We had lots of fun staying together and use of the river right outside the door. the house was clean and well stocked. Everything just right for our needs.

The house was a perfect place for our family to meet up to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We had plenty of room for everyone (ages 10 mo - 80). We loved the big yard, play set, basketball hoop, & indoor games that kept everyone busy. Our favorite was having the dock on the Snake River & getting to enjoy all of the water toys! We would love to come back one day! Thank you!!

The property was absolutely perfect for our big family! Super clean and had a very well stocked with everything we needed and more. Tons of entertainment for kids of all ages. Plenty of parking. We had ZERO issues!!

There are 14 of us in town for my grandfather's funeral. This home could not have been any more perfect for us to be together as a family. This home was incredibly accommodating. We'll definitely be back.

We loved this beautiful, spacious home! The following items would have added to our experience: Barbecue, steak knives, outdoor seating, and a hair dryer. You will also find a large bees nest in the tree by the garbage can. This is a great place for a large family!

We just finished our 5th trip to the William's River House. The location is amazing and the house is great for a large group. The the extra fridge in the basement was a very welcome addition this year!

Property was great with a large yard and lots of space to be close to family. River access was wonderful and would highly recommend it for a family reunion.

This is a very nice home that sits right on the Snake River. We will definitely stay here again when we come up for the Idaho Boat Regatta

It was the perfect place for our group--everything was in order and as expected. It is a quiet location next to farm fields, and beautiful being on the river.

This house is so roomy, quiet and has an amazing view. There was 14 of us and we had so much fun! We loved the big table where we all sat and played cards and visited. Definitely would stay there again!

This house worked great for us! We were able to gather in the living room while others could gather in the loft or basement living room. The view of the river and mountains is great. My only complaint, we shouldn't have any cleaning tasks for such a high cleaning fee.

Our large extended family had a great time here. Lots of space for everyone, the game room made all the kids happy. The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful. It was a quiet and peaceful location. The house was clean but, there were a lot of dead flies on the floor and around the window seals. But it was the time of year that happens at any house. Had such a wonderful time on the property. Exactly as represented. Great property for our family event, loved the space, kitchen, yard and dock. Everyone had a fun time.

This was our second stay at this home. They’ve since added a playground that we loved. The house and property are so clean and well-maintained. It’s beats any 5-star time share. The ease at which family memories can be made is priceless. We hope to come back in 2023!

Great house! 5 bedrooms each with a bathroom in different floor corners provided maximum privacy for each family with the common areas in the center. Great design and layout for a vacation rental. Everyone enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards on the river. As all vacations, ended way too fast!

A little rural, but quiet and very nice. Boat access to river is great. Wonderful place to have large group gathering. Highly recommend.

There were 25 of us from ages 1 to 73. The house accommodated us all very comfortably. The house is clean, nearly new, roomy with well-equipped kitchen. The balcony on main floor and patio on basement floor were great for gatherings. The yard was huge. The basketball court and pool table were well used by our family. The yard is huge with nice shade trees with a nice swing/Playset for the younger kids. The huge yard allowed some football scrambles. And the river was amazing. It was warmer and shallower than expected which put my grandma heart at rest, but plenty deep for good boating. Most of the day there was little traffic to interfere with kayaking, paddleboarding, skiing and tubing. We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay in heyburn this was our 3rd year at the rental. We loved the stay and had a wonderful time.

Outstanding location, we went up to Howell canyon, and to Shoshone Falls and Durkey’s lake to swim. Kids liked the paddle boats and kyacs. On site management was very helpful and kind.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful, clean, and accommodated all of us very well. The yard is spacious and well-maintained and everyone enjoyed playing games there. The water activities are so conveniently close and fun for all ages. We would love to return to this property again---one of the best we have ever found!

The property was very clean and everything was functioning. The most important part of any stay, the beds are very comfortable. Our three families of 7 adults and three kids had plenty of room and greatly enjoyed the home. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Even though it was very windy and a little in the cold side we enjoyed visits to the City of Rocks, Craters of the Moon and Walcot Lake. We had all would like to return sometime in the summer to enjoy the river.

We stayed with our family here over Christmas and loved it. There was plenty of space for everyone with room to spare. The property is well cared for and they are very responsive if you have any questions. Highly recommended!!

This place was perfect for our needs. All the women in our family 8 years old and up meet to scrapbook, sew, draw, etc once a year. This year there was 22 of us sleeping over and this place worked great. We had the 4 youngest on pads and everyone else on a bed. The house was spacious, very clean, and beds were really comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and welcoming. The area is beautiful and peaceful. One of my sisters had just buried her teenage son and she said that the landscape was very peaceful for her and somehow felt healing. Our only suggestion is to have more spoons and bowls. We only found 11 bowls and about that many spoons which meant we had to have people eat out of glass Tupperware type containers, using the really big spoons. Other than that- this place was one of the best VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in

22 of us at one point in the house, and we never felt confined, plenty of space and comfort..the owners have done a great thing by sharing this house..and by the canvas walking in,you understand family is just as important to them!
