The house was very nice and clean, better than we expected. Vacasa was awesome to deal with we had a few questions when we got to the the house, and the were quick to respond to all questions and concerns. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future.

Spacious, bright, well-appointed home that works great for a large family. Grandparents down to the littlest grands can be at home here! Comfy beds, comfy furniture, comfy spaces for all. Lovely outdoor spaces too! And an easy walk to a beautiful beach. Great house! Highly recommended!

Great setup, close to golf and we loved the outdoor area.

Stayed off really bad. Could not get into the house with the code that was given. Ended up being the wrong code not only for the front door but also the back up kit in lockbox. Calling the number was no help just continued to give me wrong 10 digit codes for a front door lock that was 4 numbers. Finally after almost an hour standing outside Whine waiting for a local person to come. We walked to the backyard where we found a mess of broken beach equipment and beach toys thrown around the backyard. Clearly nothing was fine with backyard. The backyard shower area was filled with heaves and more damaged beach items that all just needed to be thrown away. The front door lock also has non working batteries so that delayed getting in as well. The pool was filled with leaves(lots of trees, so not unexpected to have some) but there was no skimmer to even clean it ourselves. Apparently the tenants before broke it. But we ended up not getting one to use until Friday was very poor service. The pool guy said he would drop one off Wednesday night but kept avoiding it until Friday afternoon. The local girl(forgot name) was apologetic and helpful but here support failed miserably. The house itself is great but as far as Vacasa, they are a mess and would never rent from them again. Not one person ever suggested some sort of remedy to the large fees we paid to them for the rental. Oh and another charge of $69 for late c/o but cleaner still cane at 10 am expecting us gone

I can’t believe that we were able to book this awesome beach house so late in the year. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths for all 16 of us. We had a great time. Here are the pros and cons Pros It’s a really nice house to spend a week in. Plenty of space. Lots of bedrooms and beds and bathrooms Great price Easy walk to the beach. The house was clean. Being all on one level was very good for my parents We used the pool a lot. Tiki Bar was actually useful. Great grill in the tiki bar. Kitchen had plenty of room and almost everything we wanted. Internet access was good Cons The access code didn’t work. Luckily we were able to find alternate access on our own. Limited seating in the living room area and at the dining room table. The house sleeps 16. There really needs places for more people to sit comfortably in the living room and to eat together. Need more help with finding overnight off-site parking for extra cars. From other commenters, note that the living room furniture isn’t new. The furniture is suitable for a good week at the beach. It wasn’t a Con for us. It’s a beach house after all. The Pros far outweigh the Cons. When booking, it seemed like it might be too good to be true, but it turned out to be great.

We just finished our stay and were very impressed with this home! Spacious floor plan offering everyone the ability to collaborate for family fun/dinners or find their own lounge area to relax/read. Updated amenities & décor, TV's in each bedroom as well as the sitting areas, very clean and fresh upon arrival. The pool/hot tub/tiki bar (extra beverage fridge!) were a huge hit with our group and the private access to the beach right across the street was a highlight! Easy walk/bike to the beach for our group ages 6 to 70. Less then 5 minute bike ride down the path to many restaurants, grocery store and park. Property Manager was very responsive throughout our preparations and stay for any questions. We will definitely be back!

Very nice house, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, plenty of room.

We had 4 small families stay, parking is a joke and they will give you parking tickets😳 how?? It sleeps 19 ppl and only 3 cars allowed??! The hot tub was broken and that was a huge disappointment for us, we reached out since we arrived and never had anyone contact us back, the pool boy happened to come and clean the next morning and he said every guest complains about the same thing, and "they" never fix it. Easy close walk to the beach. Not crowed like coligny was. Not a very well stocked kitchen.... never had enough silverware even tho we ran the dishwasher every night. Had a bunch of tools and paint cans stacked In the pantry. Not very safe for a rental that invited small children. Overall it wasn't as satisfactory to be honest because we were paying over $3,000 for just 2 nights and the property and management did not live up to the price or listing description. They still have not called us back after 8+ calls to them. Won't be renting from Vacasa again.

Big house, we were 9 and had plenty of space. Parking might be a problem if you have more than 3 vehicles. Easy walk to the beach, less crowded area. We had a problem with WiFi not working; we had 3 kids who wanted WiFi access for their game and one visitor from Canada who needed WiFi for his communication. Several TVs needed WiFi also to work. We reported it on first day, technician came on 3rd day. Problem was to be fixed on day 5... we were there for 4 days. Everything else worked good.

Gorgeous home & location. Vacasa Rental was garbage. Staff was disrespectful and tried to have us move out. The house had weeds in the backyard. Backyard was trashed, pool and grill was dirty. White furniture was dirty as well as mold refrigerator doors. The sound system throughout the house didn’t work.

House was in excellent condition. It's big, more room then we needed. TV's all worked, plenty of bathrooms and big kitchen/family room.

There was plenty of room for our entire family in this house. 6 bedrooms and ample bathrooms.

From the minute we walked in I knew we made the right choice. My friends and I came down for golf and Summer House was stellar. The pool was a great temp, the grill/tiki bar was the perfect hangout, and there was plenty of space for us to hangout inside, too. Walking distance to the beach, a mile walk from Coligny Plaza, we've already discussed coming back next year to do it all again and tour more golf courses while staying here! Thanks so much!

Fantastic house and location! Just a few minutes from a beautiful beach, just a short bike ride away from Coligny Plaza and its fun shops. Easy access to anywhere on the island. The house was clean, spacious, and well-kept. The grandkids were in the pool every minute they weren't on their bikes or at the beach. Highly recommended!

Thankful for such a great stay at this property. The property manager Vacasa and team were great and very responsive!

Overall, we enjoyed the house and time with family. It’s a great location and very close to the beach. The bedrooms are nice with lots of space and comfy beds. However we had several issues with this rental. The pool was unable to be heated after a part of it broke and would not be fixed during our stay. Communication regarding this was difficult and frustrating. One of the bed frames had many nails sticking out, which scraped a family members leg. This was not fixed during our stay despite being mentioned. The fridge door was broken, but this was quickly replaced. Overal the living room was not very clean, including Doritos in the couch. The couches are very stained and need replacing. I hope the owners really take time to review these items and fix as needed.

If you want the pool heated, you might as well forget it. We called twice and emailed once in the months leading up to our stay with no confirmation on the heating. Two days before our stay the email was confirmed that it would be heated. When we arrived, it was not. After calling again, supposedly there was no record of our request. Later in our stay a pool maintenance person showed up in the backyard without any contact to us that he was coming making our house full of women a little uncomfortable.

In general we had a great stay but some of the headaches could’ve easily been avoided.

Great location. Layout of the property is perfect for a multiple family vacation. Items that need attention: WiFi speed, Living area furniture needs updated, Vegetation needs cleaned up., Pool area needs to have a deep cleaning on the surface around pool. Pool furniture upgraded. Will consider returning if some of these items are addressed.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely sprawling ranch home. It was perfect for the three generations who all stayed there. The pool and outside space was well used and the walk to the beach was short.

The house was set up perfectly for multiple families and was so spacious!! It was a great time!!

The house was great but needs a little love. The property management was responsive but I think some of the issues we had at the house need more attention (not a quick fix). The pool company needs to clean the pool and check the chemicals. That all said, yes I would stay there again. Great house and floor plan and close to the beach and town.
