Overall, we were fairly happy with our stay here. The outside area was beautiful, the ACs units were cold, comfortable furniture and beds, well equipped kitchen. We loved the snorkeling/kids gear too! Being within 10 minutes of walking distance to the airplane beach was nice. The reviews mentioned the housekeeping coming every other day. She didn't clean much of anything and didn't stay for long. Didn't change sheets until she was asked, wasn't excited about washing pool towels, didn't clean any sand outside around pool, etc. I don't even think she mopped. We had a 7 day visit and felt like we shouldn't have to ask for new sheets. Pool stayed very dirty (dead bugs on bottom). For the price, we didn't feel like it was worth it, but we did mostly enjoy ourselves.

My family and I, comprised of 7 adults and 3 kids, had an amazing time at this villa. Both John and Stacey were so accommodating, responsive and helpful with all questions and coordination. The villa was exactly as pictured and the view and location was unbeatable. We will miss waking up to the waves crashing each day!

Everything about our stay here was incredible! The villa was stunning, well equipped and spacious. The indoor and outdoor areas were perfect for our group of 9 including 6 adults and 3 kids. The location is very convenient as you can walk to Maho though we also found it quite easy to drive around the island to explore different beaches and restaurants. We appreciated an early check in and the every other day housekeeping service was a really nice surprise. We can’t wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our family of 7. Beautiful property just as pictured, great location, zero plane noise, terrific air conditioning, and wonderful gathering areas in and outside the house. Will rebook if back in Sint Maarten with a group of people. Very quick, clear, and helpful communication during booking and stay from John and Stacey.

The home is more lovely that the pictures! The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking full meals. We could walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. The trip to and from the airport was quick and seemless. As close as we were to the airport, we did not hear any noise. The flights do not come and go during the nights or even early morning or evening. The pool was the perfect temperature, and the outside lounge areas were lovely for cocktails. We had a fabulous time. Stacey was incredible. Chi Chi was wonderful. I would highly recommend this home.

What an amazing week! 7 girls celebrating a friends 50th and Beach Secrets in Beacon Hill was everything advertised! The house was perfect for us all! Waking up to the sound of beach waves and sunshine everyday and walking distance to the Sunset Beach Bar and more! Stacey, our concierge, was incredibly responsive to our every need. We saw many reviews that commented on the rocky beach but the property, pool, and the view made up for that for sure. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a sun filled relaxing vacation! Would definitely stay here again! If we had one recommendation to make it would be to have some pool floats, noodles and a skimmer. Other than those things we had everything we needed. Thank you Jonathan and Stacey for an amazing week!

Liked everything about it. Beach was small and rocky. Not a problem as many more beaches on the island and we like to explore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms worked perfectly for our 2 families. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a lot. The backyard felt even more spacious than the pictures show. We enjoyed eating dinner at the table overlooking the ocean. Easy walk over to Maho beach, which we all enjoyed! Any issues we had, the property manager was very responsive. We would very much recommend this property!

There were 2 bedrooms that had an awful smell. We could not use one of them and kept the door shut otherwise we would not have been able to stay. Lucky there were 2 beds in the one bedroom so we were able to stay. It was a great location and the views were great.

Everything about this house is awesome!! Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and the casino. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is very spacious and the outside area is gorgeous. The beach area is rocky however the view and ocean sounds are fabulous. Definitely will return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The sunset view is magical, clean and plenty of space. We pre ordered groceries and everything was as we needed it. A reminder to bring bug spray to the island is only note.

The house and grounds were as described , the beach is nice to look at but you really can’t swim there , But there is a nice sandy beach a few min walk from the house . They location is great , you can walk to restaurants . Groceries . Night life . I would definitely recommend this property , and will probably book the house again next year .

Perfect for our family and friends

It was nice, and roomy for all of us. Red room smelled of mold in bathroom pretty bad, also in room off pool. One room is pretty small and you can see right in shower from storage(weird). Property owner got mad just because my kids decorations for my 60th birthday party, I guess she thought we'd just leave them and thought we used tape to hang them. Wasn't true, bandaids because we own business and know better. She was rude to my kids that wanted to surprise me. Pool was dirty also, All & All it was to me, just Ok! Pictures make it look better then it really is. My kids loved it and that's all that mattered to me. Had a great 60th ... next time I'll stay at the Morgan !

We had a fantastic time staying at the Beacon Hill home. The private beach was a beautiful. I especially loved hunting for rocks, shells, and coral. There was enough sand for us to enjoy beach time there as well. The rooms were spacious and loved that we each had our own bathroom. The outdoor poolside bathroom was especially helpful and prevented us from tracking water in the house. There was also a poolside shower to rinse off sand from your trip down to the beach. The Concierge arranged for masseuses to visit and give couples massages . There was nothing more peaceful than hearing the ocean waves crash during a relaxing massage! The house was less than 5 minutes from the airport and another beach/restaurant. It was also less than 10 minutes from a market to get groceries, beverages etc. Overall, our stay was amazing! We highly recommend and would consider staying in the same property again.

We found Beach Secrets to be a wonderful vacation home for our group of 7 adults, we all had plenty of space to relax and we also appreciated the in suite bathrooms for all. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving. The pool area and back deck with bay view provided much enjoyment, relaxation and entertainment daily. We did not access the bay from the beach on the property but enjoyed the view and checked out the rocks on the beach. There are many black urchins in the water on the rocks there as well which you do not want to step on. I may have tried snorkeling there with water shoes on if the water had been calmer during our stay, the winds and waves were high - but it was fun watching the surfers. I highly recommend you read all of the reviews, in doing so we learned about wonderful gems accessible right in the neighborhood after walking out of the driveway which encouraged us to explore the area. One review directed us to a stairwell between two buildings which led us to a magnificent Simpson Bay Beach with Zafario right there to enjoy a coffee, drink or meal. Another review led us to a cliff with a wonderful view also nearby. We would definitely stay at Beach Secrets again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean with a great layout. The pool was big enough for the kids to enjoy. It might help to have a TV in every room just to get caught up on news at night but that is no big deal at all. The location was ideal. We will stay here again, best house we have stayed in, in St Maarten.

Great property

We are a group of 4 couples and have stayed at many vacation properties in the Caribbean and Mexico. Villa Beach Secrets is one of the best. This property is beautiful with 4 equally nice bedrooms, comfortable living areas and a beautiful pool/yard with comfortable lounge chairs and amazing views. The house had a large overhang that protected us from the sun and occasional rain shower. We appreciated the small things (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, soft towels, beach towels, hair dryers, & cleaning every other day) which is not always the case with vacation rentals. John was responsive when making reservations and Stacy met us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. You can walk to Maho Beach, restaurants and shopping but we would recommend a car so you can visit the whole island. I highly recommend the car rental company recommended by John if you want a great price and excellent customer service. There is no swimming beach in front of the house but there are plenty of beaches nearby, including Mullet Bay Beach which is definitely worth a visit.

Had a fantastic stay. We had 8 people in our group and everyone had their space and the house was set up perfectly for 8. From place settings to seating around the house and outside the house by the pool. The view is amazing - already miss it. They had most everything we needed in the kitchen, we also had several meals catered and the chef's were able to find what they needed there. We use Fabulous Feasts btw and all the meals and chefs were awesome. A/C throughout the home and we had no problems with any appliances except we did need Stacey to come show us how to work a shower in 2 bedrooms, lol. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and pool/beach use. Overall we had a great time and we will be back to the Sin Maarten and the house.

Fulfilled, rejuvenated and beyond happy!! That's what comes to mind with our experience at Beach Secret! The beautiful haven served as our oasis among the Beacon Hill community and was perfectly accessible to the Maho Beach area attractions, restaurants and market. The house had everything we needed and more - perfect for a reunion trip where we wanted a mix of home time and local vibes, remote working with perfect wifi access and the view that still takes my breath away! Being a group of 7 women we always felt safe with gated entry and night time gated community...as well as the plus there was enough room for having privacy too. Our host, John, was extremely helpful and we even had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were amazing! You'll enjoy as well!

The property was very nice, well appointed and clean. The back yard was phenomenal and we really enjoyed our stay. We were walking distance to Maho Beach where you can have cocktails and food and watch the planes land and we were a short drive (or longer walk) to several restaurants and shops. As others have indicated, there's no real beach as the beach is small and full of rocks but there are a number of nice beaches nearby. A heated pool and hot tub would have been a plus but we definitely enjoyed our stay -- John was super nice and very responsive as was the concierge, Stacey. We really had a blast -- thanks John!

Everything about the property met or exceeded expectations—will definitely come back for another visit. Property was clean, had a great layout for our party, and Gwen was a gem. Highly recommend!

Our group of 7 adults loved our stay at this property! The property manager Gwen was so helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us. She was there to check us in early and allowed us a late checkout as well. The house had everything you could need: tons of cooking tools, lots of towels, a washer and dryer (with soap), espresso maker, coffee maker, portable speaker, hairdryer, I could go on and on. These were just a few of the things that we were thankful to find during our stay. The location is also great! It is a quick walk to Sunset beach bar and Maho beach to watch the planes. There is also another restaurant area just a few steps past the beach, and Gwen provided the name of a taxi service for when we needed it. We also had some people who needed to work a bit during the trip, and the wifi was quick and allowed them to do so. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone.

This house is simply amazing! There were 7 adults in our group, and this house was perfect for us. The layout of the house is great, everyone had privacy. We really appreciated that each bedroom had it's own restroom. The house is very well stocked with kitchen utensils. The backyard is INCREDIBLE! We spent hours each morning just sitting outside and looking at the view. The pictures really don't do it justice, it is absolutely breathtaking! John was great to work with, he greeted us at the house to give us a tour. He responded to our messages almost immediately. He also showed up to send us off when our vacation was over. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to St. Martin.

The property was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, in a great location, safe and secure. The pool was wonderful after a day on the beach. The views were fantastic and John was an amazing host - very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this property for groups of our size!
