Wonderful place to stay. Walked to and from the Marina daily. Lots of restaurants and shopping! A bit noisy in the evenings as you can hear the music from the bars. Pools are relaxing and the cabana bar is the best! Enjoyed our stay.

After a long, cold, and heavy snowfall winter we needed a break and Cabo San Lucas is just the right place. We have stayed at the Terrasol condos 3 times previously and love the quiet, stress-free beach and reliable near perfect weather. This year we tried a different unit - #204. The condo is wonderfully decorated and appointed with more than enough essentials to make life near the beach enjoyable. 204 is near the condo office about as far from the ocean as you can get on the property but there is an ocean view and we were able to spot whales from the condo almost every day. There are spacious and private balconies on both sides that give an adequate balance between sun exposure and shade and provide a nice air flow so we didn't even consider the air conditioner. Appliances are all great, the kitchen is super for 2-4 people, and the TV entertainment centers in the living room and bedroom give more than enough after hours viewing. There is a great library with dozens of books from many of my favorite authors and the bed and furniture are all comfortable. Overall, the apartment is comfortable, perfectly furnished and provides a relaxing spot to hit the beaches and nightlife of Cabo.

We have stayed at Terrasol several years now and this is the first time at this property. It was just as described and we enjoyed it! Great view from both patios. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a great space to relax in the evening.

The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. Amazing night views of the city lights, and a small view of the ocean. Close to the hotel lobby which has patio out back giving you a panoramic view of the ocean skyline, (we stumbled upon this on accident while exploring). Great place to watch the sunrise or sunset. Walking distance to the pool, beach, and marina district (all adventures leave from here). Very safe and separated from the hustle of the city. The only downside of being near the city, is the late night (11:30+) noise of the nearby music and DJ events which meant we had to close all the windows and use earplugs to sleep. Overall this is a great place with private entry, smaller that most sprawling hotels nearby, parking available, and walkable to the scuba shop, even with all of our equipment. Highly Recommend

This review may be a bit overdue as our vacation was mid November but not because we did not enjoy EVERY minute at Marina. The description of the condo on VrBO was on point and Carol is very easy to talk to and let us know everything we needed to know. The location is beautiful with ocean views out one deck and the city the other. The marina is close enough to walk to, which we did often. Added bonus of a 2nd full bathroom- the place could easily handle 4 adults. Terrasol is a beautiful complex with super friendly staff and a great pool with breathtaking water views. We even got a few peeks at some whales out on the horizon. We will not hesitate to book again next year! Thank you Carol!!

Thank you Carol! Your place was in the perfect spot, and the staff were awesome. It was very safe and secure. Within walking distance to everything. Note to future guests: open the two glass doors to experience the BEST coastal indoor breeze ever!
