Nice house, great location. Wonderful backyard with lots of seating and yard games.

This was perfect for our family for my son's wedding. Check in and check out processes were easy. Driveway and on street parking for free was great. We were close enough to everything to walk within 15 - 20 minutes or a 3 - 5 minute drive. 2 young children loved the large backyard to play ball and blow bubbles. Having 2 refrigerators was a plus. I would definitely consider this house for a family friendly vacation.

House had everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Stayed one week with three generations of family members. Good location, too. Easy walk to beach and shopping.

We are a group who have gathered yearly for 43 years. This year we numbered from 9 to a max of 12 during the week...There was plenty of parking for our cars along left side of driveway and in street along front of house, and Dev let us also park on the right for a portion of our stay when he did not plan to be there. Dev was there when we arrived, was pleasant to deal with and responded quickly for a slow sink drain. The house has neat features like motion sensor lighting (handy for old folks in an unfamiliar house) and Alexa voice-activated music and more. Two refrigerators a big plus! The first-floor rooms were great for our mobility-challenged friend, though wheelchair access would not have been possible. Upstairs a bit warmer than down, but that suited our group... I like it cold... others not so much... AC worked well over-all. Yard was visited by bunnies and birds which we found pleasantly entertaining. We set up a canopy for increased shade over the back yard seating area. Lots of seating for our group to sit outside and relax. Some of our party walked to the beach, but we also rented a 6 seat golf cart which Dev let us park on the lawn for charging. Location was easy-access to everywhere. Everyone agreed we enjoyed the house, and would stay again during a year when our numbers would be small enough to accomodate us. Thanks, Dev!

Amazing home for a vacation! Very functional for not eating every meal out. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood. Close to all activities. Excellent parking - both driveway and on street - never an issue. Clean.and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Would definitely return!

First time to Cape May and this worked great for our family of 11. Great location, easy walk to beach. Also mall area, small grocery store and restaurants were walkable.. House was pretty well stocked. Game room was small and they are currently doing some work there so not sure what it will be in the future. Manager responded quickly to a toilet issue and it was fixed within an hour. We would stay here again!

Great house for a group. More than enough space and is as pictured in photos. Close to downtown and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen js stocked with everything you may need snd more. A great option for those with mobility concerns- grab bars in downstairs shower and railings on 2 steps to enter. Lots of options for games and activities for the kids also! Great for the whole family!

We were pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness of this home and the amenities offered to us. Six sisters slept comfortably and the living area was large enough to gather and enjoy each other's company. We were walking distance to Washington Street mall and the beach. Great place!

The house was perfect for our 3 families to enjoy a beach weekend getaway. Clean with enough beds & crib to accommodate our entire group. Kids loved the game room & collection of beach toys. Easy walk to beach & all the attractions downtown Cape May has to offer. We’d be happy to rent again.

We had a lovely time in Cape May and this house was perfect for us. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and to town. Outdoor shower was a plus for the kids after the beach. It was convenient to have extra beach chairs provided, fridge and washer/dryer. The backyard is large with a sitting area. The decor and bathrooms are basic but fine for our purposes. The owner was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay.

We had rented this home back in 2018 and enjoyed it very much, that we booked it again this year. It was well stocked with items one would need but it does require a little TLC. The property owner Dev, I must say was right on solving the problem with the TV in the family room and when the AC gave out, he notified a repair person who immediately fixed the problem the same night!

We include three families with kids 3, 6, 10 , and 11 as well as my husband and me. There is never a quiet moment and we use the whole house. My husband does his watercolor painting in the rear room. The older boys live the game room. The adults enjoy the back seating area and their own bedrooms. Some of us do puzzles on the kitchen table or alcove. We use up the space and the well equipped kitchen. Yes, the rooms are not huge and we share two bathrooms but the outdoor shower is popular and the kids like to watch their cartoons upstairs by themselves for a short allowed time.

My family and I were very happy with the house and the location.

We had a great time staying here. Plenty of room and amenities to keep us comfortable. Would stay here again!

Wonderful property. Plenty big for 6 adults and 1 infant, although the living room area could be a little tight if accommodating more adults. Dev was very responsive via text and the vrbo app when we had questions before our stay and during the check-in process. The location of the house is great- on a quiet street, a 10 minute walk from the beach and the shops at Washington St. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Cape May at this VRBO. It had enough bedrooms to sleep our family and lots of items available for kitchen use, glasses, dishes, pots, utensils, spices, etc. The only thing I wish it would have had was beach badges to visit the beach. We were only their for 2 days and the beach was $8 to get on, and we had a small baby, so only wanted to stay an hour, so we didn't end up going.

Multiple bedrooms gave teens their own space. The living dining area seemed larger than in the pictures. Quiet yard, nice enclosed front porch for coffee. Teens were up late playing all the board games. Great spot

The location and yard, the room arrangement and spacious kitchen, the charming porch and extra kitchen counter, the bar stool snd table and game room were all used by different family members. There was just good times for us .. 2 year old to 74 year olds! I wish that there had been a little booklet explaining how to use the lighting and washer/dryer and the trash pickup. But we are already arranging how to return next summer!!

We had a lovely time at Dev’s house. Check in and out was seamless. Lots of room in the house, everything was clean, great backyard space and less than 10 min walk to beach.

A group of friends and I stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved the place. It was walking distance to downtown dining and shopping while only being a few blocks from the beach. The place itself was well stocked and clean. It had things like salt & pepper, sugar, kitchen towels, hand and dish soap, etc. They even had beach chairs and toys to take to the beach. Dev was so easy to communicate with and very responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend for a family or group of friends.

House was perfect for a quick getaway. Close enough to town we could walk. Owner was great and replied to any questions I had quickly. Nice open living room and kitchen to hang out in together.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party. Checkin and check out with the owner was very easy and the place was spacious enough for the 10 of us!

Met Dev upon arrival and he was most helpful from the get go! (Let us put coolers in the house and grab beach tags while it was being cleaned) We loved the house, plenty of room, comfortable furniture & bedrooms, and plenty of room for work & play for 6 adults & 2 young kids. Easy walk to the beach and town. Would rent again in a minute.

The upstairs shower did not seem to have warm water and there was not a a/c zone on same floor. Thus we had to keep downstairs cold in order to get cool air upstairs. The “rec room had a mildewy smell. I think used once. There area where beach toys, chairs, bar because was littered with debri and even bread.
