Beautiful spacious home! Close to beach, shopping and restaurants! We all had an amazing time. Swimming in pool, soaking in hot tub! Just what we all needed for fun relaxing Spring Break Thanks!!

We loved the house and the foosball was an especial favorite of most of the kids. Clean, plenty of linens, comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our 15 guests, ages 10 to 76, but private places available, too. Conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and Coligny Circle.

We all enjoyed our stay at this house, having a pool was great and being close to but removed from Caligney Beach area

Nice property.

The property is beautiful. Plenty of room for our family of 15. Pool, hot tub, ping pong table were a great hit. Owner checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely stay there again. Nice and close to the beach and Cologne Square

This is a great size house if you have a large group and are looking to be by the beach and some nearby restaurants. Everything inside was clean and the pool/hotub were working great.

The house is in great shape. We had three families with plenty of room. Big kitchen. Great room pool and jacuzzi. Host was wonderful. I left my hat. My daughter left a necklace there. She called me and said she's sending them back to us. 3 minute walk to beach. 10 minute walk to Coligny plaza. 5 minute bike ride to Coligny. We will be booking for next year for sure

Our family, 4 generations, gathered to celebrate mom’s 80th birthday. Everything was just as pictured and plenty of space for all 16 of us plus great grand baby. The bedrooms/bathrooms were large, kitchen had every appliance we needed and plenty of dishes. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very close to the beach and a quick walk to restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive and most helpful. She helped make our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

This home is a short walk to the beach and only 1/2 mile from Caligny Circle, easily walkable! Everything you need is provided. Sleeps so many comfortabley. Plenty of room for everyone to do thier own thing. Owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Great location, just a block off the beach. Upper 2 floors are wonderful with excellent bedrooms / bathrooms, wonderful kitchen & living/dining areas. Bottom floor w/ pool, screened / outdoor spaces plus garage / basement areas could use a clean-up & makeover. But those areas not really used anyway.

Property fit our needs perfectly.

I can't say enough about this property. It was enough space for everyone ranging from 5 to 70 years old. The property is closed to the beach. It's a small side road you have to cross before the beach. At first I was worried it would be a busy road with stop lights but it's not. It's a secondary road with nearly no traffic/vehicles at all. The room on the first floor must be sound proof because once you close the door you can't hear anything. The daybed in the game room pulls out from the bottom so its actually two beds. The pool area is nice with a large TV and a full size refrigerator. The majority of the neighborhood is vacation rentals so you don't have to worry about disturbing the locals. I definitely recommend this property and will rent it again.

The house was perfect for our group of 15. Close to the beach and stores parking for 6 cars in the driveway. Pool and hot tub are nice size the only downfall is that next door neighbors trees are hanging over the fences making it shady and stuff falling from the tree require daily cleaning of the pool furniture.

The house was great. We love this area of Hilton Head. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had a small issue with the hot tub.

We had a wonderful time. The size of the house was perfect for our family and the short walk to the beach was a real bonus.

Pluses: the location of the home is great. A short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool area and the outside TV. The overall size and openest of the home was perfect for our family. MInus: The best term to describe the inside of the home is TIRED. The kitchen itself is very nice, however; you can tell the utensils, pots and pans, etc have not been replaced in a very long time. You would expect more from a rental like this. There is an issue with the gas cook top. I spoke to the host and she was aware and said they have been trying to get a part needed to fix it. There was always an issue in trying to cook with a strong gas odor as you tried to get the burner to light. As someone that rents homes at least twice during the summer for that last 20 years, i just expected a little more. I think with a little investment to update the above this would really be a nice home. As it is, I will look for something else in the futhur.

The house is beautiful and there is plenty of room for large family gatherings. The pool was so much fun and the closeness to the beach made time on the beach easy even with babies who needed naps. The only negative was that the property was not as clean as we would have liked. There was popcorn on the floor in the living room, the kitchen sinks were not clean, the high chair which we needed for our two babies was dirty. We found several used swim diapers under the bed in the first floor den.

My family members range from 3-65 yrs. The property was clean and very spacious. The dining area accommodated our large group. This was excellent because we ate all of our meals in the home. Everyone really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beach at least twice a day. The host, D'Ette was great. She responds immediately. We had a minor plumbing issue and she responded immediately and the issue was resolved the same day. The sofas need to be replaced and some furnishings updated; however, I will stay at this property again. All of my family members enjoyed the home and beautiful memories that were created. Our children and grandchildren make for a large and varied group and this house suited us well. The kitchen is well stocked and the living space is open with various seating spaces. We found the dining table large enough to accommodate a crowd. The pool was great! We spent several late afternoons in the shade around the pool together. It is a short walk to the beach. Coligny Circle is a pleasant walk down the bike trail across the street. This house was great backdrop to a wonderful time together.

This house was perfect for our annual family beach vacation. It had something for everyone from the ping pong tables to the hot tub to the full kitchen. We loved every inch of it!
