Your very comfortable condo was quiet, fully equipped with everything we needed. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was awesome, as we were able to walk 5 minutes to all the great eateries and shops in La Quinta Old Town. Also took in the Saturday and Sunday open air markets at Old Town. We enjoyed our stay so much, and booked an additional two days as well. Wonderful memories!

Perfect location for proximity to golf courses and Old La Quinta and its many restaurants. Condo was spotless and although we didn’t use the kitchen other than for making coffee, it was fully stocked for those who want to cook. Communication with the owners was very quick,. No complaints!

If you are looking for a cozy weekend with a beautiful view, you should look into this condo. It is located within walking distance from a beautiful LaQuinta downtown area that reminded me of Greece architecture, and the Italian community with friendly shop owners. LaQuinta is surrounded by mountains which makes the view stunning. The condo is on the second floor with a nice good view, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. It was very convenient for our traveling but far from the busy streets. Finally, we found a few games, and books that entertained us during the evening time. Should we go back, we'll look for booking this place again.

The apartment is really well appointed, ultra clean, easy no fuss check-in and check-out, we had a problem accessing the wifi and the response was fast and solved the problem immediately. The pool is right there and pool towels are provided too. We'll come back for sure in our next trip to the desert.

The condo was very nice, updated and clean. The A/C works great!! The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and more. The bed is comfy. We liked the pillows. Overall, we were very impressed with it and enjoyed our stay. FYI the HOA there is annoying. We were made aware when signing the contract that the HOA and Vacation Villas have no association. Also, we had tried to make contact with the property management through a third party site they use. There was no electricity in the bedroom. I wasn’t overly concerned about the lack of electricity, just the lack of communication. We received no response back. Hence, the 3 stars for communication. It could be an issue with the third party site and that is why I don’t want it to affect their overall rating.

Everything was wonderful except for the smoke detector. It was overly sensitive and beeped for no apparent reason during the deep sleep hours! It was very frustrating!

Most of the things we wanted to see were within walking distance, or a short drive. The zoo was fantastic! We spent all day there. And, it was only a 20 minute drive. This casita was great for our stay in La Quinta. It was our first time to the area. Much of what we were hoping to find was within walking distance. The zoo was the only thing we drove to (20 minutes). It was a great adventure. I emailed the property manager with a couple questions. They answered my questions within an hour or so each time. At first, I thought it was gonna be like a motel like setup but was surprised it was more of a home. This place is the best stocked condo I've ever been too. It's complete with cups,plates, cooking utensil, complimentary ice, water, beer, snacks, soda on the fridge, sewing kits and many more. There are also laundry soap, fabric freshener, mops, broom, etc. on the washer/dryers. Board games, magazines, books, videos, ironing board, iron, etc. There are also extra blankets/pillow/towels if needed. This is the only condo I've ever been with a total black out curtain if you need that extra sleep during the day. Although, I only stayed at night to shower/sleep as most of the time I'm at the festival most of the day. I would stay again at this place if available.
