The location of this townhouse is perfect for my family. It is a great location and we rode bikes everywhere. The private beach access was great and the house came with a lot beach gear. This is not a good place for small children or toddlers though. There are a lot of stairs and the railing spindles are very far apart. A toddler could easily walk through them.

Unbelievably well stocked....it literally only requires (only add people!) From.beach supplies to spices in cabinets to coozies....beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, even a rolling cooler, no need to haul from.home! The only negative comment I can say is "The gentle walk" is six tenths of a mile but I would definitely recommend this villa.

Colleen the host was phenomenal. She answered all of my questions pre-trip and after arrival. Easy check-in. 10 minute walk (give or take a few) to beach with private beach and cabana access (very handy). Unit was in back of complex, quiet, and close to pool. We enjoyed seeing the alligator and turtles in the lagoon outside back deck. Parking was tight for our large Yukon but doable. Cannot park in front of unit. Stairway was a bit narrow but hard not to be in a round shaped complex. Really, the only reason I wouldn’t stay here again is because I prefer to have at least a half bath on the main level and that is just a personal preference and I knew there wasn’t one. Again, Colleen is a great host!

Beach was amazing! Host was always super responsive with any questions we had. Location was good - walk to the beach was about 10-15 minutes. It was nice have the cart and back-pack beach chairs provided at the unit. I would recommend for a family vacation!

The condo was perfect for our family and short walk to the beautiful beach. It was well equipped for cooking and the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a wagon to make hauling to the beach easy. Colleen was very responsive. Oh and grilling on the back deck was very nice! Overall it’s a great condo and quiet at night.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was nice and quiet and located in a great area. The only drawback were all the stairs. You’ll definitely get your in your exercise when heading to and from the bedrooms.

Overall nice unit, toward the back of the complex which lengthens the walk to the beach but also makes it extra quiet. The beach walk is still only 10 minutes and the beach cabana is a very helpful feature. The pools were very well maintained and convenient to the unit. We stayed a month and had only minor issues (refrigerator) and the owner was very helpful and communicative.

My wife, sister & brother-in-law all stayed here for a week of spring break fun in the sun. The condo, location and Colleen were all great!

We chose this property because of its: big, bright windows, proximity to the beach & reasonable price. We were VERY pleased with our stay. The property manager, Colleen, was easy to communicate with & clear in her intensions to help us have a wonderful stay. We rented bikes, from Hilton Head Bicycle Co. (as Colleen had suggested in the helpful manual left in the living room of the unit), for our whole stay during February 2023 & they made it easy to get around. They were great for riding on the beach, too & made it easy to pop across the street to watch the sunrise. The bike rentals were of good quality & the best price around. The helmets supplied in the unit were helpful as well. The unit was clean & well stocked. We appreciated the clear view over the ponds on the property from all 3 floors. We often barbequed our dinner on the back porch. We bought many high quality foods from the local stores: Harris Teeter, Fresh Market & Whole Foods. We took advantage of easy access & biked to a gym (Breakthrough Fitness) & a yoga studio (Jiva Yoga Center). There were many choices of golf courses & tennis centers, too. I can't imagine a better set up for our month in Hilton Head & hope the opportunity presents itself to go back.

Property was great for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids 7-15. Kids liked the bunk beds and the tv in their room. I would stay here again.

The grounds were quiet and peaceful. Lots of turtles and little animals! The house is cute and had everything you needed. Cart and beach chairs for beach are in a little closet right in front of entrance (I didnt even look in there until we were leaving. lol) I was expecting a shorter walk to the beach and will definitely stay on the beach next time (because of our situation) but the walk is really not that bad as long as you plan on staying at the beach and not having to "run" back to the house. So do not leave anything at the house! This place is cute! The only thing I did not like was that the pool , pool area, and house was not really that clean and there are some areas in the house that could use some updating. For example: the shower knob has black stuff (needs to be removed and cleaned or just replaced) inside of it. The refrigerator smelled HORRIBLE. I am not sure if the people before us left food in there to stink or what but we almost couldn't handle the smell. I would think that the cleaning people would make the owner aware but maybe not. I was going to get a Arm and Hammer fridge pack but wasn't even sure that would help and we were only staying for 3 days. Overall, it was good and my 8 year old loved the three levels and turtles. Also, would have been nice to have Netflix and such that we could use our passwords to watch. Wifi worked great!

Although our visit to HHI was short we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Access to the beach was easy as well as reaching Coligny Plaza and the parks. The pools were quiet and clean. The condo was a comfortable "home away from home"! Colleen was extremely prompt with answering our questions and helpful both prior to and during our stay. Thank you!!

We loved staying here. Great location. Rooms and beds were wonderful and the whole apartment was decorated really beautifully. It had everything we needed for the beach including a wagon, sand toys, chairs, even a couple bike helmets for when we rented bikes. Kitchen had all the dishes, washer and dryer in apartment, books, games, overall many thoughtful touches. Walkway to the beach just across the street from condo complex. Two pools available as well. We had a great time.
