Clean, wide, well-accessoried, car parking near the door, quiet, next to the bus stop for Venice, host was prompt and kind, very pleasant staying, thanks!

These are not a bad remarks, but just suggestions. I was there with my family for holidays in Venice. A microwave oven would bring this apartment to the top. Some more instructions on how to manage waste (strict sorting is active at the municipality) and how to manage the air cooling system.

We had no WIFI for the whole stay :-( that was only the downside

This apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a stay (fully equipped kitchen with spices, washing machine, wifi, free parking at the front door). The location is quiet, a playground nearby and a large green area in front of the house. The connection to Venice is great and the stop for the bus with 15min ride right outside the front door, not 5 minutes walk. Communication with our host Roxana was super friendly and accommodating and she provided us with all useful information. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and thank Roxana very much for our great stay!!!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, it is decorated to make you feel as if you're staying at home and not in a rental. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the location is perfect for visiting Venice. The bus stop is only a 2-3 minute walk away (same side of the street). The furniture is new and very comfortable.

We are full-time travelers and often see items that would make a stay (long-term) easier. None of these items are deal breakers, as we recommend the apartment and would definitely stay again. All bedroom drawers are filled with their items, there is no space for guests items No hooks for towels on back of bathroom door or one for a hand towel. We did not have a problem with water as others have mentioned. The mosquitoes are very bad, you can use the balcony during the day but that's it. Screens would be perfect, even if only on the windows to have them open after dusk. The dining room chairs are solid wood, having cushions would make them more comfortable Having a lamp near the couch would be nice to be able to sit & read (the overhead light is very bright) Change the WiFi password, it is much too long. You did apologize for this but why not just change it? It contains an easily mistaken letter, explain that "l" is a lower case L and not capital I so that guests are not typing it multiple times
