Amazing property! Amazing views! Amazing staff! We stayed in a large 3 br villa overlooking the golf course and ocean. Amazing! Unit showed minor wear and tear but nothing major.

Our extended family of eight all enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated villa. We loved gathering on the patio to take in the view and watch the golfers go by. The hot tub was used everyday. The resort amenities are first class, and all of the staff were very friendly and responsive to any requests we made. We recommend choosing this villa for a stay at Terranea.

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous setting! The villa was immaculate and beautifully decorated, communication with Helen outstanding, and had the added benefit of the use of Terrenea Resort. The villa’s private patio jacuzzi was perfect for a long soak after an epic Disneyland day!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and resort.

Our group of 4 adults and 4 kids fit well in the space. The bedroom setup worked well and the location of the unit is as described on the golf course. The property itself is gorgeous, but a bit isolated as it is a ~10 min drive to get to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I cannot give 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. Room was not ready for check in at 4p. After a long day of travel with kids, we were ready to get situated in our unit, which only became available around 5:30p. 2. There were many maintenance issues in the unit - microwave worked only intermittently, ice maker did not make ice, indoor fireplace did not work, wine fridge would not power on, primary suite #2 sink was clogged 3. We had to call numerous times to get someone to look at the above items, then had people in and out of the unit all week. It was only after I reached out to the owners that the Terranea really stepped up to try to resolve our issues. (Note - Helen is very responsive, and I appreciated her help!) Ultimately we received many credits from the Terranea to compensate for the above items but for the high price per night combined with all the fees, this stay missed the mark and did not meet expectations.

The Villa is beautiful. The hotel was short staffed. It would take them 30-40 mins to pick up the phone for guest services. Every restaurant was booked solid for dinner, we had to eat between 4:30 to 5:30 every day. The restaurants weren't packed but I guess there were not enough workers. The Spa pool and the nice pool overlooking the ocean were both closed. The SPA was closed. Bashi restaurant was closed M-Th. I stayed at a villa at Terrenea 2 years ago and it was so delightful, that's why we went back. The issue with the Villa was that we had ant rpoblems. They sprayed the kitchen and the master bedroom bathroom Yuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and we couldn't get rid of them. There were no trash bins in garage or outside of the unit, we had to put the trash bages outsied of our dooe. The garage opener was missing till yesterday. A new one was brought out to us but we were checking out today. Overall, we made the best of the stay and had a relaxing time. I just wanted to be honest about our stay as well.

We had a family reunion and everyone in party loved the villa. Although the villas are close to each other and there's a two bed villa above, this one felt very private with a beautiful view of the golf course. The villa is in impeccable condition and well equipped. The only thing we missed is an outdoor barbecue. Less than 5 min walk to all the resort facilities. The owner is very responsive...no matter what time of day...she responds to emails immediately! Definitely looking forward to going back!

Perfect setting for a gathering of 6 high school best friends! Private jacuzzi and spacious layout were key to our wonderful weekend together. The beds and bedding were luxurious and the unit was quiet and peaceful yet very close to all of the resort ammenities. Highly recommend to travelers with families and/or friend groups alike!

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. The unit is wonderful and the host is extremely gracious, accommodating, and timely with her replies. Terranea struggled to maintain its commitment to Covid protocols. The resort seemed to be short staffed to answer phones and monitor the spa pool to insist guests wear masks as the resort advertised. We eventually left the pool area because we felt unsafe. Phones went unanswered when we tried to order room service. We dined at Mar'sel, the staff was outstanding. Felix, our waiter, was cordial, helpful, and very accommodating. The staff working were outstanding. This villa is delightful and you won't be disappointed!

Staycation for my baby's birthday. I've stayed at Terranea a few times before but never before in a villa. Helen is very responsive and made the process very smooth.

We enjoyed a wonderful two week stay at this property. Helen was a great host, easy to work with, and very responsive leading up the trip. It made for a smooth vacation for our family and stress free. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you for hosting us.

Wonderful stay, incredibly relaxing. Beautiful views, comfortable beds. The living room flows into the kitchen and made for such quality family time over food and conversation. Cozy fireplaces, and comfort seating. A weekend to remember!

Stayed here for a family wedding. Very comfortable. Resort provided easily obtained transport to/from main building. Daily housekeeping kept us tidy and organized. Home was well-equipped. Outdoor space was on the golf course. Hot tub was nice. A small gas grill would be a nice addition. Front courtyard was pleasant for evening

Our family gathered for a weekend, to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details: from communicating with the owner to the services and team members at Terranea Resort. We dined in the villa as well as the resort and some of our party enjoyed a spectacular afternoon of golf too. It was a great balance and ambiance....the comfort of home with 5 star accommodations and service. Without hesitation, we'd do it all over again!

The home is perfectly maintained and beautifully decorated. Spacious and perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 young children. Resort services are a delightful plus - housekeeping, turndown service and 24/7 room service. Terranea is gorgeous. The view from this villa is outstanding - sweeping ocean and golf course views. We were looking for a vacation site that could accomodate our two adult children and their spouses. Three bedrooms and three baths were important, so everyone would have comfort and privacy. What we found at this Villa at Terrenea was luxury. The decor was stunning... the kitchen was full equipped, perfect for a Friday night cook-in and breakfast every morning. Though privately owned, the resort staff was accomodating and professional. The view over the golf course, of the Pacific Ocean was beautiful and serene. For three night and four days, we chatted, laughed, napped, read and toasted being together with California wine. It was a “fabulous family vacation.”

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay and are already planning a return trip. This was fabulous!
