St Simons is a charming place! The location of this townhouse was great. Close to the beach and the village. It was a perfect place to base ourselves, chill our wine and rest our heads. It could use some TLC, but value for price paid was adequate. Thank you!

The condo is great except for the steep stairs. One of us is 85 and the stairs were steep, but we had a great time staying there. Loved the balcony and the chairs that are on the balcony.

You can’t beat the location of the property. 2nd row, right across the street from the beach. Owners were very quick and responsive to messages and communicated easily prior to and during our stay. We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers and had plenty of space for everyone! Could use a little TLC, but nothing that would keep us from staying again!

Check in very easy.. was sent keys by owner. Easy to find (was sent directions, but mapquest got me there correctly) rather spacious, except the kitchen. Quick walk across the road to the beach.. super hot when we were there, and beach didn’t seem too crowded. Dolphins, manta rays, sand dollars, crabs, and little fish all over. People fishing for sharks.. my son saw one get pulled in. Easy to get in touch with owner if needed. Would consider returning.. thank you

This was the second time for us at St Simons Island. And the second time was just as good as the first! Great beach location. We ended each day on the third floor deck. Great communication with Debbie. Thank you again!

Nice property with plenty of room

We loved the fact that the house was super close to the beach, village and restaurants. We rented bikes and could take the back roads to all the shopping/restaurants-we even rode on the beach! Not much of a beach view from the house but cant say enough good things about the host, cleanliness of the house & convenience! Will definitely be back to visit!!!

This townhome is a short walk to one of the best public beach accesses on the island. Although the condo is a little outdated with the paint colors and furniture, it is very comfortable has plenty of room. We had 4 adults and 3 younger kids. The ocean view from the 3rd floor is beautiful. There are about 30 something steps to get to the top floor, so keep that in mind. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would love to decorate this condo if you guys ever decided to change things up a bit :)

My family and I had a great time in St simons. There was plenty of room for my family. The house was clean and comfortable. The house could use some updating but for the price I think it is good value. Location is perfect. We were able to walk to the downtown area get bikes and ride. Check in was outdated being that I got keys in the mail and then had to send keys back after stay. I would suggest getting keyless entry installed to the owner.

Our family had the most wonderful time ever. Your home was cozy, lovely and so welcoming. God Bless You for sharing your property. We played hard and loved hard the entire time.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Communication was good. Check in was easy. Kitchen was on the cramped side, but we were still able to cook most of our meals at home and just went out for a few lunches. The dishwasher was a bit worn, but stove and fridge were fine. Plenty of dining space between the table and the open living room. Short of being directly on the beach, this was a great location. Just out the backdoor and across the street to the beach access path. It was great to be able to pop back to the townhome, make some quick sandwiches and bring them back to the beach for the family. The chairs and umbrella came in very handy. Very easy walk to the village. We would definitely plan to stay here again.

The group really enjoyed the location because it was walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. In the condo the stairs are steep! This was a great fit for a party of four—one couple and two singles.

This townhome was perfect for us! The location was perfect - right across from the beach and close to town/restaurants. The owner was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Beach chairs, umbrella provided - just bring your own Beach towels. It has most of the amenities of home. We would definitely stay here again! Loved our trip!

Great location. Good folks to deal with. Accommodations in need of maintenance. Good rate for out long stay and we think it was reasonable value. If we had been paying the much higher daily rate, we would have expected a much better maintained interior.

It was exactly as the property owner described. There's 2 beach access points within walking distance of the condo. The view from the top floor balcony is amazing to wake up to. There were some issues and as soon as I notified the owner, he was quick to respond and get them fixed & vice versa. We'd definitely stay there again.

The house was stocked with nearly everything we needed and it wasn’t an issue to pick up additional trash bags, TP, and paper towels. The house was very clean, the check in process was easy, and Debbie could not have been more welcoming or accommodating (she even let our friends come in a day early to help set up the place for the little kids)! The location was great! We ended up going to 5th street beach all week because of the tide schedule, but it was no issue to walk down the street (even with 4 kiddos!). Highly recommend this house, it was a wonderful home and made it a wonderful trip!
