We very much enjoyed our stay in this great place in Cocoa Beach. It was comfortable, large and the yard was absolutely wonderful. We didn't really need more than that. Cooling down in the pool (as it was hot), having our morning coffee watching dolphins in the Banana River. Absolutely relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a laundry room so we could refresh our clothes before we moved on, which was very convenient. The owners were helpful. If we would ever go back to Cocoa Beach, we would surely visit this place again.

This is our second time renting this home, we absolutely love it and our family always has a great time. You get the best of everything, the river in one side and just one street away the beach. Away from the business of the center of coco beach by yet close to hop in your car take a 5 minute drive and enjoy the restaurants. The view from the back of the home is beautiful and we enjoyed every minuted. So sad to leave but I know we will be back, again and again.

We have been to this property several times and it never disappoints. Our kids have learned to swim in the pool, kayak in the indian river and surf in the ocean right across the street. This is an ideal location for outdoors people, beach bums like us, or if youre looking for a close place to stay to the many local attractions. This time we did the NASA Astronaut training experience and it was pretty awesome. We saw 3 rocket launches from banana river. We even saw some paratroopers jumping out of a C130 from the backyard. This is such a cool place to hangout. Theres always something to see or do. I think our favorite restaurants now are jazzys mainely lobster and the pig and whistle. Our family rented the upstairs unit too so we had a nice extended family stay. The owners are also very kind and responsive. They have always done everything they can do to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Thanks again for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

We were ABSOLUTELY AMAZED about this property!! We throughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here. If you’re looking for a place to stay, THIS IS THE SPOT!! Will definitely book here again!!!

We were pleasantly impressed with the location. The river is beautiful and much larger than we expected. We saw manatee, dolphins, stingray and puffer fish right from the shore. Ocean is directly across the street and we had a beautiful secluded view of the ocean.

This is a great location with access to both the river and ocean. The residence is very big and accomodates a family easily. We did hear some noise from the other units but it did not bother us and was not a big problem. The Kayaks and paddle board are a bit worn out and show signs of abuse from past tennants, we did use them and they were ok. The pool and other areas around the house were great for our stay and we were forunate the other renters were polite and we were able to mutually use the shared spaces.

We had a wonderful time in Goodland. The host is very friendly and helpful and the home is very clean and comfortable. We love the small town feel and look forward to returning next year.

We have stayed at this property several times and it was another great stay. The owners are very friendly and extremely quick in responding. We usually stay in June but this year wanted to see what Cocoa was like in the winter. It was an amazing break from the sub zero temperatures of our home town at the time. We actually did alot of swimming in the ocean and hanging out at the beach. We were still able to comfortably kayak in the lagoon and we saw several dolphins. I love this property because of the amount of wildlife you see, even while sitting on the couch looking out the windows. Birds and dolphins fish all day around. The strip of land is so narrow here that nature really surrounds you. We found a really good breakfast place on the beach this time. Its called morning glory in satellite beach, definitely worth the scenic drive south. It exceeded our expectations to spend christmas here in paradise.

This is my favorite place to go and relax anytime of year! I have rented this beautiful home 4 times in the last few years and each trip is better than the one before! The owner is so accommodating and responds promptly anytime you message! My friends and I had the very best time kayaking on the river and walking on the beach! We didn't see as many dolphins this trip but still saw a few! Everything is just as described in the information yet really way better!

This place is perfect for us because it’s right across from the beach (we are surfers) and we have children also. They love to kayak and see the dolphins and pelicans flying by. We even saw a rocket launch one time. I wish we had more money to spend because we would’ve enjoyed some fine dining at the Fat Snook restaurant which is a block away.

Amazing place!

This is the third time we have rented this property. It was wonderful as always. The experience with VRBO left much to be desired. We never got a notice about our second payment, just an overdue notice two hours before it was due. Calling Customer Service was a joke. Fortunately, the property owners are tremendous to work with so we ended up not having any issues. This is a great location to relax and enjoy the area. Also, if there happens to a launch going off, it’s a short walk to the beach for a spectacular view.

Perfect, relaxing spot. BEAUTIFUL views, comfy beds, great amenities. The furniture wasn't very comfy, and it is an older property, but the views and pool more than make up for it!

The outside of the property is the best part The inside is very old it was moldy musty mildew smelling two rentals on top you hear every time someone walks across the floor one unit was up until 3 am so therefore we were too

It was awesome price was great and was such an awesome first time with my wife and kids first time to Florida and the ocean was amazing what a great neighborhood and laid back community

Exactly as described. Our entire family really enjoyed our vacation here. We watched the sun set on the river and rise on the beach. We even saw a few dolphins in the river and a baby sea turtle on the beach. The walk to the beach is very short and had some pretty strong waves but was not busy at all. We had a large section to ourselves and were able to collect alot of shells and sand dollars. The apartment itself was nice with comfortable beds and had almost everything you would need with a well-stocked kitchen. Yes the place is shared with the two apartments upstairs and it is an apartment so you can hear those above or below you but it didn't affect our vacation in any way as we enjoyed interacting with the other families. The owners are very responsive should you need to contact them and Tom was very helpful as well. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying at this location. The first time my wife and I stayed at one of the top apartments. This time we came down with family and rented out the bottom level. You can not beat the location, views and amenities for the price. It’s indeed a hidden gem. Make sure to check out 4th street filling station and southern charm cafe. Great places to eat. Lots of wildlife in the banana river. We will miss this place but plan on returning again next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I thought the gas tank for the grill would be filled. We asked the pp upstairs if we could use their grill because we were ready to grill and they said NO! Made for a very awkward stay. Tom? showed up very early day of check out and just sort of larked around, very uncomfortable

We had a wonderful stay and particularly enjoyed the lovely view of the Banana River (wide enough at this point that you can barely see the other side in the distance). We saw dolphins just offshore on two separate occasions, and were surprised by how peaceful the location is. Over the course of a couple of days, we only ever saw one boat go by on this side of the river. A previous review mentioned the sound of other guests walking overhead; although we could hear the sound of people walking, we never heard voices or any other noises, so it wasn't a concern for us. The apartment is spacious and clean, and all three beds were large and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to use the kayaks, and the hosts were even kind enough to allow us to bring our dogs, requesting only that they not get on the furniture or disturb other guests. I would definitely recommend this rental, and would gladly return myself!

We absolutely love this property and the owners are so kind and easy to communicate with. The location of this property is ideal for us. The beach is a block away and your backyard is the indian river lagoon which is a massive wildlife habitat. The best thing about this property to me is the fact that you can do so much at the property that normally you have to go spend money on. For example dolphin watching, i got within ten feet of several on a kayak, bioluminescence which is incredible to see in a kayak, manatees, fishing, rocket launches. I could go on for a while but this place is the total package for us. Kayaking in the bioluminescence at night is an experience you wont forget and you can do it right from the backyard. Also crackers grill in cape canaveral and the donut shop in merritt island are amazing!!! Thank you for sharing your place with us we had more great memories.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Cresent Beach. The apartment was large, clean and the view from the back yard was beautiful. The only negative I would like to mention is the unit on the second level (above our unit) was noisy. The floors and deck creaked so we could hear movement at all hours of the day and night. This would not keep me from renting again because the place is so nice but the noise late at night and very early in the morning was annoying.

Great views. Property host handled a problem with AC as quick as possible. It could have been a disaster and it wasn’t. Our family had a great time here.

We arrived at about 7PM sunset. We didn't unpack because the first thing we did was walk through the house to the backyard and took in the most beautiflul sunset. It wa the start to a perfect week.

This property is situated just south of the busy part of cocoa beach. I love that you can just walk out your back door and sit by the lovely Little in ground pool and watch the dolphins swimming in the river. Then walk 5 minutes to beach . Oh and did I mention the stunning sunsets over the river. This is truly a hidden gem. The beds are comfy which is so important. The hosts are quick to respond and very helpful should any problems arise. We will definitely be returning.

The location of the property is amazing! I so wish it was a place I could return to. But the property is very run down and not well maintained. I think my biggest problem with the rental was the know plumbing issue. The sink in the en suite bathroom does not drain and this has been a known issue to the renter since mid-November. I do not think it is ethical to rent a VRBO with known plumbing problems. Just my opinion. It could be an amazing place if all of the deferred maintenance issues were fixed. And there are lots of them.

Had everything I needed! Loved the location! Kayaked a few times. Dolphins came by also, which was exciting. Loved waking up and looking out over the water. Beautiful sunsets!

If you want the best of three water worlds: pool, bay, and ocean - this is it! Roomy!

Great views. Saw lots of dolphins. Fishing from shore was so so. But if you canoe out to the channel was lots of trout and catfish.overall wasawesome and relaxing location.would rent again definitely thanks

We booked this house as somewhere to stay for our 10yr anniversary vow renewal. The photos looked amazing and we were super excited. Check in process was very easy- but as soon as we walked through the door we were hit with a musty mildewy smell. I messaged the host and they had their property manager contact us who flat out said there was no smell and I was lying. The husband (?) of the property manager came out- he smelled the odor but looked behind the fridge and stuff for “seafood” - it was not a food odor. There is obvious water damage and damp rid buckets everywhere. Also, the a/c is set on a governor to not go below 72° but they were not honest about it- the property mgr played dumb about why it wouldn’t go any lower. The grill area was trashed- literally, trash everywhere and utensils on the ground. The little tiki hut is in severe disrepair and the paddle boards and kayaks were in horrible condition and no paddles. Prop mgr was rude to me when I was doing laundry bc there is one set that is shared between several units and prop mgr when doing laundry after check out and felt like I was being told I couldn’t do my laundry when I needed to. It’s a cute house in a fantastic location and the pool is awesome but the property managers are just wretched. The owners live overseas and haven’t been to the property in 2 yrs- feel sorry that the management is running the house into the ground.
