Beautiful home with plenty of things to do for the family. Loved the pool and use of bikes and kayaks. Troy responded to our texts even late at night on our arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the house was fine for our family. The property owner was easy to communicate with and did try to remedy what he could fix. It is close to Fisherman's Village and a 30 min drive to beaches. My kids liked the private pool and playing air hockey on rainy days.
There were some downfalls to this home. The pool surface was crumbling, kitchen pots and pans had Teflon surface scratches, mold was in the washer door, maggots were in the trash after we had only been there for 2 days and had not thrown any food away. There was road construction in front of the house that had been going on for months and we were not notified about until we got there. Unfortunately we were woke up by 7am every day. Overall it was fine for our family but the home could use some TLC and attention to details.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kayaks, bikes, and fishing equipment were a plus. The house is in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Close to walking paths along the water. It's just a short drive to the beach (40 minutes) Troy was great and stayed in communication with us. We would definitely stay here again.

The property exceeded our expectations. From cleanliness, to prompt professional communication, the amazing salt water pool, and the perfect location for walking downtown, Fisherman's Village, and Sunset Beach Tikki bar. We WILL return!

The house is not handicap accessible so a bit challenging for one of us getting in and out.

Our 6 day stay at this house was wonderful. We have stayed in several VRBO homes over the years and this was by far one of the best homes. Very clean, everything stated in the description was at the home AND in wonderful condition. Troy responded promptly to all our questions and concerns. No one in my family (husband or 2 teenage daughters) wanted to leave. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

My husband and i stayed here for two weeks in March. House is beautiful with quality furnishings and accessories. The back area with the pool lanai and canal are beautful allowing us to launch our kayaks. The bikes came in handy when our company wanted to bike into town. The location is so close to town and the harbor allowing us to walk or bike wherever we went. Would highly recommend. Only caution is house is on a busy road so one might be concerned with small children.

Beautiful Home! Great location and walking distance to Fisherman's Village. The pool overlooks the canal and we enjoyed sitting outside and watching sunsets. Everything you need is available. Troy was great to communicate with. Would not hesitate to visit this property again. Highly recommend!

We spent 8 nights at this beautiful Vrbo home, it was so comfortable and inviting. We had our adult children and grandkids with us so it was great to have our own space and accommodations of home. My husband usually does not sleep in new places but he slept very well. The view being on the canal was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Florida!! Thank you so much!

The home is just a short walk to fisherman's village and the waterfront park which was perfect for my family. We did not have to jump back in the car for another ride. We could enjoy the weather and take a stroll. Location could not be more ideal.
The backyard layout and amenities are perfectly appointed. The interior layout was also fabulous. Waterviews from every angle! Sunrise and sunset views were so magical. The property is exceptionally clean and smelled fresh! The bedding and pillows had a hotel quality that I enjoyed as well. The little extras (that are probably not too little) such as the pool table, cards, games, bikes, fishing rods, kayaks etc made this stay worth every penny. Do not hesitate to book!

Beautiful and updated home with a great location. Walking distance to Fisherman’s Village with restaurants and shopping. Easy access to bike riding on the Harbor Walk. And all of the beds are very comfortable!! We would definitely stay here again!

We had great stay in the villa. Everything we needed was there and the location is excellent. A 5 minute stroll to Fishermans Village with shops and restaurants. Near supermarkets.

We had the pleasure of staying here in February 2023 with my parents, and this was equally as enjoyable! The location is incredible, the house is comfortable, clean, and more than we needed. Communication with the host was fast and pleasant. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

We enjoyed the house and all the amenities! Plenty of space for the kids and the pool/ping pong/air hockey table was a huge hit! The location, although on a busy road was close to Fisherman's Village and the park. We biked the trails, shopped and dined at Fisherman’s Village and spent many nights at the park playing pickle ball and watching the sunset. Owners were very kind and responsive. We loved our stay in Punta Gorda and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This was a great property! The canal view, the pool, and the walking distance to Fisherman's Village was perfect!
Hubby & I walked the waterfront every morning, they caught fish in the canal, and the house was a welcomed retreat.

This home was in a great location near Fisherman’s Village but more than that it was very clean and comfortable. Troy was very helpful in terms of providing information up from and was quick to reply when we had questions. This was an easy and enjoyable stay! Highly recommend!

This rental was an excellent choice for our family of six. 3 generations with something for everyone. King room w/ bath on opposite side of house from queen & bunk room. Ping pong and games were a favorite along with spending time in very clean pool. Very responsive owner who provided great information to questions. Short walk to Fisherman’s Village for sunset and live music. Make sure to check out items left from previous rentals before buying supplies. Especially enjoyed fish light at night on canal. So many fish jumping and Spacex launch viewed from canal. Thanks Troy for opportunity to stay we had a great time!

Punta Gorda was gorgeous! Very relaxing and close enough to everything we wanted to do. The restaurants and shops were great! The house and location were perfect for us. The owners were great and we had no issues at all! We will definitely return!

The house is exactly as advertised. Close to everything. Very clean, high end towels and bedding, nice furniture, pretty decor, nice grill, wonderful outdoor space, plenty of paper products and soaps, and a heated pool that heats to the temp you want (although we didn’t need it after the first day). Troy provided a helpful notebook with info about the house and tips for restaurants and nearby attractions. Troy was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful and well stocked house! We have rented a lot of homes and this was by far the best! Beds and pillows are excellent! We put the bikes to good use everyday checking out Punta Gorda. What a fun little city! Easy walking/riding to Fisherman’s Village that has bars, restaurants and shopping. Visited the Farmers market that had lots of goodies. Lots of fun bars close too! We will definitely be back again! Thanks Troy for a beautiful and comfortable home!
