The location is set in the midst of many horse ranches. We enjoyed walking along the quiet road seeing the horses. The pool and hot tub were the perfect way to relax after hiking. The McDowell Sonoran Preserve trails were close by and easy to access. These trails are well marked and in great condition.

Property was good and beautiful. Further from everything than we wanted although peace and quiet was nice. Only complaint was that we were charged an extra fee each day to heat the pool to 85deg. This didn’t happen. Pool was too cold to enjoy. Felt like we should have that money refunded

The Casita exactly matched the photos online. The Casita was spacious and very clean. The bed and bedding was very comfortable and the towels plush and soft. Nice shower with ample water pressure. The location was perfect for our golf vacation central to the courses we wanted to play. We had a little trouble managing the stove top. The fan vented back into the kitchen and it would get a little smoky. We have a gas range so it may have been our unfamiliarity with using electric, We cooked all of our dinners in the kitchen that was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this property. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful sunsets.

We loved the desert location outside of a typical neighborhood but close to amenities. Responsive hosts. Charming casita! Really felt like we were able to get away from the city hustle and bustle before joining family in the center of town.

Very quiet and relaxing place. Excellent for 2 adults and provides ample space to spread out and enjoy the cabin. Convenient to many activities in Scottsdale and Cave Creek. A unique experience.

We had an amazing stay. The cabin was the perfect size for the two of us. It was beautiful and the pool was was everything we wanted.

My wife and I are expecting our 4th child later this year and wanted to have a short getaway for the two of us to celebrate. We decided to visit the Scottsdale area and choose this lovely little casita! We chose it because it was a little bit out of town but very close to all that Scottsdale has to offer. We also loved the scenery and traditional Arizona desert vibe the casita has to offer. I very nice clean place, with beautiful views, privacy, and comfort. Owners were easy to connect with if we needed anything or had any questions. We will definitely be back to Arizona and would love to stay here again!

The property felt like home the moment we arrived. The place is extremely well appointed with an amazing assortment of stocked cooking essentials. The bed and bedding were top notch as were the towels and bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped with horses next door to add to the charm - though a bit noisy for work Zoom meetings. All in all, an upscale, cozy “cabin” experience!

My husband and I spent a week in the Cabin Casita. It was a perfect home away from home for attending Spiring Training in Scottsdale and Mesa. The Cabin Casita is also very close to the Boulders Spa so we spent a lovely day there, too. We drove into Phoenix for a Phoenix Symphony concert with Pink Martini and did a plant sale and walk and had a great lunch at the Desert Botanical Gardens. The Cabin Casita is also close to Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin so you have to see that and check out the Biltmore Hotel also not too far away in Scottsdale that he also inspired...go there for a Tequila Sunrise invented there.. There were also so many hiking options nearby. We loved the hot tub at the end of each day and our requests to have it heated were always responded to promptly. The unit was quite private with nice outdoor tables and seating of it's own and also very nicely stocked with utensils and pots and pans and dishes and very generous supplies of cleaning and paper products. Overall an awesome stay and highly recommended.

Beautifully done property with all the amenities. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the place to our friends and family.

The unit was very nice and worthy of the excellent reviews it gets. Furnishings and decor were above average , not the standard you get with most rentals. The location worked great for us as we wanted a place in between Carefree and Kierland Commons.

Maybe our best stay and we have been using VRBO for many years. The location is perfect, close to great hiking trails, stores and restaurants but the feeling is quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room with everything you need. We only used the spa once but it was great!

The Troon Cabin Casita property is situated in a perfect setting for those that want peace and quiet whilst still having convenient access to multiple activities and restaurants. We loved being close to Mountain View’s/trails, shopping, mountain biking, and the best golf in AZ.

Exactly what we were looking for and needed. Truly able to Unplug. The prior groceries we were able to order and our amazing in Casita massages, helped truly relax.

My mom and I stayed at Parsons Villas cabin casita for a mother daughter getaway and it was absolutely fantastic. The property was impeccably clean and well kept. The owners really have thought of everything you might need during your stay. It was quiet, relaxing, and the pool area is wonderful. It’s in such a beautiful location and was easy to get to. I couldn’t recommend this rental enough. The surrounding areas have a lot of shopping and restaurant options as well. We will definitely be back!

Lovely setting. Well equipped and very comfortable with a true western feel. We stayed on after the rest of our family departed. Easy to cook in and close to restaurants when you want to go out. Short drive to hiking/biking trailheads. The pool and hot tub are great. Enjoyed seeing the horses next door. Would definitely return again!

This was hands-down the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The villa was immaculate; the setting was beautiful and serene. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I cannot wait to return!
