I came with my sister, brother, and his wife. The 3 master suites were perfect. The house itself was tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Total privacy and a great place to cool down in between outings. We could not have picked a better location or house to have this vacation. Absolutely perfect!!!

This property was perfect thank you. The beds were so comfortable and the place could not be in a better location. Went swimming every day, 6 people were more than comfortable in this home. All amenities were spot on.

Great location off the quieter end of Duval. Loved the pool. Home was comfy, clean and has all the amenities you need. It was perfect for 3 couples. So many wonderful restaurants and sights within walking distance. Our house was ready a little early, which was a plus. Has a driveway for one car but we opted to walk or Uber. Two great restaurants, La Grignote and Banana Cafe, were about one minute walk away. A grab bar in the shower would be helpful in the shower as would a couple more hooks in closet/bathroom. But overall, 5 stars. Would definitely book again!

I come to key west every year multiple times and this by far has been the best house I’ve stayed in. Great location and the house is beautiful and decorated perfectly. Great spot especially with the three master suites! Will definitely be back in the future

This place was exactly as expected and perfect for our 4-day getaway! We arrived early, but were able to store our luggage in the rental office just a five minute walk up Duval. The pool area was perfect to cool off in and lounge around in between our jaunts out. We only wish they gave access to connect to their outdoor speakers. They kindly granted us a late checkout to accommodate our evening departure.

The home was better than expected and the pictures don't do it justice. Perfect for three adult couples and location is ideal. Everything is clean, new and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. We will definitely stay here again!

Really can't say enough good things about this sweet spot. The place was in the perfect location for a small family with a toddler. Close to Duval Street but on the quiet end near mostly restaurants and galleries, so it was pretty darn quiet. The pool waterfall acted as a sound machine as well. We heard a few revving engines and a few sirens and really that was it. The refrigerator and the blender both broke while we were there and the property mgmt handled both very quickly. One of the iguanas jumped in the pool, which added to the adventure. The pool heater is a must in January - made it swimmable day and night. We really loved it. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Great area, very nice house and pool. We were locked out of the property after our flight was delayed until late evening around 10:30pm. Emergency phone on the email did not answer nor return calls; we had to find another hotel. Managers redeemed themselves by crediting the missed night, offering to pay for the other hotel and bringing champagne the 3rd morning. About all they could have done, after the fact. Net door neighbor called the parking police who almost towed our golf cart as improperly parked in the way of our rental car....neighbor's nose was in the wrong business. He later apologized; all's well that ends well. This is a beautiful little house, very functional and convenient. I would try it again. The house and amenities, as well as the location, are really first class.

This property was perfect for our group of three couples and the location is ideal for walking to all the main areas whilst being far enough away for it to be reasonably quiet. Lovely tranquil setting with excellent outside space, which is rare in Key West, and there are many places to eat nearby. Any queries receive an instant response, excellent rental company and staff. After a lot of walking during the day, the local taxi services were brilliant and reasonable if you wanted to go to the other end of the main stretch in the evening.

We will definitely be staying here again, the house was updated and clean upon arrival with plenty of space. The pool was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Could not ask for a better location, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Best place we have stayed at in KW!

Perfect Key West rental. Excellent location, private pool, and enough space to accommodate all our guests. Croissants every morning from La Grignote, the best cafe/ bakery I’ve been to, and only 100 yards away. Excellent breakfast and coffee also. Blew a fuse and had someone from maintenance respond in under 15 minutes. Highly, highly recommend this place. Thank you Paul, we’ll be back.

We travel with friends regularly and we absolutely thrilled with this property. An oasis in Southernmost for sure! A private, very clean, chilled pool on the hottest days was so refreshing. We rented an electric cart and the property has its own driveway off the street. Bring an extra length of power cord to plug in.

This beautiful cottage home is a comfortable oasis located on the quiet end of Duval Street, but still within walking distance of any and all tourist attractions. We would love to keep this gem a secret for our future plans! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

This is a lovely house - perfect for three couples. The courtyard/pool is lovely and stays noticeably cooler than the temperature out of the gates. We have only three minor suggestions: 6 lounge chairs by the pool (it only has 4); instructions for the TV service (we are tech savvy and it was extremely difficult!; and real wineglasses (it is stocked with acrylic only). Other than those very minor things, it was a perfect stay!

Stayed for 4 days to celebrate a friends 40th bday and absolutely loved it. The location was central to everything (we did rent a golf cart as well), very well maintained and super comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Loved the rental we would like to come back next year and definitely rent the same location. The house is perfect. 3 very tiny suggestions. We May need a new BBQ kind of greasey would have been nice to have the pool vacuumed 1 x during the stay had a lot of leaves and dirt falling from the palm trees into the pool. tried to get it out with the skimmer, but really needed to be vacuumed The home sleeps 6 but there were only 4 lounge chairs. As you can see very small details we absolutely loved our stay and great location to town. Thank you we will be back
