Our church group throughly enjoyed the Knotty Pines cabin. It provides lots of room for groups to gather and was beautiful. The cabin was very clean and the reservation and check in process was great. Perfect place for large groups and families with plenty to do and space to connect.

Annual trip with our kids to visit the smokie mtns created many memories. The home was big enough for our kids and grandkids (3-10 yrs) and the game room/movie area kept the kids from getting bored on our rainy days. Great, well stocked kitchen and nice sized bedrooms. Slept well after a hot tub soak - listening to the night sounds on our deck :). The kids swam every day in the community pool … walkable but we took a vehicle with little ones - Home is clean, well decorated. Owner responsive when we reached out … Would recommend stay if you are in the area

Knotty Pines offered luxurious accommodations. There were 9 of us in our party and the accommodations fit us perfectly. There was ample space for everyone to be together and yet separated when needed. The bathroom access and deck space were phenomenal. This location offered a remote cabin in the woods feel while being 20 minutes away from everything! We appreciated the free bear sightings!

The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed in the house. The owner was very helpful when we had a problem. We would love to come back again 💜💜💜

The location to PF was perfect. The house had everything we needed. The Carpenter bees sure do love the wood of the home. The water level of the hot tub was really low. Bring hand soap and all the toiletries. I just wish the steps and the outside was swept before we entered and walked through webs. Otherwise, nice home!

We love the cabin. There was 7 of us. The cabin was a short drive to Pigeon Forge. We really liked the location of the cabin. We have rented other cabins and this one didn't have a steep driveway. I know some of you know what I am taking about. We plan to rent this cabin again. It met all our expectations. I would recommend this cabin to everyone.

This is a beautiful and spacious cabin. You get all the feels of the wilderness but with modern amenities and a great location. We were minutes away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I would highly recommend this property. We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers and a 10 year old. Everyone easily had their own space and that made the vacation that much more enjoyable. The property owners are great communicators and were easy to reach when we had a question.

Knotty Pines is a beautiful home with plenty of space for our family of 15. Everyone enjoyed the game room, and the proximity to Dollywood and to grocery stores was perfect. The home was clean and well-stocked for making meals. We appreciated the opportunity to rent this lovely place.

This property was perfect for what we needed. It was three separate families with our kids included. The downstairs area allowed for all of the kids to have their own space (2 bedrooms downstairs) while the adults had 3 master bedrooms to use (biggest master on main level and 2 masters on upper level). Only thing I'd want to point out is that one of the master bedrooms on the upper level only has a tub (not tub and shower). We were able to make this work, but may be an issue for others. Location was fantastic and not a far drive to what we wanted to do. Check in and check out were easy. Loved that the hot tub was tucked away and off of the main level master suite. Made it easier to monitor the children not trying to sneak a swim. The pinpad has some numbers that are harder to punch than others. But other than that, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We really lucked out finding this place!

We loved the rooms and the way it was laid out. Great location and comfy beds! The theater/game room was a lot of fun. Only things to note: -upstairs sink with jacuzzi was stuck clogged. Had to pull the stopper thing out. -the jets on the jacuzzi didn’t work in that same room -One of the burners on the grille is broken -I got stung by 2 wasps while inside. Could just be a coincidence that they were in doors, but be careful. They hurt more than I remember -the 3 on the number pad didn’t work, so we had to call. No biggie, but something to note. -not related to the space, but don’t go to Stonehouse pizza… worst pizza experience I’ve ever had! Overall, I’d love to stay again!

Really enjoyed it just did not like the problem with the air getting cut up every time we left. And getting fussed at for having windows open. Me and my guests like it around 68 to 70 degrees and apparently that was a problem I was not very happy with that at all

This was a nice cabin I was there back in October there was more than enough space for all 15 of us had no issues with the property manager she was very nice about 30 minutes before I arrived she text me to inform me that the number nine on the keypad on the door was not working so she had to change it but there were no issues at all the place was clean I enjoyed it if I don’t stay at this particular Cabin again it would definitely be one of their properties that I stay in next time

The owner was super informative and everything was exactly how it was listed. We had an awesome stay!

House was nice. Kitchen was lacking baking sheets and a few other utensils. No insulation in between floors so any movement was heard over the bedrooms. The keypad was a little difficult. Had to push buttons very hard to make work.

We had 7 kids from 5 months old to 17yrs and 6 adults and we all had plenty of room. The beds were super comfortable. We all loved the theater room and pool table. It was wonderful time in an awesome cabin!!!

Good communication and checking / checkout instructions

it was my nieces wedding. We had our cabin along with four others. Our cabin was perfect for three families. Cabin was clean. Cabin is not luxurious as it is put in the description back porch needs a lot of work. Owner was helpful with the check in my code did not work at first. Would definitely stay again Once porch is fixed. We used hot tub and fire pit which was nice during the night with our families.

The place was beautiful. There was fourteen of us and we had plenty of room. The kids loved there own room. We had only a couple of complaints. Door wall in dining room very hard to slide open, couldn’t get the jacuzzi to work, deck could of been stained and nails pounded in and the nine on the front door keypad didn’t want to work. Other then that we did have fun and would do it again.

The property is as described, a little wear and tear on interior furnishings. The exterior needs more attention. The deck is weathered requiring feet coverings, shoes or flip flops, for fear of splinters. The owner/property manager was very responsive to a couple of issues and communicates well when required.

Cabin was well stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, appliances, and start up supplies.... amenities were all in very good condition and were great food or multi-gen family. Owners were very responsive to a couple questions by text. I would stay again and would recommend.

The family really liked staying at Knotty Pine kids liked the hot tub playing pool, arcade and movie theater. Nicely decorated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful cabin. Decided to stay in and grill for supper each night and enjoy the campfire patio with s'mores. Just minutes away from other activities. So much to keep the teens, young adults, and grandparents busy with the theater, arcade, foosball, and pool tables. We will be back to enjoy Knotty Pines. The property manager was extremely nice and pleasant.

It was very good but the shower head on the second level need to be repair!

Overall, the cabin is a good place to stay for three families since there are three master suites, although one of them only has a bath tub. But still, it was nice to have three big bedrooms for the adults. The porches with all the outside seating was lovely, and the basement was a fun area for the kids to hang and play. The movie theater are was a hit! The location is close to things, but far enough away from things to not be right in the tourist-y areas. It is in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Negative things are that the beds are not comfortable, and there are a lot of little maintenance issues that I let the owners know about. This is not a luxury home, but with some care of the maintenance issues and refreshing beds, linens, pillows, and decor it could be very nice.

The cabin was great. Rooms for everyone. It meet our needs! Clean and well stocked. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Maybe we’ll return one day in the future!

Cabin was perfect for our family. Close to everything we wanted to do. We had fun playing games and watching movies in the evenings!

Knotty Pines was a nice cabin. Not a luxury one, but nice. There were several maintenance issues that we made the owners aware of. My pregnant daughter cracked the window upstairs to get some fresh air because she was feeling sick and we received an email from the owner telling us to close the window or we would be charged for the extra electricity being used to heat the upstairs. Apparently there are sensors on the window. This made us decide we would not be returning to Knotty Pines.

The cabin was very nice, great location, had a few minor issues inside, lightbulbs burn out, one of the kitchen chairs seat cushion was loose due to a couple screws missing, but the majority of it was wonderful and had a great kitchen to cook in
