coffee shop downstairs, etc. Silverton Mountain was ~10 min away. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well appointed and bathrooms very nicely done. Nice large common area as well.
I would highly recommend this place and will certainly seek it out on our next trip.

5 Stars Isn’t Enough
I’ve managed my own 5 star rated properties for over 15 years...but this place takes the cake! The recent remodel was done with impeccable taste. We were very comfortable during the heavy snow days here in Silverton. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with all you’ll need to cook meals. Melissa is very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely come back!

Charming Loft with Lots of Character
Wow! What a modern surprise in a historical western town. The views were spectacular and everything we needed was in convenient walking distance. This was a great place for us to stay and take day trips to Ouray, Telluride, and Durango. The loft is beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. Don’t miss out on this gem if you’re ever in the Silverton area!
