The whole rental process was easy!

This home was amazing! We had a couple families coming up to visit our freshmen at NAU for family weekend and we were able to barbeque and enjoy everyone without dealing with the crowded restaurants. The house was super clean, beautiful, and outfitted with everything we needed! The view from the backyard is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit! The pictures don't do this wonderful home justice. We would love to stay again next year!

Beautiful place and very comfortable!

This place was home away from home, my family loved every moment spent there. The house was super clean and was glad pet aren’t allowed, because of a child with pet allergies. I would stay there over and over again. This is a must rental if you are visiting Flagstaff area and don’t want to stay in an hotel.

This was a great place for an extended stay with family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with a very comfortable family room area. It’s centrally located to everything in the area (Snow Bowl and Grand Canyon). Only comment is that we tried to use the oven to make cinnamon rolls one morning and the smoke alarm kept going off. Great to know the smoke alarm is so sensitive and works well but disappointed that the oven had so much grease in the bottom of the oven that it smoked and. caused the alarms to keep going off. The kitchen could also use a few larger fry pans. One pan we were using had the handle break when we were using it but we made do with what was available. Everything else was so superbly awesome but they need to do a bit of kitchen oven cleanup and make sure they have sufficient cooking pans.

Townhome was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and relatively new townhome. New and comfortable furniture. Location was great and the layout of the home was perfect for couples or extended family.

I was extremely pleased with everything about the house. It easily accommodated seven adults and one child. It was nicely furnished from the main level to all of the bedrooms. It was conveniently located near stores and restaurants but you still felt as though you were miles away from the hustle and bustle. The surrounding area behind the unit was very nice and peaceful.

The only problem was the coffee maker was missing the carafe and the keurig was not working. Otherwise, perfect stay!

The house was amazing. My entire family had a great time.

Very comfortable property for our family of 3 adults and two kids. Good location that backs up to the national forest and is close to downtown Flagstaff and NAU.

We will be coming back -the home was gorgeous, so clean and stocked w everything you need. Close to everything as well.

Fantastic house

This is the second time we stayed at Pinnacle Pines. I almost didn’t want to write a review because I don’t want it to be booked the next time we want to go to Flagstaff! It’s perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Can walk out the door to beautiful trails. Loved making s’mores in the fire pit every night. The beds are very comfortable, quality linens and towels and a well stocked kitchen and great bbq. Can’t wait to go back.

This house is beautiful! It plays a lot bigger than just under 2400 ft. It’s on three levels and everything is of extremely high-quality. The decorations are exquisite and the bedrooms are very well appointed. Also, the beds are very comfortable. There is nothing like waking up in the morning, opening the blinds, and seeing the beautiful pine trees behind our house that leaves right up to the trails that you can walk and enjoy. I will book again at this place for sure on our next visit up north.

The home was perfect and just as pictured!

We loved our week at Pinnacle Pines and can’t wait to return. We ate every meal on their patio overlooking the beautiful forest. In the evenings we relaxed with a glass of wine as we made s’mores in their fire pit. The place was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. The mattresses were very comfortable. We walked to amazing hiking trails. Everything was perfect!

We loved this place and was perfect for our family. We were close to town, close to snow bowl and the place was well stocked with towels, kitchen appliances and utensils! We would definitely rebook here again!

Beautiful home, great location! Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults to spend Christmas. Great views, nice patio with fire pit and grill, excellent appliances and comfy beds. Would love to return!

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay, the townhouse location is amazing, decorated upscale and it’s very clean. We had a little hard time getting in cause the front door keyless pad didn’t open until our 10th try and it gave us a little scare cause it was 10pm. But other then that loved everything about our stay here.

We rented this house with our family of 7. It was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, clean, and beautiful home. The house was exactly as pictured. We could’ve used a few more pans in the kitchen but we made due with what we had.

I would definitely stay there again. The lay out, cleanliness, and look of the whole places was unexpected and amazing
