The ocean view was beautiful and there were lots of whales. Having the bay next door with all the turtles was great. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like the lack of privacy with the public footpath a few steps from your patio. The sofa and recliner need to be replaced. If you left any crumbs out, there were ants.

Owner was easy to get ahold of and communicated as needed (not needed tho!) everything went smoothly. The property grounds are well kept, and the condo area is quiet and beautiful. We sat on the lanai and watched whales in the morning. Condo gets five stars alone for having an air conditioner. You don’t exactly need it but it is SO NICE to have. Sunsets from here are gorgeous, no need to drive anywhere, just step out! Share the pancakes at the gazebo, they are too big. :) condo needs a pizza cutter. LOL

Great getaway- John was easy to work with. Everything was clean and easy to access beaches, snorkeling & town.

We loved our stay here at Napili Point A4. The view is spectacular, the beach is just a short walk and if you like shopping it's a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Maui!!

Nicely decorated, comfortable, Updated unit, well equipped for cooking at home , grills nearby. Excellent location with fabulous snorkeling with turtles. However only able to snorkel three out of seven days due to waves making entering water treacherous. Other nice beaches nearby . Amazing views of ocean and sunset from patio. Nice breeze, did not need to use air conditioning. Might be difficult for someone with mobility issues because you need to bring your luggage around the building down a flight of steps. “Beach trail” to Napili beach is short but difficult walking over lava. Had a fabulous week!

We have stayed several times in the Napili area and this by far the nicest condo and great location. We definitely recommend looking into staying here. The condo is very clean, updated, well stocked and on great grounds. The owner is great to work with. We will be coming back!

Great host. Great property. The condo was comfortable and the view was second to none. The sun set between Molokai and Lanai. We viewed it from our lanai. We will be back.

My wife and I just completed a much needed vacation in what, in my opinion, is one of the prestige locations in Maui. This beautiful, well appointed and nicely furnished unit is as advertised! The view alone is priceless. The location is perfect. Very therapeutic for the tranquillity and ability to commune with nature and the healing properties of the ocean, mere steps from your door. This place is a slice of heaven. The property has everything you could ever need to be comfortable. I stayed a week first at the Marriott and this place had so many thoughtful touches that were so much nicer. (including a really nice coffee maker) If you are looking for a white kitchen with all white couches, this place isn't for you. If you are looking for a cozy, clean place with the most beautiful views of the Ocean and sunsets that are life changing, this place is it. We ate at home every night so we could drink some beautiful wine and watch the two hour extravaganza of the most amazing sunsets I have ever seen. My girls 8 and 11 loved to catch lizards and play in the grass. The AC unit only covers the bedroom, we actually turned it off and opened the windows. The sound of the ocean and the beautiful breeze made every nights sleep a restful one. The host is delightful and I would give this place a 10 if I could. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in this condo at Napili Point Resort. We had a beautiful view of the sunset & Molokai right from our lanai. This was the perfect location, a short walk down the path to Honokeana Cove where we snorkeled with many sea turtles and a 3-5 min walk down the opposite end of the path right to the sands of Napili Bay (and the Gazebo restaurant - excellent pancakes). The owner John, gave some great restaurant suggestions and a detailed email with directions from the airport. We enjoyed happy hour at Sea House and had a terrific dinner at Taverna. Although our favorite meal was at Leilani’s in Kaanapali (make reservations in advance via the Open Table app). The condo included use of a boogie board, beach ball, small cooler, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and 4 beach towels. We added a set of sand toys. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the AC unit on the humid nights, our two young kiddos had to sweat it out on the sofa bed but were fine. There is an in-unit washer/dryer which was great and allowed us to pack lighter and wash what we needed to. The bathroom is on the small side but we made it work (that’s really the only downside) - otherwise this is a clean condo in the perfect Napili location.

Perfect place! Amazing view, sounds of ocean and all you need right here. This was an ideal setting for our family of four with two teens. Easy access to beach or snorkel bay.

Location right on the waterfront is wonderful with direct access to beach at Napili Bay. Perfect!

This unit is amazing. The location is perfect with the ocean just steps away. You can walk to snorkel with the turtles and beautiful coral gardens right out your door. Napili bay and Kapalua trail are also within walking distance. You never have to drive if you don’t want to! The unit and complex are private and quiet. The beds, including the sofa bed are comfortable. One of my favorite places! And the sunsets!

The property has a great view but is difficult to access with luggage. The bed is very comfortable. The locking sliding glass doors are old and sometimes hard to secure. The doorbell cover fell off and the cover for the outlets on the patio is broken. Also, the screen doors need to be replaced. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom and the toilet flap doesn't always work. We learned all this after we were given the keys and arrived.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Location couldn't have been better for us. Right on the point with great views of Molokai and the sunset every night. Saw a school of dolphins go by one morning! Point is rocky with tidepools with lots of tropical fish in them. Short walk along the beach to Napili Bay (sandy beach with some surf) or can go along the road a little further to Kapalua Bay Beach (very calm). Kitchen is well stocked. Bed is very comfortable. Fell asleep to sounds of the surf every night and slept great! All together it made for a very relaxing holiday in paradise!

Clean, comfortable just right for a couple. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and snorkeling. Short drive to some of our favorite eating spots and trIal to some secluded spots. Best unit we have rented in this complex so far…. We would rent it again.

We walked around the whole complex and this is by far the best unit in terms of location. Best view and equal distance to both the cove and the beach. The cove is the best snorkeling on the main island in my opinion. You will not find a better place.

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Daily whale sightings, snorkeling and a beach with clear warm water just a few moments walk away, plus conveniently near markets, restaurants and the main roads-all made for a ideal place to stay.

From first contact to now, all interactions with John (Owner) have been pleasant and professional A4 is in a super location, was easy to find and simple to access. VERY clean and well equipped. The beach towels and chairs were an additional plus. Detailed instructions from the airport simple and easy to understand, access codes and suggested activities were welcomed and appreciated. Being able to hear the surf, and short excursions the sandy beach and to the turtle cove on site an amazing bonus. We are already anticipating our return trip in the near future.

After discovering the Napili area by chance on a last minute trip to Maui last spring, we knew we had to come back! We scoped out the Napili Point Complex & when we saw this condo was available we decided to spend part of Xmas Break in Maui with family friends. Since our friends also stayed, it was nice to be able to compare & contrast the locations within the complex.A4 is close to the water with no obstructed views! We saw whales, dolphins & turtles from the lanai daily! There's a walkway in front of the unit which is halfway between a snorkel spot & the sandy Napili Beach. The snorkel spot is an EXCELLENT, almost private bay where we saw dozens, yes dozens of turtles, numerous eels & tropical fish. We paid to go on a 2 location snorkel trip to Molokini and "Turtle Town". Lets just say Molokini is stunning but Turtle Town was a joke compared to the bay that is literally steps from this condo! Directly in front of the condo are also a lot of tide pools which are full of interesting creatures. Our friends brought flashlights to explore at night which is not something I had ever thought to do, but boy was it rewarding! You do need to be EXTREMELY careful & move slowly as the footing can be treacherous & slippery closer to the water, but you will be rewarded! We saw banded coral shrimp, various types of eels, a rainbow wrasse & the highlight of tidepooling, not 1 but 2 octopuses!So, the location is the absolute best for what we were looking for, excellent views, excellent snorkeling, a fun beach to hang out on, all within walking distance! Our friends stayed in a B unit not on the point & it also had nice views, I mean it's Hawaii, but they did have views of other units & houses across the bay. You could not hear road noise or other vacationers from A4 because there is no one directly above you and the ocean dulls all the noise from neighbors. In the B units, you could hear upstairs neighbors & road noise.The condo itself would be perfect for a couple but is pretty small for 3-4 adults. I traveled with my husband & our 20 yr son. We like to unpack everything &d stow our suitcases, but there really wasn't enough room for that, my son and I just worked out of suitcases the whole time. This is not a complaint, just something to note.The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. There were beach chairs, a cooler & washer/dryer. The owner was very detailed/clear, cleaning was easy & we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. TY

If you're looking anywhere in Napili, and especially this complex, then pick this unit. The mix of stunning coast line, incredible waves breaking right in front of the room (on the right swell), constant whale and dolphin sightings (like 60 each all day long, seriously), and spectacular sunsets make this a no-brainer. During a large swell and a light rain storm (which is common here and the reason it's so lush), we saw what may have been the most breathtaking sunset we've ever seen. We've traveled the world, been to Hawaii 10 times, and this ranks in the top 3 locations we've ever stayed in. What you should know about the property going in as of March 2021: The whole room is dated, the lighting is somewhat dim, the bed is only moderately comfortable with squeaks, the only air conditioner is a window unit in the bedroom that is loud and blows directly onto the bed, the bathroom is tiny and gets very hot because it's tucked behind a wall around the corner from the bedroom AC, and the door lock was rusty and usually a problem. Why still a 5 star? John is a great host and the location is so out of control ridiculously good that this stuff fades into the background. Some of the units were recently updated and I may not have chosen them because the angles of those rooms to the landscape weren't as optimal as this room.

I have been to the islands @ 30 times, staying in various locations and accommodations. This was the best. Private. Enjoyed other guests walking by. Very clean with high-quality interior/ stuff. Nice landlord, responsive. Traveled north, south, and east. Accessed dinner cruise, concert and magic show. Met other travelers.

The accommodations were perfect and we had everything we needed. The view from the property is absolutely amazing. We can't wait to go back!

The experience was fantastic! The unit was very well organized and clean upon arrival. Check-in process was seamlessly easy! The views from the unit are second to none on the island, and we loved the ease of access to Napili Beach. We found a gem of a restaurant in Gazebo located also around the corner off Napili Beach. Would definitely stay here again!
