Well positioned apartment, easy access by public transport. Really good bakery on the same road. Very quiet location.

A dream location. Walking distance to many restaurants and tourist destinations.

Everything! Super location. We comfortably stayed with 4 people (my wife, our 2 kids and myself) here. I absolutely loved the balcony. A couple of metres from the apartment is a wonderful bakery. Great restaurants a couple of minutes away. Supermarket is a couple of minutes away. Easy walk to every attraction in Athens. We could park very close to the apartment. You do have to be a little lucky to get a spot that is near to the apartment. I would 100% return to this place when in Athens.

Nice small apartment with a kitchen

Location. Well, in the heart of Athens, but 10-15 min walk till nearst Metro. Hot water by a heather, prepear to wait 20 min before taking a shower. Quite noisy. No cleaning. No living space - just a bed and a tiny kitchen place.

The apartment is very lovely, clean, well equipped, everything is functional, internet works fine. The host is great, very responsive, and helpful with every question we had. Also in the apartment, there are a lot of maps and instructions for better orientation and moving through Athens. It is very close to the main tourist attractions, within walking distance. There is a nice bakery in the same building and grocery stores nearby, everything that you need to have a nice time is there. Free public parking is available in the area (it can be tricky to find a free spot in some periods of the day but you can make it).

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, you can walk to the main city attractions and Syntagma Square but you can also use a public transport which is a few minutes away. The owner is a great and available for any help you may need We arrived earlier and he provided us with the key without any problem. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with a free public parking.

Location was excellent. Apartment was nice.

Noise from outside and people entering the building. One morning farmers market preparations woke us up at 5.30am as the apartment is on first floor. Not a big deal but for some people might be issue.

Location is amazing because of proximity to Acropolis. The appartment is so much better than a hotel room because it has all the amenities including a kitchenette and a washing machine. The owner was extremely helpful and responded immediatly to any questions.

Good location in a very nice area, with everything you need around as well as nice bars. Its about a 25min walk to main attractions which we didnt mind. apartment was really really nice with everything you need for a city break. Well equiped kitchen. Very nice host, always available to help.

The location was very good, walking distance from numerous landmarks, some shops and nice cafes just a few minutes away. The apartment is very clean, the bed is large and comfortable. The check in was quite convenient.

Location very good by walking distance to Plaka with small bars and shops nearby. Apartments small, but have everything you need, clean room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, air conditioning system and kitchenette with coffee machine and first aid kit in case needed.

Very clean an comfy apartment with balkony and very well equipped kitchen (Fridge, Sandwich Maker, Coffee machine with filter or with capsule, coffee and tea for free, soap for washing the dishes, various pans, etc.) It's possible to wash your clothes but detergent is NOT INCLUDED! As a hint bring a little bit from home if you plan to wash your clothes. The apartment has a Smart TV. The location is very good because it's only 20 mins walking or 10 mins by bus (1/5/15) but far enough to be quiet during the night. You can reach the Philopappo hill in 5 mins. The neighbourhood is safe. The landlord was very nice and helped immediately when we had a problem.

The apartment and the balcony is a little bit dark because it has high houses around the little courtyard. You need to press a button for 10 mins of warm water and if it's over you need to wait a little bit before you can press again.

Wonderful little gem in the heart of the city. The apartment is quite small but there is everything, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, awesome bathroom and even a minuscule cozy balcony. Tasteful modern design. Close to the city center. Easy check in, helpful, kind host always available.

The room was great, very comfortable and had all you need. Giannis was very helpful and very responsive when we needed something. Our apartment was at the ground floor, but we had a small balcony where we could sit and have a drink. The location is perfect, in the central area of Athens, but at the same time very quiet. You have a lot of cool retaurants and bars in the area. Also, on fridays there is a fresh market organized on the street. In conclusion I would definately recommend staying here!
