Having lived in The Villages for 17 years (recently moved back north to be with the grand children) and hearing horror stories about rentals, I can assure you this is not one of them. The house is fully stocked, fully furnished, and located in the center of the active portion of The Villages, I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed my stay in this house. Next trip down you can be sure that I'll arrange my trip around the availability dates on this unit

Even thou we turned our names and addresses into the owner several days ahead of our visit, the ID's were not ready when we checked in. They did not become available until 3 days after check in. This resulted in 2 days less for our golf playing which was the reason for our vacation.

good time

Lovely home, no problems except the lanai was very musty. Otherwise very nice. Good location.

This was our second time staying in Tall Trees village. The house was very clean and comfortable and was convenient to Publix grocery store as well as restaurants and pharmacies. Our host Judy was easy to work with as was Rita the property manager.

We loved staying in this beautiful, comfortable home. The neighborhood was pretty and peaceful. It was located near many restaurants, stores and entertainment.

Greatly enjoyed this Tall Trees home. The kitchen was well appointed, home well organized and maintained. The home was close to Publix and other retail, restaurants and only a short golf cart run to Sumpter and Spanish Springs. Having the golf cart as part of the rental was also a terrific bonus. You won't be disappointed!

It's way in the back of the neighborhood and along way from any town square. Home itself was great. Location is the only weakness.

Was a little nervous about renting on line. Should not have been. House was beautiful and clean. There was plenty room for us and it was right in the middle of the Villages. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and organized and well maintained. The furniture and beds were comfortable, except for the mattress on the pull out couch in the den. Don't expect to get any sleep on that mattress. This couch, however, with the cushions on and covered with a sheet, was very comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need for cooking. There were plenty of linens and even several beach towels. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the The Villages is a very fun town with town centers that contain restaurants & shops by the water, as well as entertainment. There are also many pools, even family pools, and activities available at the many rec centers. We appreciated the free passes for use at the family pools & rec centers, and use of the golf cart and extensive golf cart lanes to get around The Villages. Our only major complaint is that pest control was necessary. The roaches only came out at night, and we didn't notice them until our last night there. When we notified the owner of the problem, pest control was called immediately and we were contacted by the pest control business to set a time for them to access the house for treatment.

Great time spent in a convenient location. Judy is a gracious hostess with everything in the kitchen to a golf cart in the garage. Quiet location with local nature parks as well as shopping all around! We are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids. We were very comfortable during our stay.

We really liked the property. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked. All that you need to bring with you are your clothes and purchase your food. The area is convenient for all of your shopping needs. The owner is very gracious and wonderful to deal with. We hope to rent this home in the Future.

Never done before better than expected want to rent same next year for february

Beautifully decorated, great street and Village location, quite and spacious lot. It was nice to have a golf cart . A spacious garage. Everything was welcoming with posted guest info to enhance ones visit. There were roaches in the kitchen, the master bed sloped down on the window side, the hideabed in the 3rd bedroom matteress was thin and not comfortable . Instructions for the coffeepot are needed., only four channels on the television. The second bedroom was fine. The master bedroom is beautiful decorated. I would definitely recommend this unit . There are a few negatives but are easily remedy.

No problems, would like to stay again

Beautiful home in a very convenient location and is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, linens, washer dryer, and golf cart. The property manager is very responsive to any requests or questions that I had and I would highly recommend this property for it's cleanliness, location, and furnishings.

We had a great stay. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The Villages has so much to do...golf, pickleball, music every night. This property backs up to a noisy street. Although there is a wall , you will hear traffic noise starting at 6 am

A few very minor glitches but Rita, the property manager, sorted it out within minutes! House was lovely and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend and come stay again! Kelly

This house is absolutely beautiful.... location, house, area, community... etc.. house was spotless, cozy and beautifully decorated. The golf cart was a great addition and useful in cruising around late evenings enjoying the area, weather, shopping and scenery. Looking forward to another easy stay with you!

Great house and very convenient location to shopping, golf courses and Sumter Landing. The owner was easy to reach and took care of a couple of small issues promptly. The house was spotless and in excellent shape. Thank you for everything.

Very comfortable and well furnished single family home. Nice FL room and quiet back yard. Very complete kitchen. I might suggest expanding cable so sports stations are available. Golf cart needs a good tune-up, runs quite rough.
