I’m not sure how we chose Frisco, CO for our family Christmas vacation, but so glad we chose the town and this home. The house has everything and the floor plan was perfect for a group of 9. Lots of room to spread out. Easy walk to Main Street and restaurants. Centrally located for our adventures to Breckenridge, Vail and Copper. Would highly recommend.

My family stayed at the Frisco Lodge with my brother's family. We loved the layout, because there were two master bedrooms (with master baths). We didn't have to fight over the better room. It was also nice that there were two bedrooms on each floor, so each family basically had its own floor (and privacy). This is a lovely home, and we really enjoyed our stay. It is very well maintained and very clean.

This was a great location for a ski trip. While it is closest to Breckenridge, it offers easy access to the freeway where you can quickly get to resorts in Summit County and toward Vail.

Everything was as ordered. We gathered for a week in Frisco to spend time as family at the end of a crazy year. My kids all said it was the best trip they have ever been on, and I know that the space had a lot to do with this. It was warm, friendly, great sleeping arrangements and cozy but spacious main rooms. Everyone hung out upstairs, but there was adequate space to scamper off alone to a great book too. The hot tub was large and accommodating and was a wonderful place to wile away an evening after a busy day. Much fun by all...highly recommended.

This was a fantastic spot in a equally great location. Great floorplan for our family, well maintained, very social open layout. Great hot tub, and easy to walk to downtown, local hikes, easy access to the bike path... a great spot made for a great vacation. Thanks!

Great location to town and recreational path. But, we come to Colorado for peace and quite from city life in Houston,TX. The construction across street was non stop. I believe at least three houses in various stages of construction. Generator at site started at 0700 and went all day along with other various tools and large trucks delivering items. Also, at 5oclock one evening a cement truck came and poured concrete for a few hours. Had a nice patio but made it hard to enjoy it or enjoy living with windows open. Also, disappointing because I read a lot of reviews and google earthed the property and it showed construction site in 2018. Figured it would be done but it wasn’t. I feel management/vrbo should warn people of this. The house was not cheap and I would not of spent the money had I known. It was so disappointing! We cannot get our vacation time back and had no choice but to deal with it.

Clean and nice house. Within walking distance to all the great restaurants. Also within walking distance to many activities (hiking, biking, and kayaking)! We annoyed our stay.

The house's location to Main Street is ideal. The size and layout of the house served our group (3 families; 6 adults and 3 kids) wonderfully.

This is wonderful ski home, well furnished and in great location in Frisco, perfectly suited to our multi-generational gathering for a week. It’s just as shown in the picture with comfortable, contemporary living spaces. All in good order. Highly recommended.

This home was perfect for our family! It was beautiful and great location. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes we were able to cook like we were at home!! Very clean and comfortable. We stay again if we are ever back in Frisco!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean and comfortable, and kitchen is well equipped. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 7 children. The big table was perfect for 11 of us to all sit down for dinner. The 2 family rooms were great for the kids to have their own space. The hot tub was awesome, and was serviced for us right away when called. The only complaint was the downstairs was freezing! I called about the downstairs fireplace not working as well as the baseboard heat, and was told the fireplace could not be fixed right away and that the baseboard heat just took a while to warm up. However, there were guests there the week before us and it never warmed up all week. The downstairs thermostat was set on 70, and would read 56 most mornings, and never got above 65. Luckily there were plenty of blankets. The pillows could be replaced. There were humidifiers in the bedrooms which was really nice. This location is great to get to town, and close to several ski resorts. We skied Copper and Vail. The ski lockers in the entry way were perfect to come in and drop everything before heading upstairs. We would definitely stay again!

The house is very well kept and stocked with many essentials. With the exception of getting the heat settings to work on the unit, the fireplace kept the third floor very toasty. We had a wonderful weekend getaway and would return again. Thank you for the hospitality.

We've done several weekend getaways into the Rocky Mountains and this one has been our favorite so far. The house was perfect for our stay. Close to town, bike path, and marina. We were there for 4 days and didn't have to drive anywhere. Everything is walking distance. The house itself is great as well. The only room for improvement would be blinds for the kitchen window, as the sun is coming through at dinner time and could be blinding, and another table/chairs for the lower porch. Other than that we were perfectly comfortable and are already planning another stay soon!

We loved the fact that we were in between multiple mountains to ski at and within walking distance to restaureants and bars in town. Both living rooms were good size and the hot tub was perfect (and already hot when we showed up)!

Only downside is that this is a 3rd party VRBO vendor. You will not get a confirmation or any stay updates through your VRBO account. You need to check your email for communications. We stayed here for a work function. The house was cold and took a while to warm up. It has base board heating and gas fireplaces. Once we turned on the fireplaces, we began to get cozy. The house was clean and centrally located to Main Street. I would stay again. After hours check in/check out was very easy.

This was a wonderful beautiful home we stood in for the weekend. The only reason I did not give it a 5 start was it was real close to town and wanted it a little further away. I would stay again. Thank you
