The property was perfect for our short family trip. The home was well stocked. The owner generous with their property and had no issues with check it or our stay. We will definitely look forward to visiting again.

Host provided great instruction. Property was clean and very convenient to the beach. Pool access was great, however, it closes at 10P. Condo was a bit dated. Security gate helped us few more secure.

Great location and great view but I had a lot of problems. first, when arriving to the condo the floor was really dirty and the place was dusty. Then I went to brush my teeth, there was toothpaste around the sink from the last visitors. Also, some of the towels where really dirty and ripped. The microwave wasn’t working, it never got fixed or replaced. Then the shower knob on one of the shower stop working which cause our water to be turn off. We where without water for about 15hrs. Until the problem got fixed.

with the initial hiccup of not having the room key readily accessible ( it was not in the lockbox) Which resulted in a trip to the main gate to pick up of the key and not having a ramp to easily roll the cart to the beach the rest of the stay was VERY uneventful. The access to the pool was easy and the pool area and water was consistently free of debris and clean. The room air conditioner, dishwasher, refrigerator were 100% functional however, the toilet handles were hard to operate. In closing, ALL five people in the party WOULD DEFINITELY return next year and HIGHLY recommend your facility to our friends.

The microwave didn’t work at all the water pressure was low toilet water didn’t flush screen doors were not properly installed the mattress down stairs all four were hard too firm master bedroom was good we adjusted and were able to enjoy our stay at the pool and beach

The place needs a deep cleaning, and the upstairs bedroom did not have a closet, it had a lock on it, the balcony are small and needed cleaning, put was a nice location

The condo was nice and just a described. The location was convenient to everything we did, especially the beach. The owner provided some beach equipment which was nice. The only problem we had was with the toilets. They was different, but when we worked with them and learned the tricks it was ok.

This was just what we needed. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to spread out, close to the pool and beach. Plenty of places to eat close to the Bahia Mar resort on the north end of the island. Loved it. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your space.

Owner very responsive until the last day when I couldn’t figure out the Wi-Fi (neither of the two passwords provided worked) but I survived without it lol I would say great location, nice pool, nice beach access- walking distance to Clayton’s Beach Bar- BUT the unit looks much nicer in the pictures- needs a fresh coat of paint BADLY and a good scrubbing. Upstairs toilet barely flushes and pretty sure the upstairs bedroom has some mold issues around the window opening. Great price though for a beach unit but you get what you pay for!

The condo and location is perfect! The host was responsive and helpful. As noted on the posts it is on the 3rd floor so just keep that in mind but it was not a big deal for our group. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was even closer. You can see both from the balcony. We rented chairs and a canopy through the condo and it was worth it to not have to bring things to the beach and set it up. We would stay there again!

Really nice condo with all the necessities you need. Upon arriving, climbing the stairs to the third floor might be a hassle, but hey, you get to be the top apt with the best balcony view. If you have family on the pool, you can keep an eye on them by the balcony. Apt is very well kept, providing towels in every shower (3), tvs in every bedroom, plus in the living room. Has all the needed cooking pans for every type of meal you want to cook. It provides beach chairs, with toys, a foldable shade, plus a rolling ice cooler. It takes around 1 minute to walk to the pool and another 2 to get to the beach. Overall this apt is at its best for its price, will definitely consider this apt for a future stay.

Good communication with the owner. Felt it could have been cleaner. Balconies were only big enough for 2 people. Location was good - near the pool & beach & close to nearby bars/restaurants.

This is a 3rd story place with no elevators. Really tough going up and down the stairs. Otherwise everything was awesome 😎

The property was a great location near the ocean. The hot tub was great, pool was ice cold, and no bathrooms by the pool. The condo itself, had mold in the windows, it was definitely not clean whatsoever, the sheets on beds were dirty, the celing fans had a layer of dust on them, cabinets falling apart and found animal droppings in a few of them, all the screens to the balconies were torn or non existstant. Just overall very outdated and dingy. The Wi-Fi name and password were inaccurate on vrbo listing, emails from owner, and on paperwork in condo. Dryer took 2 days to work and owner didn’t respond to us.

Would definitely stay here again. Great location that’s close to bars, restaurants, souvenirs! Property is beautiful and just a few steps from pool and beach! Has literally everything you need in the condo and lots of room for all 6 of us who came. Clean, comfy, and cozy!

Check in was excellent. 24 hr security at both main entrances to property made me feel safe. Condo was clean and had everything you would need. Side note- few more towels needed. I can’t complain at all. The AC was nice. Fans in each room and everyone was spaced out enough to be comfortable. Each room has own bathroom. We will definitely be staying again. Location was perfect.

My family had stayed many times at this condo location. Overall we like the property and have never had too many issues. We have stayed a couple of times in this unit and it is basically as advertised however, cleanliness is an major issue. Of course it’s a challenge at a beach location to maintain perfect cleanliness but the cleaning service should absolutely do better. Additionally, there are no extra blankets or sheets in the unit that we were able to find. Kitchen is equipped nicely and air conditioning works great. We normally rent a canopy and chairs from the management as it’s easier than bringing our own. Be aware that the rental office hours start at 9am, but in all the years we have stayed there, the office has never opened on time. Short walk to the beach and pools are clean.

We traveled from Uvalde Texas after a year of turmoil and you delivered above our expectations. We had a very wonderful time and will definitely be dack. Perfect way to start a fresh new school year

Family of 9 ! With high chances of rain and storms in the forecast we hoped for the best as we arrived on Friday. sadly all of our reservations had been canceled or at least attempted which resulted in full refunds on all our excursions. That alone speaks loudly for the businesses of SPI. With the weather as it was we had to re think our 4 day stay and activities which we did and we ended up having the best time but how could we not … it is south padre after all. We stayed at Bahia Mar which was perfectly accommodating for our family of 9.. very spacious and fully equipment with everything you could possibly need, the pools and hot tubs made for a perfect gap for the in between activities, direct access to the beach with canopies and beach side furniture.. honestly you couldn’t ask for much more for the price we paid. Our condo was close enough we could walk to most places we wanted to go. Only complaint would be that the hot water didnt last long and the condo needs a deep cleaning.. over all I was very satisfied

We had a really great time during our stay. The location was perfect. It is a bit farther north so there isn't traffic at night. Insude the property, the actual villa is close to the pool and has a view of the beach. It is also very close to the beach so you don't have to walk far. This is such a great advantage when you have little ones and carrying ice chests, chairs, etc. You can walk along the beach to Clayton's for some drinks and see the fireworks from the villa. Honestly, it's a really great location. The villa itself is very spacious and has everything you need during your stay. The living space had enough seating for all of us and everyone slept comfortably and had enough privacy as the bedrooms are spread out. Really cute spot and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time, the condo was clean and spacious. Our family reunion was a success. Walking distance to beach and pool!!! We were very comfortable.

Happy with everything

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The only cockroaches we saw were a couple of dead ones when we first arrived, which means that the pest control is doing its job. We had 5 adults and 5 kids and fit comfortably. The condo isn’t fancy but the location is amazing and we spent hours on the beach every day we were there. We would definitely stay here again.
