This is a cute and peaceful home. if you're looking to not be in the center of whiskey row but close enough to go hang out, then this is the place for you! We loved it and will be staying there every time we are in town! Our Hosts, Rich and Peggy were awesome and very welcoming! 5Stars all the way!

Clean, convenient, cozy!
Our family had a great time here. It’s convenient to downtown and lots of parks (for our kids) and when we were at the cottage, they loved zipping around the (huge!) parking area on their scooters! Well-stocked and immaculately clean as well.

This was a great experience. We made the trip from Phoenix mid week because we had a family photo session scheduled with a local photographer the following day. From communication, check in and the accommodations and cleanliness of the property was beyond expectation. Great location and very secure. Will absolutely be back!

Great little cottage stay in Prescott
Clean, efficient and lots of space in this Prescott cottage. Was a good 20+ minute walk to the downtown/whiskey row area, but the home was easy to get in and out of with ample parking.
A digital check-in/door lock would be nice to not worry about the time to get to the property, but overall it was an easy check-in & check-out and a very comfortable stay.

Our stay went well
Quite community with some wildlife (deer) within a good view from the cottage. The twins had great fun with the bicycles, even airing the tires. Jumping rope was the funniest thing I've tried latey. Sitting on the porch with the kiddos was nice too.

Golf trip/weekend
Its a small gripe, but the refrigerator ice and water dispenser did not work- no ice at all and no filtered water. Granted, we were directly across the street from a fine, large grocery but still- it IS a desert area and at this price point I do not feel a little ice and water is too much to ask. In ALL other respects Richard did/does a very fine job. Nice place

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this property. We cannot think of one bad thing we encountered while staying at Rich's property. Prescott is a beautiful area with plenty to do no matter the time of year. Our stay at White Spar Cottages won't be our last and we can't wait to head over for another stay very soon!

A wonderful modern Casita in Prescott
My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our stay here quite a bit. A very nice small house with all the creature comforts you'd expect. Communication with the host was a breeze. Location was about 5 minutes from historic downtown, so location for us was perfect.
