Great home away from home in Kailua-Kona. Our family enjoyed coming back to this great property after our daily outings. Close to shops and restaurants. Property is located within a gated community with great views and well designed improvements.

Great for a family or 3 couples, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nice pool deck (pool a little small for 6 adults) kitchen was nice space and living area, dining room nice as well. Kitchen had everything you need as well

We loved everything about this home. We were a group of five adults and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The location was great and centrally located. The home shows like a model that was professionally decorated.

The perfect property for the perfect get away. The location was ideal, far enough away from downtown to be very peaceful and close enough to be very convenient! The house is large and well stocked with an outstanding outdoor area to enjoy the view. Highly recommend staying here.

We felt like we were in our own home. This house and property was beautiful. I love all the amenities in this home. The rental company was great, and on top of everything. We fully enjoyed ourselves.

Loved the house and the property management was fantastic. Had a couple issues: had to block off the ohana because of permit issues, refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived and had some light bulbs burn out, but they were very helpful with all. The one negative I would say was that all the towels had a mildew smell... likely from sitting in the washer for too long wet. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, AC worked well, easy check in/check out. All in all we loved the house, the neighborhood, the location, the view and the friendly lizards that stopped by for a visit every night.

This was a great house to spend Spring Break. We didn't want to travel due to Covid restrictions, so we decided to stay on island and get a house in the warm Kona air. The house was perfect. Very roomy, clean, and bathrooms had enough towels - even beach towels. The home comes w/Shampoo and bar soap only. The kitchen had enough pots, etc. to prepare meals. However, the dishwasher needs to either be repaired or replaced. The racks do not roll in & out properly and it does not clean the dishes very well if you do not first clean the dishes prior to putting them in. The living room area is nice and open, but the furniture needs to be rearranged so that every seat can comfortably watch the television. No one sitting on the sofa could watch the TV comfortably - awkward position to TV. Please change this! The bedrooms were all sized enough to enjoy. I would, however, recommend that the master bath tub be anchored down and secured to floor to avoid accidents. Hopefully, you can find a tub position that can avoid the ceiling water falling on someone's head while reaching over tub to turn water on. Not a smart design. The outside guest bedroom offers a small kitchen and bathroom w/AC. A generous size bedroom that can easily fit a family of 4-5 (if allowed). Again, reconfigure the furniture, bed, with TV - awkward again! The biggest complaint I have about the home is the outdoor SPA. The heat is on from 6:15pm-7:30pm (we timed it) - THAT'S IT! The entire day the spa water is luke-warm at best. This was very disappointing especially since the pool is not heated. It would have been nice to be able to swim in pool and hop in spa to warm up. I understand that utilities are costly, but you need to come up with some heat timing throughout the day that will keep the spa at a comfortable heat setting. I'm sure it can be done and still be economical. The daily home rate should afford its guests a heated spa throughout the day and early evening. An hour is simply being CHEAP! Overall, we loved and enjoyed our time in this home and would rent again for another island staycation!

Property was great - best for 6 guests max, or the 3 bedrooms in the house. The 4th suite doesn't have AC and makes the room unusable.

We loved our 9 day stay in this home. The home is exactly like the pictures. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware. The A/C worked great. The pool and spa were so much fun!! The beautiful yard was great for the young kids to play on. I highly recommend this home!

Absolutely beautiful property. All the comforts of home. We were there for 6 nts/5 days and enjoyed every bit of it. If there wasn't an ocean or tons of activities on the island, we never would've left the house! The fabulous kitchen was loaded with the necessary tools to cook if you chose to (including a crock pot and rice cooker!) which was a huge bonus. The refrigerator is awesome. I will be on the hunt for it when I return home! VERY comfortable beds. The ohana room was very nice; no AC but we knew that when we booked so nothing I'm complaining about. We thought about picking up a portable cooler but it wasn't necessary since we were out and about all day and the nights were fine. Plenty of bathroom towel sets for the house (great bonus) along with lots of large pool towels (another great bonus). Everything was so new and clean; we didn't lack for a single thing. We rent homes/condos every year sometimes 2-3 times a year. This is definitely one to repeat when we return. We're a family that loves to play corn hole and found a set that we bought on the island. We left them behind for the next family to enjoy!!

This is an amazing property. The pictures, although beautiful, didn’t do it justice. It was centrally located to many activities, convenient to shopping and restaurants, yet quiet and private. A perfect location. The only possible improvement would be central A/C in the mother-in-law suite, as we were there during a hot week in June. We enjoyed our stay. Very big house, cool furniture, pool with seaview, comfortable beds. And there was a concierge who was great. We loved to cook and grill and eat outside. The pool and jacuzzi was great. I can highly recommend this house for vacation.

Stayed w my wife and 3 other couples - house was great!

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable throughout. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities to cook meals at home. Bathrooms have plenty of towels. Beach towels are provided along with some beach mats and umbrellas. We utilized the grill by cooking our catch of the day! We enjoyed the lanai, pool, spa, ocean view and the sunsets are AH-MAZING! 100% times better than a hotel especially with a group. Highly recommend. MIL unit could use portable A/C is only suggestion. We will definitely consider this home when we return to Kona.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The views and sunsets were gorgeous. Our group enjoyed exploring the Big Island, a couple did an ATV tour, lots of snorkeling, the Manta Rays were amazing, a day at the Volcano, and of course the beaches! We would definitely recommend this property!

The views from the back lanai were just amazing; I had not taken a vacation in many years and this house, and Island of Kona sure let me know what I had been missing. The house is beautiful with a wonderful open concept kitchen, living area, and dining area. We only had one other couple but the house could have easily handled a much larger group. The master bedroom had a tremendous 180 degree view of the ocean and included a large walk in closet along with a beautiful on suite bathroom. The house also came equipped with a wonderful BBQ which we made use of several times. We will definitely be coming back here.

This property was the perfect place for us to venture from on day trips or to rest and relax by the pool. The House: Beautifully furnished and in excellent condition. With 4 couples and 2 kids, we had plenty of space to be on our own and every one had their own bathroom. We are a foodie family and the kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans, dishes, and utensils to allow us to eat many meals at home. We took a few holiday decorations to make it festive. Our boys slept on air mattresses (which we brought) in the walk in closet and the study. The A/C was difficult to manage in all parts of the house (and none in the Ohana suite), but we were comfortable most of the time. The Location: Excellent location close to downtown Kailua and easy access to highways for other attractions. It is possible to walk down the hill through the development and access the beach, but not close enough for water activities. Local recommendations: Various farmers markets to stock up on fresh produce. TJ's BBQ in Ali'i Marketplace for amazing BBQ ribs. Annie's Island Burgers. Sam Choy's and Huggo's for drinks at sunset. Hapuna Beach was fun for the whole family. Long day trip to Volcanoes National Park is worth it! We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to this home for a future visit to the island. Still much to explore!

The grounds are really nice,particularly the backyard with a small but nice pool and a large spa.There was a multitude of seating choices including a sofa,chairs and chaise lounges,They also have a table and chairs you could eat a meal at if so desired. Of course the view from the back was spectacular! Inside the home was very well done and lacked for nothing. The only problem we had was no garage door opener but I spoke with the office and they had someone come and program a new remote. If we were to go back to Kona anytime in the future this is where I would stay.Our friends felt the same way. I usually do not write reviews for anything but am happy to do so in this case. As far as activities go we went to see the lava flow one day and ate at Merrimans on the way 's a long day but worth it.We also went to the botanical gardens in Hilo which was very nice. For a fun time go to Hugo's on the reservations so have a drink and wait until you get a table on the sand.Thet have entertainment every night and we were lucky enough to get a Great group. My wife and girlfriend went to swim with Spinner Dolfins one day and Manta Rays one evening.They really enjoyed both. If you play golf the Kona Contry Club Ocean course is a must. The views are to die for.

We were 4 couples staying here so having 4 full bathrooms was great. It is a quick 3-5 minuted drive to town. You can walk,however it is a good 30 minute walk. We felt very safe in the gated community. Kona Coast Vacations were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We would stay here again.
