More than you need! So clean, so stocked and so fabulous! Pictures don’t do it justice! Will definitely keep this one in our back pocket next time we head to southern Utah.

We spent 8 wonderful nights at the Poolside Paradise Vacation Villa. The property was very comfortable and more spacious than the online pictures suggested. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well stocked which made us feel at home. The Coral Ridge community is a very nice setting and conveniently located to the parks and hiking trails. The few times we had questions Rick was very quick to respond. We would gladly stay at this property again!

Kiddos were disappointed the bunk bed weight limit was 65lbs, but their room was nice otherwise. Beds are comfortable, but slept a bit hot. Check out was easy and the host kind and responsive. This is our favorite VRBO in the area so far and we are eager to come back!

This is the best place to stay at Coral Ridge. The house is super clean and comfortable and is right across from the swimming pool. It’s in an excellent location, close to St. George and Hurricane where our daughter lives. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and it’s super clean. The owner is the best and answers any questions promptly . The swimming pools (there are two) are really nice and we enjoyed the hot tubs as well. This is our second time staying here and we will be back.

House was clean firstly. It’s 10 minutes from my daughter’s house. So this work great had her come spend the day with my grandsons at the pool it was great

The ad for the unit was a perfect representation of the condo. The only exception would be the extras, like kitchen and cooking items I wouldn't expect to see stocked. This place exceeded our expectations for our stay. It was immaculate and conveniently located right across from the pool and clubhouse. The layout and the furnishings were first class, yet made you feel immediately right at home, even the BBQ. Absolutely no hick ups during our stay. Rick was a helpful and gracious host. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the St. George area for a vacation.

I hesitate to give this review because I feel like we found the perfect place to stay when we come to St. George. I don't want it to be over-crowded the next time we try and book. Truth be told, if everyone knew how enjoyable our stay was, I can't imagine why you would stay anywhere else. There are so many good things to say about this condo. It handled our family of 9 with no problems. The beds are super-comfortable (my 14-year-old's description). When we left, my 5-year-old asked why we could not just live here from now on. I used the deep tub several times to soak my sore hip. The shower was massive. It was well-furnished. One of the things that impressed us the most was how well-stocked it was when we arrived. My wife and I realized that we packed too much stuff. We packed too many things for cooking. There were all of the spices and cooking supplies that we needed for the weekend's worth of meals. We were only 3 miles away from a Walmart--we forgot the sunscreen. My kids spent every possible moment in the swimming pools. Even with the other people in the sub-division, we did not feel like the pools were crowded. That was probably because there were two swimming pools and two hot tubs. We will definitely be staying at this specific condo again when we come to St. George.

We had a great stay at Poolside Paradise. The house was clean, well stocked kitchen, soft towels, soft bedding, etc. The location is across the street to the clubhouse with pool, foosball and ping pong for the kids. You have quick highway and interstate access.

We loved staying here and would stay here again for sure. Very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, had everything you would need on a trip away from home. Great location, with the pool being steps away and close to recreation.

The right amount of luxury with great amenities. The clubhouse now has a foosball table and ping pong table. Kitchen is fully stocked to make great meals.

Our family has stayed at many condos in the Coral Ridge area and we absolutely loved this one the most! The condo is located right across from the clubhouse/pools and when we weren't at ball games, our kids lived at the pool. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of 6. Our kids loved playing the card games/board games that were at the condo and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to St. George.

This was an incredible place to stay--very clean and stocked with everything you could ever need. It was directly across from the swimming pools (Yes, pools--there are two of them.), gym, and game room, and just one block from the fishing pond. In spite of its proximity to the action, the condo was very quiet. The only outside noise we heard while staying there was a thunderstorm. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the blinds and drapes really kept the morning sun out so you weren't awakened at the crack of dawn. There were also plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, and pool towels whenever you needed one. The condo is conveniently located, and within easy driving distance of stores, restaurants, churches, and Zion National Park. Bryce Canyon National Park is about 2-1/2 to 3 hours away, and Snow Canyon State Park, Tuachan Outdoor Theatre, Sand Hollow State Park, and Quail Ridge State Park are just minutes away. Rick is amazing to deal with. I had an extra day of vacation and called Rick to see if I could rent another day at the condo, or failing that, get a referral to someone who might have a property available. Rick assured me he would do everything he could to keep us in the condo, then visited with me for about 15 minutes--telling me about some nearby sites we should check out. About an hour later, he texted me to tell me we could stay another night at the condo at no additional cost. There aren't many owners that would extend that type of kindness to someone they barely knew. This is a great property and a great owner. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It was a different arrival than I have been used to - Rick provided the combination for the front door and we just let our selves in and began to enjoy. House was nice for a family - we had two adult couples and the second bedroom was quite small. Kids room was great and would sleep up to six (3 bunk beds with double on the bottom and single on top). Only two bathrooms -again with two families it would have been nice to have three. We were directly across from the pool - two big pools and two hot tubs. Rick had swim things such as noodles in the garage which saved needing to buy such toys. House was extremely well equipped and stocked (even including spices). Kitchen, dining, living room very nice - master suite was very large with nice garden tub and separate shower and huge walk in closet. Washer and dryer were new and worked well. Easy check out and most difficult thing was to figure how to exit and lock the door - you put in the code and pushed lock! [Still took me three tires as I didn't see the little lock button!}

Very comfortable, beautiful, and well-cared-for condo right across the street from the pool. In perfect shape with good wifi, comfortable beds, best stocked kitchen we've ever had in a rental, and very responsive owners. Will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Really enjoyed this condo. Right across from the pool and located between Hurricane and St. George. Location made it so easy for our soccer tournament. Will definitely stay there again!

A group of friends stayed here during the Huntsman Senior Games. The location across from the pool is ideal. The house was well equipped, we cooked a couple of meals, and plenty of space for 7 individual adults. I like that it's one level.
