Great house. Very spacious. Was perfect for our family of 2 married couples and 3 other adults. We enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was very nice. We will definitely stay again if our travels take us back there.

The property is very user friendly and clean. Great community and great space for a family and friends vacation. Definitely close to magic mountain amusement park which was great. Highly recommend the property.

Perfect in every way - a wonderful visit from the UK to this splendid property that catered for everythjng and with fantastic back up from the property manager Laura. With the cooler temperatures the pool heating would have been a nice extra and would have paid for energy costs.

We’ve had an amazing time at the house. It’s very roomy with every mod con you could ask for. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and a great way to relax on a sunny afternoon. Santa Clarita is a lovely city, very relaxed with lots of eating options very close and easy access to all LA and SoCal has to offer. We’d definitely stay here again, everybody loved it.

This home was perfect for our family of 6 - 3 generations including 2 teenagers. The 4 bedrooms upstairs provided the ultimate in privacy and space for us all. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked and we ate breakfast everyday before heading out for our daily adventures. It was extremely hot during our stay and the close proximity to Magic Mountain was great for breaking up our day to come back and cool off in the refreshing pool before going back for more roller coaster fun in the afternoon. We did Universal Studios, Hollywood/Beverly Hills and Santa Monica Beach/Pier while there. The house is a great base for exploring the area. Our host, Laura, was very gracious and so easy to work with. Would highly recommend this beautiful home!

My two friends and I made a repeat trip to Magic Mountain in early June. This time, we were joined by our spouses (total of 6 people). This home was ideal in that we could spend two days at MM and our wives could venture out or choose to remain poolside. Note that we're all age 60+ and we enjoy travel, time together, and (for the guys) roller coasters. We prepared most of our meals with the help of Ralph's and Trader Joe's, which are within I believe a 3 mile radius. They're nearby. The home was very clean and had all the cooking utensils, spices, and soap you would need. Kudos to Laura and her timely responses to our questions such as, "How do we turn on the hot tub?" Steve

We took the kids to Santa Clarita for a youth hockey tournament. The house was as advertised and was a great spot for us!! Nice pool and fun game room!! Beds were comfortable. Laura was very responsive as a host!! Recommend for sure!!

We came in town to enjoy a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. The house was amazing and very accommodating. The host was very responsive and great to work with. Planning to visit again.

This house was everything and more than we could’ve asked for. Laura was an amazing host and her communication was exceptional! The pool was awesome! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

This beautiful home was spacious and extremely well-appointed. We have rented many vacation homes before and this one exceeded our expectations. They literally have thought of everything you may need. Very large bedrooms, comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, stunning views, and so much to do!! The pool and spa were fantastic and we loved the covered patio area. Ping pong table and game table kept us busy in the evening hours. 10 minute drive to Magic Mountain and a short drive to Universal Studios. Laura was amazingly helpful with her restaurant/store/activity recommendations and was super responsive to any questions we had. You will not be disappointed in this home. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here in April with our church family. It was a wonderful place for us. Places forEveryone to have privacy but well laid out so you could gather together for fellowship. We had everything we needed supplied. Kitchen, bath and pool. Beautiful view!! We were very blessed staying in this home.

My family stayed in this beautiful home for a week. We absolutely loved the place, and the property manager was quick to respond to issues or questions, dropping off items when needed. We used the BBQ, hot tub, pool and cooked various meals in the large kitchen, which had everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful house! Pictures really cannot do it any justice. It was super clean which is very important to me. My kids absolutely loved the jacuzzi! Host was quick to answer all of my questions. Awesome spring break.

Perfect home for families wanting to spend time together

This place is beautiful. It has views, a lovely pool the house was completely stocked with kitchen stuff. It was very clean and spacious. It had lots of stuff nearby. We were a lil bummed that Magic Mountain was closed due to covid. We could see it from the balcony! I guess that means we'll have to come back and stay again! 🤗�🤗�🤗�

My family really enjoyed our week at this home. The home was very clean, so spacious, amazing pool/spa, quiet upscale neighborhood, close to restaurants, etc. Laura was amazing and so helpful- she responds immediately to messages and even came over immediately when I couldn’t get the door open(user error.). This was our first VRBO experience and I’m happy to say that the bar has been set very high for our next VRBO trip! Thanks again, Laura!!

My family and I very much enjoyed our relaxing getaway in in this beautiful, comfortable home. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind. We spent our days lounging in the pool and our nights in the hot tub or just relaxing outside. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a fabulous vacation! We are very appreciative for the use of this home. It felt like home away from home. It was so wonderful to be in sunshine and float around a pool. The pool is absolutely wonderful and we used the hot tub almost every night. My husband was in Santa Clarita for work and we (myself and our three children)were able to travel with him, which wouldn't normally happen this time of year. We were thrilled to find a home in Santa Clarita. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen very well stocked. Given that restaurants are closed, we did a lot of cooking and bbq'ing. We were there for two weeks and we felt right at home. The property manager, Laura was very accommodating and communicative. We loved everything about our stay in this home!
