t’he staff was friendly
it’s not like the pictures. it was near the road.

Excellent location. Good sized rooms. Stayed in the morning the of Feb, prices were excellent for the property. Washroom.s are huge, balconies have a pine tree view and worth every penny. Clean bedsheets and bedside lamps really helped.

Don’t trust the amenities they show in the app, they wont provide you anything.
Bottle of water was only provided on the 1st day of the stay & the rest 2 days we had to buy the water.
I had booked the room for 3 nights & when i reached at the location they had already given my room to someone else,after arguing with the owner they finally provided us with a room.
Room needs painting ₱ cleaning as it had webs all over the walls & was insects in the bed.

We had extended our stay for two more day for 18 and 19 March and same was confirmed with the staff of Feliz, but suddenly today morning they asked us to leave with no plausible explanation and details. Further when we came here we had already paid entire amount in advance through net banking. Secondly rates what we were charged too high almost rs 1500 for day, but service is very poor, no proper room service, AC won't function properly, there were bugs like cockroaches, ants and mosquitoes. further no changes of towels, bad sheet and cleaning of room everyday, including non-availability of hot water, bad net service, and frequent power cuts and cherry on the top Mr Deepak Kumar owner/partner of feliz has no manners to talk with the guests/customer. We hope next time your company will keep these key points in mind before taking any further booking for feliz through your portal as it tarnishes the image of your company as well. We were constrained to book another hotel even we were already informed them about further stay. In nut shell it is completely deficiency in service and we reserve our right to initiate strict legal action for the same. We addressing you the present mail for your kind information and record.

Very close to the beach . Very nice rooms. Comfortable bed . Clean bathroom. Very friendly staff . Navdeep and Anuj are very helpful. Exceptional service .

Great stay at feliz, nice cozy room, amazing location peaceful surrounding,, very close to arambol beach,the host has been very helpful...would definitely recommend the place even for long stays...
