My husband and I gathered friends and family to celebrate a milestone birthday and watch the eclipse. Loved that the property gave us all room to spread out to find privacy or to gather in small or large groups to suit everybody’s needs on the introvert-extrovert scale. Kitchen was well furnished to make dinner every night for 13 people. Loved the pool and the outdoor living spaces. We used the fire pit at night and gazed up at the stars. Natasha was very communicative ahead of our arrival. Couldn’t have asked for a better space for our needs in a beautiful and secluded location.

The house was perfect for our family reunion and we all had a spectacular time...lots of room to have privacy and also terrific spaces to be together. Everyone especially loved the pool and well-equipped game room. Natasha was kind enough to provide cribs, highchairs, toys and even a stair-gate to protect our very young grandchildren who especially loved the swing set. The setting is simply gorgeous and location perfect for nearby hiking and exploring the area. As described in other's postings, some aspect of the house were a bit warn and in need of upkeep. However, we would definitely like to plan to return

There was a power outage right before we checked in. Natasha and team did great job for our comfort stay. We are looking forward to next trip. Highly recommended!

Great place to have fun and relax.

We had our family reunion at this beautiful mansion. Host was very prompt to respond to our queries. The place very clean and had several activities to keep all age group entertained. Beautiful mountain view and plenty of outdoor space around the house as well. A/C didn’t work on 2nd floor and host couldn’t get technician to fix it during our stay. However, provided fans to all the bedrooms.

Really enjoyed hosting our family reunion at Pinnacle Villa. Very large house on a very large property. Plenty of room for everyone and the villa’s entertainment floor has plenty of options for a large group. I would recommend this place and I wound stay again.

We were a group of 8 friends from across Canada who travel frequently together around the world & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa in Sutton. Owner Natasha was very helpful & her family very kind as well. We really appreciated the entertainment facilities and used them daily. The pool was a huge bonus as were the horses next door. There is some updating that can be done but that being said, we would definitely book again. It is a one of a kind home with awesome views and so much to offer including exercise equipment, home entertainment, pool table, table tennis, poker/game card table and of course, the swimming pool, something for everyone. We would love to return in the summer and fall as the scenery is stunning. Thanks Natasha!

We rented for our young kids, who took full advantage of enjoying the pool table, foosball, ping pong and indoor pool. And that is where the value stops. Be prepared that the indoors pictured in the listing do not represent the current state of any of the rooms on the main floor, nor the kitchen. The home theatre is also not as depicted, there is no projector and by extension no screen currently, to watch a movie. In its place is a smaller smart TV with external speakers, which you would find in most homes. This hardly qualifies as a home theatre; in fact, the main floor TV by the fireplace is larger! Sadly this room is cluttered with toys and the beautiful library setting is gone. The first thing you see when entering the rental, is the missing cover on the ceiling smoke detector. It must be noted that availability of some outdoor amenities are subject to the season. The BBQ was inaccessible under deep snow and restricted by the snow-covered deck. So, the decks and their furniture are also unavailable. The firepit is a considerable distance from the house and not accessible unless you wish to spend your stay digging out a path to use it, as instructed by Natasha. A big draw for our family was the Hot Tub which was definitely listed but did not actually exist, at all! It has now surreptitiously been removed from the list of amenities. Cleanliness left much to be desired. The kitchen still displayed remnants of the previous renters, eg: the coffee pot with coffee remains, dishwasher contained left over food, and the vaunted Keurig machine was disgusting. Worst of all, someone else’s hairs were in the bedsheets in one bedroom. Since the laundry room is listed as an amenity it was sadly in no state to be used by guests. Leftover towels and dryer sheets were strewn on the floor, and there was a half-finished load of laundry still in one of the machines. While this property has a lot of potential, the rental cost does not support the actual list of amenities and quality of our stay. We recommend to anyone considering this property to ask for updated images and confirm what amenities can be used before booking.
