Could use a little updating or brightening on the inside but the place was clean and the location was perfect. Would recommend and hope to stay there again the next time we visit.

The place was beautiful with an amazing ocean view. Location was great - easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Also, and easy drive into Charleston. Many of your needs are included. The place was clean, but felt the cleaning crew could put more effort into making the place sparkle.

Light bulbs were out in kitchen and master bathroom and Bathroom rugs were soiled.

We were victims of the crazy flight cancellations over Christmas time - but we made it! Throughout the process our host was incredibly kind and helpful. The condo was perfect for all of our needs and set up so well. We loved hearing the ocean off the deck and the easy walk along the beach to fun Folly Beach . Would definitely go back.

The view was great, the condo could stand a good cleaning from top to bottom. Televisions were hard to operate and did not have a quality picture. Handle to the sliding glass door fell off in my hand as I tried to open it.

Went for a birthday get away and had a wonderful trip. Wish I would have known the thermostat doesn’t go below 72, but everyone having their own full bathroom was great.

Driving into hurricane Nicole, I started to wonder if our vacation was doomed or an omen of bad luck. The drive was an adventure! Fortunately, our trip ended up memorable and a great time for making memories. First, John is an amazing communicator. He went out of his way to help me navigate payment on the platform. The check in and check out info from him was detailed and a breeze. Second, this property is beautiful. It’s spacious and clean. Our group never felt too snug in the condo. The house came readily stocked for our travel weary crew. Lastly, parking was much easier than I had expected. I had warned my crew, but surprisingly had no issues finding additional parking at this property. I would love to come stay again. Thanks John for going the extra mile!

We were so grateful for our time at Folly Beach. It was my mom’s first time to the beach, and this rental was a great first experience! It was located very close to the beach, and the sunset from the porch was incredible. Folly Beach is very laid back, and this rental is very close to all the restaurants! The owner was super sweet helping us through understanding how a coming storm would affect us at the end of our time at the rental, which we appreciated. Highly recommended!

Nice condo on the first floor, so it’s easy to take the stairs if the elevator is too slow. Parking was tight under the building, even for my Mini. Relatively clean, but there is definitely the usual rental wear and tear. Plenty of comfortable seating inside, nice decor, enough kitchen stuff and towels, and great view from the deck. Very quiet. Easy check in and out. A couple of minor complaints which could be easily fixed: there wasn’t enough hot water in the water heater to fill the tub in the master to even cover the jets, and a small bar height table with a couple of bar height stools on the deck would make morning coffee so much more enjoyable.

Wonderful ocean view on spacious covered balcony and quick walk to beach! Elevator was HUGE plus!! Comfortable furnishings and nicely equipped kitchen. John was very helpful and easy to engage before and during our stay.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for a family of four. We had breakfast on the porch every morning. It’s walkable to all the nest restaurants at Folly. It’s steps to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent a few days here with some friends and we had a blast. The property is so close to the town that we could walk there and back no problem when we needed things. Great condo, very clean and spacious. 10/10 do recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of parking for our group coming from different corners of the state. The location is close enough to walk to nearby restaurants and access to the beach is very easy. The elevator was essential for my aging mother, and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group. We would stay here again.

When you walk into this property your first look down the hallway is a gorgeous view of the ocean. Loved! So of course you want to walk out on the balcony. The sliding glass door was difficult to slide and did not have a lock. The master bedroom was a good size, but the door from the master to the balcony was broken and had no lock. I felt a bit vulnerable. The condo was beautiful but may need some updating soon. Mattresses were a uncomfortable for all.

You can't beat this location. There is a beach access right out front. You have a great view from the porch and parking for two cars is EASY! However, this unit is well used! Everything felt clean, but the entire place needs maintenance. A fresh coat a paint on all of the walls and baseboards would do A LOT to improve this property.

Appreciated John's enthusiastic call welcoming us and being available if needed. Easy beach access; good location to downtown and restaurants. Cleaning service seems to be overlooking simple tasks. Property could use a deep cleaning including under tables, kitchen area etc. (food crumbs found under living room and kitchen table). Master bath shower has black mold on bottom of doors and caulking. Bed linens were stained (we rewashed) and should be replaced in all bedrooms. No pillowcase covers in master bedroom. Vacuum cleaner was not useable (dust collector clogged).

Check in was a breeze and the description of the place was accurate. We only needed two of the bedrooms but love that each room had a bathroom. We loved our view of the ocean and it was a short walk to the ocean, restaurants and shops. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities and loved the covered parking spots. Weather was decent for March, much better than it was in Ohio. Thanks for sharing your place.

Fantastic location, short walking distance to anything you need. John is great to deal with and makes sure you have all the information you need before you arrive. The beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi is strong throughout the home, and I am still surprised at how quiet it was inside. We definitely plan to return!
