Host was amazing & place is absolutley gorgous & location, you couldn't get any closer to the sea & with this part being the dog friendly part of the beach was perfect

There is nothing not to like about this property!
It is a beautiful, modern apartment. When we arrived it was stunningly clean and smelt lovely and fresh. It has all the facilities and amenities you need. Literally everything! The bathroom was filled with big, fluffy towels. All the beds were so comfortable, including the sofa bed. The private little courtyard off the main bedroom was an unexpected surprise and was perfect for sitting out, also perfect because it was secure which meant the dog couldn’t escape!
The location was just right for us as it is directly opposite a dog friendly beach.
The owners were on hand to welcome us and were so helpful-they’ve even posted back an item that was left behind!
I cannot recommend this place enough! I will definitely be returning.
I have nothing negative to say at all. There is nothing I did not like about this property.

We stayed for two nights it was quite close to the beach I'm so glad we found this little gem I would recommend it to everyone we wanted for nothing it's the best place we have stayed at in Lancashire

Paul and Louise have recently upgraded the beach pad and loved what they've done with it. 3rd time of staying and would definitely return. Apartment well specked out and very comfortable.

Love this place-we have been several times and always have a great time. Ideal for the beach for Poppy our cocker spaniel and within staggering distance of a great dog friendly pub. Give it a try you will love it.

The finish to the apartment was to a high standard and the location for the beach was excellent

Our second visit to the Pad and had a great time again. The property was ideal for both of us and Poppy the spaniel. Lovely, clean and modern property.
Located right on the beach and minutes from a great dog friendly pub. The hosts were perfect and able to accommodate a couple of requests without any problem.
Ther is nothing here to dislike as it was our second visit and we have very high standards.

Absolutely beautiful and immaculate!! Felt so relaxing and spacious , stunning location opposite the beach and only a tram/bus ride away from the many attractions.

Fabulous Little annexe for a fabulous Little holiday.
The apartment was lovely and kept spotless and smelt lovely with a nice scent..
We met Louise the host was lovely and ver helpfull and lived next door on hand if we need anything..
The sea is literally across the road
And they is a fabulous seating there to over look the sea and beach...
And it was lovely and animal friendly for our dog bobbie..
Also the venu for eating meals is a dog friendly inside and out.. is only 1 minute walk
And was lovely
Will definitely be returning again 🙂

The property was very cosy and very clean. The sea view is one of the best available on the Fylde Coast!
The owners were very friendly and welcoming and they have added all them little extra touches to make your stay stress free and more comfortable.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment, very tastefully decorated and absolutely spotless. Great communication from the hosts and had all the comforts of (a very nice) home 🙂
Really can't fault it at all. The only thing my octogenarian mother (a serial complainer) could think of was that there wasn't a biscuit barrel to keep her biscuits fresh 🤣

what an absolute gem of a place my daughter was dancing all weekend at the English championships so having 2 girls in tow needed somewhere a little special after a hard days dancing will certainly be back xx
wasn't anything to not like but I will be trying to get the suit with balcony next time xx
