Trevor was an excellent host and very responsive. The accommodations were impeccable and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the town of Lahaina. The gated community was so relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely return. Thank you Trevor !!!

Clean, modern, spacious and well located!

Thanks me of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. Trevor is very responsive and helpful with tips on the island as well. The overall property itself is great with outstanding Surf breaks. The rental property has an awesome back patio area and only a short walk to the beach. The inside has everything you need and more with high quality fit & finish. Super clean place. Amenities were great! We used all the cool beach gear and kitchen supplies. We were also visited by a family of chickens every morning while we were having breakfast in the back patio.

I am happily giving our 17 day stay at Puamana 167-4 (5) stars. The entry to the home is set up seamlessly. Coordinating with the owner to reserve this location for our stay, went well. 6 adult family members stayed at this beautiful and clean home. The location is only 200 feet from the ocean front. What added a unique addition to our stay here, was the two outdoor living spaces. One outdoor space is located just outside the master bedroom and the other lanai space is just off of the living room. Each outdoor space provided plentiful seating , which we found, clean comfortable. The kitchen was efficient with everything you need to cook a complete meal, smoothies or deserts. The vibrant blue cabinets made the space pop. I wont forget to mention the extremely comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room, which allowed for some comfortable down time. The location was great, and we found ourselves walking just a few steps to view the beautiful sunset every night. The property owner Trevor provided an open communication line and he was very helpful. We came here to stay for vacation and other family members stayed at neighboring homes within the Puamana community. Here we celebrated out daughters wedding at Merrimens just a few minutes down the road. We then were able to enjoy our vacation with close family members and friends. We would not change the reservation for this home as it served our purpose well. Our family was extremely satisfied with our stay here and definitely look forward to reserving this space again in our future.

This property is in a great location and is exceptionally maintained. The property was transitioned to a new owner "Trevor" prior to our stay. Trevor communicated effectively and quickly to ensure there were no concerns during the transition. The townhouse layout was spacious, well decorated, clean, and just perfect. I cannot overstate how happy we were with this property and location! Thank you Trevor, we had a great family vacation.

The property is secure and well maintained. Very nice unit with everything you need. We really enjoyed relaxing on both lanais when we weren’t exploring Lahaina, beaches, trails and excursions.

We stayed 5 nights here. The size of the property was perfect for husband, son, and myself. We loved having access to a grill, beach chairs, and a wagon. The neighborhood is lovely. However the next door neighbor was having all of his windows replaced. It was quite noisy, but our host compensated us for our troubles. We would love to stay here again in future.

Beautiful and spacious condo that was well equipped with everything we needed. Cavin was more than gracious and helped tremendously with our check in. We loved our spring break in this comfy home and loved riding our rented bikes into town. This location can’t be beat! Quiet except for the ocean waves. What a gem!

We love this place. It was nicely decorated, clean & provided most of what we needed to feel at home. Cavin was helpful & friendly. Community is peaceful. We stayed with our adult children (5 of us total.) Walking distance to ocean & into town. Perfect location to explore West side beaches & the countryside State Parks. 🌺Mahalo

The owner was wonderful and let us adjust our dates twice. Highly recommend. Only feedback would be to get a better cleaner which I know is tough so not the owners fault.

We traveled with another couple and this was a great location with plenty of space & amenities. We loved sitting outside and cooked many meals here! The ocean is a quick walk away (rocky shore) and we utilized the pool by the shore. We took advantage of the cooler/beach chairs/boogie boards for afternoons at different beach locations. The owner was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Cavin and Libbys beautifully decorated beach house has everything you need and more! It is very comfortable and the location is top notch as it is just steps to the beach and pool. It was very clean, nicely furnished, a great kitchen, comfy beds and complete with all amenities. Having the option of both an upper and lower lanai to hang out was awesome! We definitely will rent again and highly recommend!

Very nicely remodeled townhouse with a full kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The patio is very nicely redone, as well, with excellent lighting and comfortable seating for both relaxing and dining. The community amenities are also very nice, with three pools and beachfront access. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We had an outstanding experience all around.

My partner and I planned our Maui vacation back in July to kick back before the holiday madness. His brother and mom decided to come along, and this rental was the perfect choice. It fit all 6 of us, was affordable, and in a prime location. Cavin’s property was exactly as pictured. It was clean, tastefully decorated and had all the amenities for us to enjoy our time in Maui. We especially loved the lanai where we enjoyed our morning coffee and sunset dinners. The foliage provided some privacy without obstructing the view of the ocean. You cannot beat the picturesque view and the proximity to the water. On our second night here, we all walked to the beach entrance to take a family photo and that’s when Karlo asked the long awaited question. Thank you, Calvin, for opening your doors to us and letting us stay in your beautiful home. This was our first time in Maui as a couple, and we’re leaving this trip newly engaged. We’ll definitely be back! Mahalo.

This house was fantastic! Very clean with great amenities. This Hale has 2 large lanais giving us even more space. The Puamana grounds are very secure and sooo beautiful and well maintained. When things came up, Mr Erickson was quick to respond and take care of things…a real pleasure to deal with. We loved it so much ….we are returning next year… Mahalo Erickson Family for making our stay feel like home🌺

Condo was excellent! Great location. We spent most of our time in the dolphin pool with our kids which was nearby, and a lot of time on the lanai! My boys loved to explore the neighborhood and chase chickens a geckos. Would stay here again

Cavin's property was awesome! Great overall location and very peaceful. The condo really had everything you could think of, thanks for all the extra amenities. (Beach towels, cooler, chairs, etc) Thank you for making my birthday and our friend's anniversary trip so wonderful!

The house is spacious, seems totally new, and very well equipped. It was pristine clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and very pleasant. The local beach is great for surfers (less so for swimming) but is nice. The pools are great too. The location is terrific (3 min drive from down town Lahaina and 7-10 min from Kaanapali beach).

Wonderful property in a great location. We loved being able to walk or ride bikes into old town Lahaina. Place was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you to Cavin!

Great location at an awesome development.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Paumana. The owner was very friendly and most helpful. I would text him in regards to the condo or with a question on where he found a wall hanging. It mattered not and he was happy to entertain all questions and help in any way he could. We've stayed several places on the island between the airport and Kaanapali, but this was our favorite. Located in a quiet gated community and very close to the beach, the banyan tree and shopping. All you could ask for! We would definitely like to return here one day! Thank you for all of your help!

Great place to stay. Modern, tropical, comfortable and functional. Perfect for walking into town. Nice pool in Awesome location, next to waves. Quite except for some road noise, can't hear it inside. Pantry stocked with VRBO expected items and more. Listing accuracy is right on. Can't beat the location for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, updated hawaiian cottage. Would have loved for the Air to be on when we arrived. upstairs very hot and took a while to cool down. communication with owners was great. highly recommend to other friends
