The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious and everything you needed was there. You can’t beat the location. We walked to everything. It was truly centrally located. We enjoyed the view from the deck. You will not be disappointed!!

The owner didn’t return an inquiry sent thru app about property prior to our arrival. Numbers identifying parking spots ineligible-drove around one way block 8x trying to find these spots. Locked door from parking area found twice with tape covering lock mechanism, so door stayed open-no security cameras-this allowed anyone access to elevator leading to condo. Rugs in hall by elevator and inside elevator were soiled and smelly. Condo, it’s location and view were beautiful.

Perfect location in the midst of eateries, shops, and attractions. Our family wedding venue and related events were within walking distance. The living space was very spacious, bright, clean, and amply furnished. All kitchen, bath, linens, etc. were available. Big windows on east and west and slider on the deck allowed the sunrise and sunset light to filter through during the day. The host was especially accommodating and responded to queries. Secured parking was essential. We have no reservations in recommending this lovely space.

We were in town for a family wedding. There were 6 of us, all adults plenty of living space and closet space for everyone.

The location is amazing for being in the middle of everything. You literally can walk everywhere. The initial communication with the owner was clear and organized. The home is well-stocked with towels, blankets, some snacks and drinks. The price point is about right for the area and square footage. This is not a "luxury" condo. I realize that the word is subjective, but this has (as one other reviewer put it) an industrial feel. It was basically clean, but the sheets, towels, appliances, walls/woodwork (everything but the master bathroom and kitchen cabinets and countertops) are subpar. Old and well-used. The lockbox to get into the unit is awkwardly above the trash dumpster (which always smelled terrible). The hallways and elevator to the unit were dirty (though obviously not the owners fault, but once again, not "luxury"). The location is right above businesses and right on the street of bars and restaurants. Especially on the weekend, it is noisy late into the night, and the noise in the morning starts early. The patio with the "stunning waterfront view" is a smallish balcony with folding chairs with a rather small view of the ocean. It's a nice view of the busy street below, trees and a small view of the water. There was a problem during our stay. I emailed via the website and tried to contact them via phone. No response at all. Even right now, after our stay, I have not heard from them. This is my main "want" of a VRBO, and they failed miserably.

The condo was perfect. The location was fabulous. You can walk to everything downtown Newport has to offer. We loved it. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much. :-)

While I was a bit challenged by some of the technology, the place was comfortable, clean, and well supplied with the basics. We could have used linens on more of the beds upon arrival. We only prepared coffee, opting to go out to eat or get takeout. Tons of options and the Red Parrot right next door was amazing. The view from the balcony was wonderful for our traveler using a wheelchair. She could people watch all day! We would return and can recommend this condo.

My friends and I came to Newport for a few days and were blown away by this property. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Wonderful stay! Wedding venue directly across the street. Condo was strategically placed for Newport adventures. Will try to rent again for the St Patrick’s Day parade in 2024!

Great experience

The apartment was lovely and the location is absolutely fantastic- walking to everything and a fantastic view - the building the apartment is in is oddly industrial and needs updating but would stay again for sure !!

We absolutely loved the location and the 2 condos for our family wedding. We arrived and had no issues getting in by 3pm. (Key is hard to use on garage entrance.) Nice touch with the wine and snacks! The rooms were more than adequate for our 4 generations to gather in. The 3 kids loved the patio viewing of Thames St (especially the Marathon on Saturday morning). The only thing I would suggest is resupplying the bathrooms with toliet paper and tissues and bath supplies*. We ultimately found all the supplies in the linen closet, but should have been in the bathrooms. Also need more wash clothes and hand towels for bathrooms and kitchen. There were plenty of bath towels. We would highly recommend these 2 units for anyone looking to visit Newport, especially if you want a central location. 2 spots for parking for each unit was wonderful!

I can't say enough about this property. It is in a superb location; extremely spacious and stocked with everything you need for a perfect stay. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 for cleanliness is because the cleaning crew left all previous tenants laundry and I had to wash it all. The manager was made aware. Otherwise, this location is worth every penny and priced reasonably. Will definitely stay again. Great location for an adult girls trip or bachelorette party.

Lovely unit in an exceptional location! We had difficulty getting into the building due to a worn lock. Also there were strange noises in the attic over one bedroom each night. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Newport is a charming getaway!!

The location is perfect and the unit was clean. The owners could step up their game with uniformed (white) and new bedding and towels. The main bathroom could use a face-lift. I was also surprised by the hallways, exterior, and elevator in the building. That is likely not controlled by the owners but definitely an eyesore. Otherwise, our group had a great time and loved the location.

The issue we had was the air conditioning didn't work during our son's week of wedding activities. The inside temperature was typically at 84 degrees at night, even with the fans that were supplied. We didn't notice the issue the first night, and then one night after they had tried to have it repaired. That means 5 of the 7 days of our stay were impacted. The promised "modifications" to our rental fee didn't materialize either once we had left the property. The lack of AC impacted our sleep, and our ability to spend time at the property. I guarantee if the rental ad had stated that "the AC may or may not work, and we will try our best to fix problems but there are no guarantees", the property would not have been rented that week or any other week. I do understand issues happen, and that getting appropriate maintenance on the AC may be difficult at times, but very disappointed in the response from the owner and no appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, but even more the inability to properly utilize the property. I am left with writing a bad review for a property for which I ordinarily would have given a stellar rating.

The location could not have been better. It was near shops and restaurants and the cliff walk was only a mile away. The condo was clean and had a nice lay out of the rooms. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a great time in Newport! This condo is perfect for walking/bike riding to all the fun. The owners provided all the essentials from linens to laundry detergent. Thank you, we’d love to visit again soon!

Comfortable and spacious. Perfect location in Newport!

This property is centrally located and within walking distance to many things. You will love the view from the balcony! The condo was very well stocked and appointed. The only thing it could use is some more lamps in the bedrooms. But other than that it was a wonderful place to stay when visiting Newport, and we'd definitely rent it again on any return visits to the area.

Great location

This property is beautiful! The patio was our favorite place, with great views of the harbor and people watching. Coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the patio were our favorite parts of the day. Perfect walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants, as well as only one block away from a jazz festival water taxi! Elevator was a bonus, as well as the reserved covered parking. The kitchen is spectacular! Our only suggestions would be to replace the very challenging door knob lock for access to the elevator. Additionally, a lamp on each bedside table (master bedroom) would have been much appreciated. Lastly, one of the living room lamps is in need of a lightbulb. We give this beautiful condo 5 stars! Spacious and convenient with great view.

This is a fantastic property located in the center of where all the activity is. The accommodations are great and I highly recommend it

If in Newport and you will require meeting other family and friends often near the restaurants and wharf, this location could not be better. It was a wedding weekend for us and Midtown ( right across the street) turned out to be where everyone met.

Great location for easy walking to local bars and restaurants. Wedding was at Bohlin so we were vary close. Parking for two was great. Rental came nicely supplied with all the goodies including coffee and condiments. Welcome bottle of wine was nice touch.

This spot was in the perfect location to everything! The condo was spacious and the owner left us snacks and wine (much appreciated after a long drive with a baby).
