The accommodations at this Lake House on Hayden Lake was unbelievable!!!! The pantry was so well stocked! Anything you would ever need was there!!! Having the dock was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle board and boating was a hit!!! Beach towels provided!!! Our host Alan was great answering any questions I had before and during the our vacation😊

This house was wonderful, it had everything our family needed for our week vacation. The driveway is not ideal and was a bit of a surprise to us but after the first few times it was okay. The dock is beautiful and starting/ending your day with that view was perfect.

It was one of the best stocked VRBO in terms of everything from lake toys to kitchen. Well kept and good communication with owner when need. Would highly reccommend

We had three families travelling to go to Silverwood. 6 kids who loved the bunk beds and 6 adults. It was a perfect venue to come home to each night. Stocked kitchen with a BBQ for home cooked meals. Kayaks and canoes with fishing equipment. Speakers for music. A fire pit and a fire table. And right on the lake. It was everything we needed and more. Communication was immediate. Checkin and check out was very smooth. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

This is the first time we have ever been to Hayden Lake or rented a lake house. This was a great experience from beginning to end. The house was great and located on a quiet part of the lake! The owner was very easy to work with and you could tell he wanted you to have a great time.

We had an amazing time jet skiing, fishing, bon fire and family time. This property is perfect for a luxurious indoor outdoor door experience with multiple levels for the kids to explore and the adults to have privacy. I highly recommend this location on the beautiful Hayden Lake!

We had a great time at Alan’s! He was a wonderful host and his home was perfect for us. We fished, kayaked around the cove, and lounged on the decks. It was easy to get to and not far from the city to go sightsee. I couldn’t recommend it more!

With my parents getting older, I wanted to finally invest in that special vacation that has been on my vision board for years. This was the home that exceeded my expectations. The host, Alan made our stay so special. He is genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met and it was a privilege to be a guest in his home as the good energy abounds in this home. The home was so pleasant for games and cooking breakfast with views of the lake. In the afternoons, we enjoyed getting on the lake with the kayaks, fishing poles, and stand-up paddle boards. In the evening we played host to our extended family in the area and lots of oohhs and aahs when our guests arrived and took in the grandeur and coziness of this home. Years of catching up around the s'mores pit, adult firepit and couches, and upper and lower decks. The home was very nicely appointed with higher-end appliances. This is very much worth the investment.

The lake house at Hayden was perfect! We loved our stay. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need. Alan was amazing and responded very quickly with any questions or needs we had at the house. The house is also furnished with great outdoor furniture to enjoy coffee and dinner out on the decks. We would love to stay here again

We’ve been coming to this home yearly for the past four years. We love the proximity to stores and downtown CDA, the beautiful view/swim area/decks/home, and all the amenities you have at home in a vacation house. The owner is super easy to work with and very communicative. It’s getting so popular though that you have to book a year in advance in the summer.

The house is stunning and perfect for a lake vacation. Great location and Alan made everything easy with check in. We will definitely be back!

Fully equipped lake house on a gorgeous lake in the Couer d’Alene area in Idaho. Two large decks for relaxing, entertaining, grilling, etc. can recommend and plan to return.

Perfect entertainers setup. We had a wonderful time together. The decks are setup perfectly giving ample space to spread out with fantastic views from each. Same with The wood burning fire pit stones patio. The photographer in the listing is very talented yet the it’s as pictured. The owners have stocked many personal touches you can add to change the mood, candles, Sonos move speakers etc. We will definitely visit again.

I and my family with three young children had a phenomenal weekend at the house on Hayden. Everything we could possibly want was well stocked in the beautifully appointed home. We had to tear ourselves away to explore Coeur d’Alene. It is an amazing home and Alan was phenomenal about communicating. We really appreciate that.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Lake House on Hayden! We LOVED using the fire pit and all of the outdoor seating. We were able to take the kayaks out and row around the lake which was fun too. The house itself is very cozy with many ammentities for the stay. The bunk room was quite the experience; luckily we had some spry young adults to stay in the bunks! The owner was awesome about communicating quickly. There was blue green algae at the lake when we went, but the owner communicated well with us about the situation and even offered to refund us our stay if we didn't feel comfortable staying due to the algae. The only thing that was a bit difficult was the ramp going down to the dock. Because the lake was low when we went, the ramp was very steep making it difficult for a few members of our party to access the dock. The dock has some very comfy chairs to sit in while watching the sunset, which was an added bonus for us! Overall, a wonderful weekend getaway!!! I would definitely recommend staying here! :D

Our family truly enjoyed the home! We saw many deer at night on our way home from a long, fun day at Silverwood. The view from the decks of the lake are amazing. The home was very well appointed and beautifully maintained! The WiFi was a lifesaver on this trip too! The home had all the comforts of home for our family vacation.

This is our family of four’s fourth year staying at the property. We love this house. It has everything you need, beach towels, kayaks, paddleboard, soap, cleaning supplies, laundry, etc. Comfortable, clean beds, plenty of towels, and fully stocked kitchen and bbq. The new decks are gorgeous and comfortable, new furniture to take in the breathtaking views and wildlife. Thanks again for another wonderful stay!

We had a couples weekend here with 4 couples + my 2 month old. We were SO impressed with the property — it had everything we needed. The top & lower decks are amazing to just hang out on, eat your meals, drink, play games, etc! We never wanted to leave all 3 days, and didn’t! We had all day sun exposure, watching the sun rise in the morning and was nice and cool in the evenings. The dock was awesome, there was a paddle board and kayaks, with tons of chairs .. literally anything we needed, was there! It was truly a fun, relaxing weekend at a place that felt like “home”.The communication with the owner was awesome, the welcome package was great so we all knew what to expect. Honestly we couldn’t have chosen a better place for this kind of weekend! The only tricky part is we didn’t expect how steep the driveway was, and there is NO cell service (which is actually kind of nice!), but that didn’t take away from the place. 10/10 would come back and recommend to others!

From the beginning (excellent communication) to the moment we walked out the door, everything was beautiful. We enjoyed the well appointed decor, the gorgeous outdoor areas, the ability to use kayaks & paddle boards, and the location ease to our local friends and family. Our teen/young adult boys loved the spacious downstairs living space. The queen bedroom and bunk room share a full bathroom and the boys had ample room to relax on the couch and play video games at night while we all relaxed on the decks. Perfect for family use. Loaded kitchen and ease to cook meals. Looking forward to returning already. Thank you Alan and family for sharing your lake home!
