This is a great spot to get to so many fun things to do in the keys. Whether you are driving, walking, or going by boat. It's a wonderful community with friendly people staying around you and a perfect spot for sunsets!

Wonderful property, location, and communication with host. Boat dock onsite was perfect. The Kottage was white glove clean and stocked with everything we needed. Perfect size for 4 adults, very comfortable accommodations. Lloyd was a pleasure to work with and all questions were promptly answered. This property really gives you the best of both worlds. Being located in the heart of Islamorada allows access to all the town offers while the home allows you to unwind and relax in your own quiet nook. The sunsets out back are one of a kind. Highly recommend and will be booking again!

Booked a week in April at this very nice little cottage. Spotless and well maintained. Met the owner/s at check in, very nice people, made sure we knew to call them for anything. We were traveling with our small dog, who unfortunately became very ill and we were only able to stay for one night as we had to get her to the vet. We’ve been coming to Islamorada for years and this little cottage is perfect for a small family or two couples. Has a small marina it shares with a few other cottages. You can bring your boat! Very close to restaurants and several tiki bars, coffee shops, etc. And very reasonable too! We’ll be back!

Our daughter, SIL and two grand children (3 and 9 months) stayed at the Keys Kottage. We had a large group and the Kottage was overflow for us. It was perfect for them. I could see returning with my wife.

Hands down … the most perfect place in the Keys. We chose it based on location and pet friendly with a dock but we received so much more than we expected. One of the few places that not only have a boat ramp, dock and a place to park the trailer. The lush landscape kept us cool and blocked us from road noise. The house was meticulously clean and comfortable. The views spectacular from the sitting area on the sea wall and we can’t wait to return and meet up with the wonderful guests we met in one of the other villas. Highly recommend and plan to return soon.

For a group of four or fewer, this is the ideal setup for a vacation in Islamorada. Exactly as advertised and far better. So close to what a traveler needs that a car is almost not needed. The marina provides postcard-worthy sunsets. This part of the island feels like a nice quiet neighborhood, not a resort.

We absolutely loved our stay at Keys Kottage! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation in the Keys! The home has everything you need and is convenient to so many great shops and restaurants. Being able to dock our boat at the home was definitely a plus! The owner was so helpful and made sure we had a great experience. We can’t wait to visit again!

Love staying at the Keys Kottage! Everything was as advertised and immaculately clean. The parking spots are right beside the back door making unloading & loading so easy. The property is lovely and very comfortable. The outdoor private patio was wonderful with the gas grill. We enjoyed the recommended restaurants and beautiful sunsets from the dock each evening. Lloyd, the owner was so kind and helpful! It couldn't have been a better week. We hope to visit again and would highly recommend the Keys Kottage! Thank you, Lloyd!

The cozy cottage was just what we needed for our trip. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very kind and responded quickly to questions. There was a short walk to the water where we found a lovely place to sit and watch the beautiful sunset. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Islamorada.

Loved the Cottage, both outside and inside . Beautiful tropical property very close to all you need for your stay. Nice marina with water and electricity to keep your boat batteries charged. The marina was perfect for my 23ft center console.

Fantastic Islamorada Location
We enjoyed everything about this property. The marina was perfect to keep our 25 foot boat protected. It is a bit shallow getting into the boat basin, but doable.
Communication with Lloyd was the best I’ve ever experienced in a rental.

Wonderful vacation😍
The house was immaculate, outside surroundings were very beautiful with all the trees and the shade, the sunsets were unbelievable 🤩 . The ramp and dock made it convenient for boating . Nicest thing about this property is hidden away from all the traffic but yet it is very close to all stores and supermarkets. Loved our stay there cant wait to go back!!!! We loved the property. Cottage was well equipped with everything that we needed for our week long stay. The grounds were well kept and clean. It was close to everything that we needed; shops, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants. For us though was the boat basin and the space to park our trailer. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Cottage!
The cottage is adorable and the location is perfect! It’s so close to everything you need. We walked to dinner several nights. The best restaurants on the island are minutes away. We enjoyed stunning sunsets off the dock every night. We will definitely be back! Thanks Lloyd!

This is a great place to stay. So close to everything and you can rent bikes next door to the property.
The unit was super cute, clean and comfortable for 5 adults. The kitchen had just about anything you might need. Could have used a couple of more bath towels, wash cloths, but other than that it was lovely! Thanks Lloyd!

Perfect for scuba trip with adult children
We were looking for a small cottage, not a big condo, where our dog could join us and that would accommodate our adult children, if they would be able to come. This place was perfect for that. We love nature, we love access to the water, and being in the middle of Islamorada. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Great view, great location, great vibe!
We stayed for a week at Keys Kottage. The bay view can’t be beat. Location perfect! There are a few independently rented bungalows on the property and we all had the greatest time getting to know each other. The Marina fit 5 boats perfectly for all the bungalows. The only drawback is, the boat ramp is gravel not concrete & a tight squeeze… difficult to maneuver in and out of if you have a big truck or boat over 20 feet. So be aware of that. You may want to use a different local ramp. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay!!

Wonderful cottage by the bay!
Loved the Keys Kottage! Property was just as described online. It was clean, very well maintained and located in a beautiful spot. We couldn't have asked for a better rental. The kids loved fishing and snorkeling off the dock. We all had a great time and plan to return!
