Reserved for members of a pipe band. excellent information and communication from the owner, Condo was neat and clean. Online information is accurate and very helpful.

They condo itself is great but the getting in process was a huge pain. The code Dan sent in his email didn’t work, the keypad would just flash red. We tried to call, got voicemail, sent an email, sent a text, tried calling again, left another message, finally got a call back. Was given another Code that didn’t work. Had to go back out front into another room find a key box, use another code to get into the key box and then finally we were inside. Luckily Dan left a spare key in the house in case the keypad didn’t work. Returned the keys back to the key box and just used the key. I rented two condos one mile apart for a group of Instructors and both houses had keypad problems. I don’t know what the issue is but if you have people checking in, maybe be easier to get in touch with? Dan was a nice guy but the check in process was honestly a pain. I have a Keypad lock at my home that is used numerous times a day for three years now and if you keep the batteries fresh I have never had a problem.

Property had plenty of space, was clean, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location for activities. Highly recommend!

It is in the heart of God’s beautiful creation, awesome hiking trails and amazing waterfalls.

My two sons and I had a great time. The property was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. My boys enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and on site (but not in unit) laundry was great.

Family weekend to see ice castles and to go tubing. Great weekend place clean and quiet. The kids loved the pool and game area.

Overall the property was good! The place had lots of room for the kids upstairs with separate bathroom. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the heating system struggled to warm up. Once I spoke with Dan he informed me to raise the temp high until it warms up. The location is great! Very close to everything, restaurants, skiing and entertainment, ice Castles only 10 minutes away! I will look forward to booking this place in the future!

Wonderful condo. Plenty of beds and room to sit and watch tv. Kids loved pool and game room.

We had a great trip. The condo was perfect for two families to share, the kids loved the pool. The location is ideal, we were able to get up to Santa's village easily and the fall foliage and view from the deck's was amazing. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely look into visiting again.

Unit was as described and was perfect for our family stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. The unit was clean and quiet. Location is wonderful. Plenty of parking, pool/jacuzzi, and arcade were great for downtime with the kids. Would definitely book again and recommend to a friend!

Condo was perfect for my family of 4 children and 2 adults. Kids loved all the sleeping arrangements and the pool 😆. Loved being able to prepare meals myself instead of eating out but still in great location for eating out.

It was really beautiful, and comfortable. Just amazing in every way. And besides for the beautiful accommodations, there are 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis our kids really had a blast. Thank you!

Great unit at the Nordic Inn. The amenities are nice, a little dated in the inn part but still functional and enjoyable. Dan’s unit is spacious and has great balconies. Dan was a great communicator throughout the process and answered questions quickly.

Place was exactly as listed, plenty of space for the children to play upstairs in the den area. Everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful views of the mountain off the back deck. Owner answered any questions and worked with us on adjusting dates due to flight date changes. The only thing is it could use more bath towels. And the oven MIT and pot holder were not cleaned. Otherwise no complaints. Will definitely suggest to family members and most likely re rent again.

We had a great time staying in Lincoln. The condo is very spacious and exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.

Dan’s condo was fantastic for a group of friends getting away from the city. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us and everyone had plenty of privacy. The 3 full baths made getting ready a breeze and the patios were nice to lounge on. Highly recommend for a trip to the White Mountains!

We had a very nice time staying in Lincoln at this property. It was the perfect space for our two families to enjoy each other’s company but still have room to have privacy in our own areas. The kids loved the loft room for playing and the indoor pool was a huge hit. Everything was clean and in good order, and the owner was super easy to communicate with. Thanks again!

Dan’s condo is great. Every shower has a removable shower wand, which is great. There is also a huge selection of DVDs (hundreds) and many that are appropriate for kids. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Arrived and the condo was not cleaned from previous vacationers. After 4 hour drive we had to find last minute accommodations for my family to stay in a safe clean place. Not having a safe clean place upon arrival was unacceptable. And Dan refuses to give my money back for a place I never stayed at! Awful and worst experience!

Overall things went well. A couple minor things could be improved for aesthetics ( TV, cable box cables installed in walls on wall mounted TVs ) replace a couple doors on closets. Owner provided everything required. Very satisficed with our stay, convenient, location in Lincoln.

We really appreciated Dan's last minute accommodations for our family this holiday season! His place is cozy with the ability to sleep our entire crew (7 of us) and was in a prime location in close proximity to both downtown Lincoln and Loon Mountain! Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back.in the future.
