I will give you 5 stars…almost perfect. Great Location. Very clean. Just enough kitchen essentials so I didn’t have to eat out every meal. For the things that could have been better: 1) walls are super thin…I could hear all about the next door neighbor…they were there for their son’s military graduation. 2) downstairs toilet just kept running after you flushed. It needs some work. 3) basic condiments would have been nice, at least salt and pepper 4) I wish there was a grill.

great location 2 issues, Check in and check out time, all the paperwork or online registration shows 3 pm and 11 am, but that changed to 4pm and 10am??? why? also, no cable TV for 2 days and they told me i will have to call the cable company......

Just a short walk to the action, shopping, restaurants and the beach. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The patio is lovely and the pool is great. We had a great vacation and enjoyed exploring the beautiful area.

Overall we were very pleased with the townhouse. We loved how close it was to the local grocery store. We put our 2 small kids in a wagon and walked to the beach each day. It was about 8-9 minutes. We enjoyed riding bikes on the nearby bike paths. The townhouse was very clean. We LOVED sitting on the back patio and eating breakfast/lunch and enjoying the grassy lawn area. Good for small kids to run around. When we arrived, the AC wasn't working and I contacted the property manager. They had someone out AND repaired within just 3 hours! That was so appreciated. My only complaint with our stay was that it is very clear in the listing that tennis courts are available. We packed our tennis gear and our son was so excited to play. I reached out to the manager and was told they do not offer tennis court access. He said he would double check and call me back, but I never heard anything back from him. If tennis is a must for you, make sure to clear this up with them before you book.

Unfortunately our accommodations did not equal our surroundings. We open the door and was greeted by a mildewy smell. once we went into the kitchen, found roaches in the sink. Immediately contacted the company and heard nothing back. Killed them with Lysol only to find more over the next couple of days in the bathroom in the living room on the table on the stove . It is completely unacceptable for this company to not respond to something so disgusting. After finally speaking to someone on the fourth day at 7:30am after 5 hours no one still never called me back. We were told the manager will decide if they're going to approve someone to come. WHAT?? No one called back still at 1. So I called them and just said we don't want you to come anymore becausee're leaving in the morning we were doing a day trip and I didnt want anyone in here while we're gone. The downstairs toilet needs help flushing and there was hair on the pillow cover and the bedroom so I don't think they wash those covers or the bedspreads. Par for the course.. most dsappointing is the lack of respect from vacasa. We never contacted hotels.com because we had contact information for the place on site. With all the money we spent, you would expect better. Beware because we saw the cleaning crew coming to clean getting ready for someone new who's going to be welcomed by roaches. The super loud blower at 7:15 am to clear leaves around the pool. Really? Never again.

Clean, no surprises quiet location, close to an abundance of restaurants perfect for us

The space was comfortable, clean, and close to lots of restaurants!

The property was further walk from beach than advertised and also shows up 2 bath and was half bath. The TVs worked first night but couldn’t get to turn on the second night. And the glass door on front door would not close kept coming open.

My family and I stayed here a week. Place had everything we needed, things worked great and was plenty of space for the 5 of us.

perfect size for just the 3 of us but would be tight for more than that i think. Galley kitchen lends itself to 1 person at a time doing the cooking/prep. super convenient to everything and very comfortable overall. Would definitely book again!

Great centralized location. Easy access to food, amenities and beach. Fun times!

Great and easy stay

The only negative thing I have to say is that the listing says 2 full bathrooms, and it only had one and a half. We went with another couple so it was a bit awkward for everyone to use the same bathroom, we probably wouldn’t have picked this property based on that alone. But otherwise it was a nice place for the price, in a good location and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa, it was very convenient to everything, and at a great price. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great. Pool was decent. However I think it is important to let people know that it does not have 2 full bathrooms as stated, it is 1 and 1/2 baths, which made it a little awkward with 2 couples sharing a main bathroom. Also, there is no place to wash the sand off before going into the house, we noticed that other villas had water and hoses in the little area off the front entry, not a major big deal, but would have cut way down on the sand that is brought into the house from the beach. Everything else was great!

The property looks better in the pictures! Most of the blinds were broken or missing in the master bedroom! The garbage disposal was also broken and did not work! A bowl was placed under the sink to catch the leaking water! The couch smelled like a wet dog! The only positives were the pool area was very secluded and nice! Also, the location to Coligny Plaza!

The coligny villa was absolutely wonderful, everything was furnished ! All we brought was our clothes and food ! Everything was clean and neat, neighbors were freindly, a grocery store 5 min. away. I highly recommend the stay, we are going back next year !

Location was relaxing, peaceful and just close enough to the beach and other activities such as shopping and dinning. Will visit again soon.

The near Coligny Plaza you could walk to all the restaurants and to the beach very close did not have to use a car

I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend the shower head be looked at because it’s hard to move and the water goes straight on the floor. The carpet need to be cleaned as well. Besides that everything else was great!
