We stayed for 4 days - 5 adults and 3 young children. This was the perfect spot. The ocean was too rough for the kids so they played in the sand (with the beach toys stored at the condo) and got to swim in the pool. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas for us, as well as a cooler. The parking spot is right in front of the condo and covered too, super convenient. We loved our stay and would gladly stay here again next time we make our way to Maui.

Dave and Cathy’s home was even better than the pictures. Location is outstanding and very close to anywhere you may need to go. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating, and even checked up on us via text to make sure everything was going well. 10/10 stay, we will absolutely stay here again in the future. Fantastic property. Quiet, nice, beachfront. One of the finest places I’ve stayed. The Property managers were easy to work with and helpful. Make sure you follow the HOA rules! We left an item out overnight in the front common area and security confiscated it and charged a fine. They inforce the rules! It ensures you have a nice looking place and no noisy visitors. Just be aware.

We had a wonderful time here. The condo is in s great location, and had everything we needed. We have stayed at several condos in Puamana, and this is our new favorite. I think we spent more time on the lanai than the living room. It was great for our family of four, plus one set of grandparents.

This unit was exactly as pictured. We walked in and the ocean was right in front of us. The unit is spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities (although we couldn't find a coffee maker). We loved being able to sit out on the patio and see whales right in front of us! Also, loved that we could walk to the beach and look for shells in the morning--the beach is pretty rocky so some swim shoes are a must. Thanks!

This was the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in; perfect in every way! And I don’t say that lightly,. Outstanding location, view, accommodations…even the lighting was perfect. Well done to the designer who remodeled; you really thought of everything!!

Beautiful apartment right on the beach. Our family loved it here. We found everything about this place first class. Watching whales every day was a true highlight. We would definitely look to book again if we are lucky enough to return to Maui.

The property was as advertised. It was very well outfitted, was extremely clean and exactly what we were wanting. Once again Thank you Dave and Cathy. Another excellent , much needed vacation. Canada is back in Lahaina. :-)

The view at this property was first class!! Some tips though, do not have multiple things plugged in around the house, for example, we had 3 people using iron, blow dryer and straightener all in different rooms but yet the master bedroom and bathroom lights went out. We had to call a couple people before they finally got it figured out but they took care of it by the time we came back from dinner. It happened again but they left the closet to the circuit breaker open so we just fixed it ourselves when it happened the second time. The water pressure wasn’t very powerful but was doable. The washer and dryer are not the best especially with 8 people it’s very small. The dryer door malfunctioned because the rubber ring to the lint holder that attaches to the door did not stay on. It still drys the clothes so we did not really care about that. The bedroom set up was 2 twin in one bedroom the dresser is in the closet so it’s a tight fit. The other bedroom had a queen size bed and dresser was in the closet as well. The master bedroom was perfect other than the lights LOL. The master has a full walk in shower double sinks and full size dresser with a good sized closet. There are yoga mats in the closet on top and the master bath has a hairdryer and a handheld mirror with another makeup mirror attached to the wall. There was enough hand soap and dish soap that lasted us all week. The kitchen has everything you could ever need! Just don’t forget ziploc bags for lunch on the beach! The last bed that’s available is in the hutch under the tv. It’s a queen sized bed. There were no pillows and blankets for this bed only sheets. It was difficult to figure out how to open but I was able to contact someone quickly. If you lift the top up there are black latches that unlatch and then it pulls out. The contact people were very helpful with any issues we had and I would totally give this place 5 stars even if the lights went out a couple times LOL! We stayed in mid-July and we arrived to a beautiful looking home. When we walked in, everyone was in awe of the cleanliness and beauty of the entire home. The view was probably the best part, there were a few days where we just stayed home all day just so we could truly enjoy the house and its views. Overall a fantastic experience and my family hopes to stay here again in the near future!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beach and pools. The location in Lahaina was fantastic and served as a great home base to explore the island. The unit itself is comfortable, was clean/spotless and had great amenities. The highlight for us was the lanai where we could sit and have a peaceful breakfast listening to the waves or dinner and drinks while watching the sunset. We spent all our relaxing time here and it was the absolute best! Highly recommend!

Amazing!

Checking in and out was a breeze. The condo was beautiful with lots of room for a family of 8. Grounds and pool is very well maintained. The best part there is nothing between you and the ocean.

We stayed at this property for the second half of our family vacation. It’s a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Kitchen is fully stocked but overall house needs some attention. The master shower was not very clean, it had a bad odor and I had to spray it down with soap to get rid of the smell. The kitchen towels and bath towels were clean but smelled like mildew. The two chairs in the living room smelled like mildew. One of the small beds needs to be replaced because it’s squeaky. The first house we stayed at had beach essentials like: chairs, cooler, umbrella and boogie boards; this house didn’t have any. Overall we spent a lot of time in the patio and had a great time!

The beach is a little rocky but still has some sand to play on. This property also has air conditioning and fans that will keep you nice and comfy during your stay. Kitchen was stocked with most all cooking utensils you would need / pots/ pans/ knifes etc. The manager was quick to attend to our needs and answer questions. I would stay here again.

The condo and location was perfect for our family of 6 (husband, wife, 5 year old, 6 year old, and 2 grandmas). We’ve stayed at many resorts and private properties on Maui, but this one hit as one of our top favorites. Very private in a respectable gated community with unobstructed SPECTACULAR views and just feet away from the rolling ocean (something very hard to find near downtown). The set up on the Lanai hit all the marks with the dining area for most of our meals, the clean bbq grill for husband to play chef, chaise lounge chairs and extra seating for a book and conversation. There’s even automated drop down shades for the afternoon sun, a very sensible move! Loved the Lanai and the ambiance so much that the grandmas and I booked private massages. Something they still talk about. Kids loved the grassy area for picnics. Pictures taken from there were postcard perfect! As far as the condo, it was well appointed and well equipped with everything you needed. The kitchen is just beautiful stocked with everything imaginable and with quality set ups for dining. The upgraded bathrooms were very clean, spacious, stocked with towels and had really awesome modern shower heads! Sounds random, but it was super functional for us. Last, the location near downtown Lahaina was great, literally in the middle of all the best beaches on the island. The jogged to Front St. and back every morning was calming and scenic at the same time. The highway is just right there, making it easy to head to our next destination without any trouble or traffic. Overall, we will def plan to come back. This time we’ll bring more family to stay at one of their other rentals in Puamana Estates. Thanks again!
