This house was perfect for our family of 11. Plenty of room that we didn’t stumble over each other. The open kitchen and family room was great for us all to be together.

This house was just as listed as far as layout and space which was great! Nice, quiet dead end street close to beach, just a few minutes walk. We were there in off-season (October), but we were usually the only ones on that part of the beach. Great outdoor pool space, however, the jacuzzi did not work our entire stay. Maintenance came out a few days into the trip and said the pool company needed to be called, but we never saw them before check out. Kitchen could be better equipped- lack of hand towels, garbage bags, foil, coffee filters and low grade dish soap. As far as cleanliness, we had ants in the kitchen and mildew in showers and on upstairs bathroom wall. The grill was broken so we never got to use that during our stay. Lastly, the beds could use new mattresses, they sunk in the middle and folded you up like a taco. I know the rental company is new-ish so hopefully they can take these considerations into account because it's a great property and location for a multi family vacation.

This home was beautiful...clean..and website was perfect description. We were a short walking distance from the beach. There were no complaints from my family. I should have asked for early check in..not sure if they do that. We all flew in and really had no place to go and couldn't get in one minute before 4. That is their policy so may have to come up with different plan in the future. Overall...this place was perfect.

This property was more beautiful than the photos. Our entire party of 10 loved the house and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Convenient walk to the beach. Loved the back yard oasis! Staff was very courteous, helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Definitely recommend this house and we hope to stay again in the future. Love, love this house!

AMI was beautiful and we will definitely be back. The property we stayed in needed some TLC. The pictures used to advertise the place were from the real estate listing back in 2020. The couches and dining chairs were gross. The love seat was falling apart. Every shower has a bunch of mold in it. The house was cleaned quickly before we got there. The master toilet didn’t flush well. We tried to get that fixed and never heard back from anyone. The kitchen is not well equipped. This could be a great beach house if a little effort was put into the upkeep. Way over priced for what you get.

Just an all around great vacation!

Great location, easy walk to lovely beach; fair beach toys/umbrellas/chairs. Minor mechanical problems (ice maker did not work, AC variable), and frustrated that pool was not heated first two days. Overall super nice property.

Great house- easy access to great beach and loved the pool and hot tub as well as pool table and ping pong table. Ana maria island is a beautiful vacation destination. House had lots of room for everyone. One suggestion - Some kitchen amenities would have been helpful and we have had them with other VRBO rentals - simple things like aluminum wrap, plastic wrap, enough paper towels and garbage bags. These are things that would cost minimal amounts to owner but make a significant difference when lacking.

We stayed for a week at the property. Everything was fantastic! The property was very well cleaned, pool was fantastic and the beach was steps away. Would definitely stay at the house again.

Nine members of one family stayed together during the pandemic and had no worries because we had everything we needed. Brought coolers with our food and enjoyed the pool and beach. Hope to be back!

Beautiful home right off the beach. Everything was exactly as advertised. While I originally thought the cleaning fee was very high, my option changed based on how clean the house was when we arrived and the size of the home and what it will take to get the home looking perfect again. The heated pool and back yard was amazing. I would highly recommend this home if you have a large amount of people on your vacation

We had the best stay in this property! Came with 2 other families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was gorgeous and the pool area perfect! Loved the beach access was just a few houses down. We had an amazing week and the house was perfect!

Nice home but farther from beach than 4 houses. Beautiful pool and patio and nice great room. Lots of issues with the electrical thermostats, garage door opener.

Had a wonderful time with our entire family! The house was gorgeous & loved the heated pool!! The short walk to the beach was great especially for children or elderly & what a beautiful beach...not over crowded & had powdery sand. On the negative side, we were without a freezer for 3 days, NEVER had enough hot water for more than 2 showers at a time and not enough seating in family area. We also wish they had installed a bathroom on the lower/pool area level! But overall, loved it!!!

House was perfect and absolutely beautiful. Kids really enjoyed the pool! Location was amazing... just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to several other great towns. We will definitely be back!

This place is a relatively new home. Plenty of room for many people. Pool/hot tub were very nice and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Close to the beach and kind of in the middle of the island so easy to get around.

We really liked the house and its beach decoration. We spent many wonderful and family moments on the beautiful and spacious terrace. Everything very clean and equipped for a perfect vacation. The beach is amazing like the people in the area. We hope to return soon. Thanks for everything.

The house was really well decorated, perfect colors well equipped and very clean. It was a great surprise from the moment I first opened the door. House is perfect for my all family. Kids like very much swimming pool they was there very happy. The internet was fast, the mattress was great...etc. In sum, the best house a holiday traveler can expect. Looking at the gorgeous views was a big plus. I will stay in this condo again! Rafi

We had difficulty with the door code at the start of the week. That could've been my fault as much as anything. The weather didn't cooperate, but that can't be helped, either. The only suggestion we have is the cleanliness when we arrived. The grill was dirty. The backyard patio was dirty. The beds were made well, but the sheets were not changed. There was hair from previous guests in two of the beds. There was also hair in the master shower from a previous guest. I would recommend the home, and VRBO to anyone. If I were an owner, I would make sure the cleaning crew did their jobs properly.

My family and I have been renting vacation homes every summer on the west coast of Florida for the last 15 years. Usually we go to Siesta Key or Clearwater Beach, but we wanted a change. We wanted a small island feel and decided on Anna Maria Island. First let me start out by saying that Kiri, the property manager/owner was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive throughout the rental process and answered any and all questions that I had, almost immediately. This home was brand new, spacious, and provided plenty of comfort for 10 of us. Everything we needed was provided, from dishes & silverware to towels and beach chairs. The home is decorated beautifully with a beachy island feel. My family and I really enjoyed staying here and look forward to staying here again.
