Super accommodation. Clean, warm, comfortable. Breakfast was great - served in an open lobby. Friendly front desk staff. Lots of parking.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility and room was perfectly fine. Was planning on an AM dash an hour or so away before flight - lady at desk helpful and cautioned against ice buildup in shadowed roads on my route. Decided to postpone due tight timeframe. Local knowledge freely given.

Honestly in the middle of COVID they seem to be doing their best. No complaints.

Nice location. Quietly. Asked for blankets instead of comforters. They brought them up very quickly. Nice and quiet AC.

Too expensive that weekend.. Beds a little hard, but we slept well.

The breakfast was really outstanding and lots of variety and places to sit and enjoy. Air conditioner was nice and cold.

There was only one chair in the room by the computer desk with no lamp, and a Hasek to sit on . No table and chair area. to eat at. Check out system and deposit holds on your card is the main issue. To this date I still have not received my deposit money back on my card even though I paid in full with my American Express. This is a huge issue as even your corporate accounting customer service says they already reversed it and my other card company says they haven't received anything from the merchant. they each blame each other but the bottom line is I don't have my money. This needs to be explained at the time of check in..use the card for deposit that you are using to pay with not 2 separate cards. Apparently there is a 7 day hold for the deposit that would have been useful information even though my bill is paid in full. The desk clerk tried to help but all she could do was to give me numbers to the corporate office which they said they couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointing. playing the blame game didn't help me at all.

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very kind and caring. Overall great stay.
