We were looking for a place to stay within walking distance to the springs, some restaurants, and shopping. The house did not disappoint. They were also sweet enough to give us a gift certificate to the bakery and one of the hot spring places. They also have games and toys for kids to play with during down time.

This property was perfect, we will definitely stay here again! The proximity to town was an easy walk or very short drive. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space to enjoy family. Hot tub, balcony, yard, and porches were a bonus. Communication was great and they even left us a $25 gift certificate to the Pagosa Bakery which was amazing! We had a wonderful time at this property. It was well stocked with every thing you’d need or want. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

The property is gorgeous and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The communication with owner was quick and efficient. The location is perfect! We walked to the hot springs, dinner, the balloon fest and parks. Our 6 year old loved discovering all of the toys to play with and loved exploring the beautiful home~ We will be back! Best home we;ve stayed in!

We loved this house and we were able to walk most places in town! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. We had a hot water pipe burst in our home so this was a bit impromptu but the host made our reservation and check in process easy.

This was one of our favorite houses ever! Wonderful hot tub, huge washer & dryer, high end gas stove. The grill was great & the location was perfect for walking to town & hot springs. Rooms were extra large with lots of space for visiting. Our grand daughter loved the window nooks for reading. Thanks

This is our third spring break staying at the cottage on Lewis Street. After 10 years of vacationing at various rentals in Pagosa Springs it is by far our most favorite place to call home. The house is filled with everything you could ever need, the beds are super comfortable and the hot tub is the perfect way to end a day spent on the slopes. Location is a huge plus - we love walking downtown to grab dinner or browse all the local shops. Can’t wait till next time.

Within walking distance of the hot springs and multiple stores, quiet atmosphere, Elk came right into the middle of town and walked right past where we were staying. Instructions for the home are clearly written out and makes everything easy.

We have been coming here for probably a dozen years. When we walk in it seems like home, not a minimally furnished condo with 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 forks and 4 glasses. We find everything we need including coffee for that first morning if we have failed to make it to the store. The owners and Steph and her husband are great.

Great location and house! We were within walking distance to everything; shopping, eats, drinks and the hot springs. Beds were comfy and there were even two gates to keep our dogs off the stairs and in the laundry room. Property manager was wonderful at communication, and also left us a yummy pie from the local bakery! Thank you for the great stay!

We have a group of business men who started an annual ski trip 40 years ago. Over the years the group has changed and we now have some younger men involved. We have stayed at Lewis & 4th for about the last 10 years along with other houses owned by some in our group. The location is perfect and the house has always been spotless and well maintained. Go enjoy this wonderful place...just don't mess with our four days.

Stayed here last year and it’s the perfect spot for all things downtown Pagosa. Pretty much walk to everything, house is large and bedrooms are as well. Plenty of space for 6 adults and a kid which is what we had. Loved it and will surely book again next year

This place had an array of amenities for all ages. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for large groups. Easy check in and out process with great communication from the hosts. Definitely recommend and will stay again next time we come to pagosa springs!

My 12-year-old grandson said it best when he exclaimed "This place is awesome!" This house was definitely an amazing find for our family. The location is perfect if you want to park your vehicle and not have to get behind the wheel again. Everything in the downtown area is within walking distance, even Natural Grocer's. The house is only a block off the main street but it was surprisingly quiet and spending time out of the front porch was a lovely treat. The house was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable. The attention to detail is something that every VRBO host could learn from. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, there are extra blankets in every bedroom for chilly nights, and having a full size washer and dryer is a nice bonus that allows you to pack light if you choose. We have stayed at many different places in Pagosa, but this is by far our favorite. The house is just fabulous!
