Cool place 2 blocks from Ybor's main street (7th). A little loud on weekend nights, but that's to be expected. Convenient to the conference center with PLENTY of eateries, cigar bars, clubs within walking distance.

We had a great stay here! The property was as described and location was ideal

Humongous space with nice balcony and pool table, near lots of breweries and restaurants within walking distance. One block away from free tram. A bit noisy on weekend nights with the nearby clubs, so not for light sleepers. Check-in and out was smooth.

This worked well for our golf weekend, nice place, well equipped.

Our stay is filled with mixed feelings. The space and location was wonderful. Parking was great. However, the unit was not set up to accommodate the number of guests that can comfortably stay. The two bathrooms are in bedrooms leaving the third bedroom and trundle sleeper without a bath to use except through one of the other rooms. Other than on the balcony, there is only a kitchen table that seats four and the kitchen was not equipped well enough to handle 8 guests. The biggest issue was the entrance stairs. Access is up a narrow, steep set of exterior metal stairs. We did not have too much of an issue due to a younger group but if anyone in a group has difficulties with stairs this is NOT the place for you. Overall I give it 3 stars because it was such a good location and overall space but I doubt I would stay again. There are too many other options.

I gave this place a 3 because of the cleanest and how out dated of all equipment in this house main rest room sinks kept running d/t the sinks need 2 b replace draws n bathroom had hair and dirty the beds slept great but look up at the bed pole were very dusty the system n living room was outdated I had 2 call and have them 2 check it out cause it kept going out they came 2 check so he had 2 unplug one of the speakers so it started playing then In the kitchen were u iron u'r clothes was a old school iron board that comes out the wall the cover on it was so nasty we put a towel on it the refrigerator on the outside where u get the ice and water was nasty looking the deck was so nasty and the cover that goes on the chairs were nasty so no we didn't call them to tell them cause we felt they new from the beginning so we did the cleaning on our own don't get me wrong this is a nice condo and a great area for a partying crowd it's just they need 2 hire a professional cleaning crew 2 clean this place it shows that there cleaning crew is not professional the back door were u check in at night needs lights on the stairs and the trees wasn't cut u had 2 fight the bushes 2 go up the stairs this would b a great place if they would update and get a professional cleaning crew also never stayed in a place were they tell u if u have time put the towels n the washer with bleach most places like 2 wash the towels themselves to make sure they are clean because u can't trust everybody also if u have a large party staying make sure u bring facecloth and towels cause the don't have enough Like I said it's a good place but it could b a great place if they put the money in it because the total of amount u have 2 pay per day is not cheap.

Fantastic location, great for groups and private parking lot. We’ll worth the stay!!

Very convenient location right near the trolley, good value for the price. Lots of space, nice to sit on the balcony. There is a nightclub very close by so bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The iron stairs were a little intimidating for my 76 year old mom but the adults thought it was fun. The gated parking was a bonus.

The property and the property managers were just awesome! We look forward to staying here again!!

We had a great time staying in this house. It’s huge and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The pool table and patio were a great touch. The huge kitchen was awesome. Literally a short walk from EVERYTHING in Ybor and a quick Uber ride to nearby Tampa attractions. We had a great time

Large property with plenty of space, nice balcony, good communication with owner. Older building with character, as to be expected in Ybor. Close to the nightlife, which is convenient, but you will hear it on weekend nights...

Rental was awesome. The boys loved the stereo system, the outdoor patio, the pool table, and natural lighting (although it prevented sleeping in). But man, when you lay in bed it feels like the bed is smack dab in the middle of a nightclub until probably 3am on the weekends. The walls are super thin. If you’re a light sleeper or like to go to bed early then beware. Otherwise it was a super fun rental, with the trolley that can take you all over Tampa just a block or two away.

Both tubs were broken, and didn’t find out until we were there. Small Tv didn’t work, and large tv’s remote barely worked even after we bought batteries. Also didn’t realize their was no bathroom for the other rooms. There are 2 en suites. So you have to share a bathroom between the house. Positives were the pool table & parking lot that has a locked gate. Host was quick at communication. Disappointed in stay due to things that made the stay a hassle. We stayed 4 nights. We shouldn’t have any issues for $2300 for a stay.

The house was amazing. The check in process was super easy and efficient. Ybor is not the nicest place in Tampa to be and is a little rough.

The property was great. Awesome location in the heart of where we wanted to be. Rooms were spacious and had full facilities. Trolley is only a short walk away which allowed us to go downtown. All the members of my group mentioned how much this locations rocked.

Best rental property I've stayed in. Had everything you need, spacious and within walking distance of all you need to have a good time.

The loft property was perfect for 4 couples. It is so close to everything!! We stayed for 4 nights and attended a wedding at the aquarium. We ate at several of the places on 7th that were recommended in the welcome book. We had several other meals out on the balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had great pressure! I would definitely stay there again if I returned to Tampa with a group.

Great loft, tons of space and sleeping areas. Kitchen was big with plenty of cooking equipment to make meals at home. One issue with the A/c was fixed very quickly, Lauren was a great host. Bring a white noise machine for the night time, you're in a fun party area with a few chickens running around!

This is a great property! Super easy to book, great communication from the owner. I do think the cleaning fee is high. This loft is just as pictured online! Tons of room, nice high ceilings, great balcony and much more! We had 6 people staying and could have easily fit 3-4 more! King w/full bath, queen with full bath, room with daybed and trundle then connected room with double/queen. Is a little weird for the two other bedrooms to have to walk through the other bedrooms to a bathroom. Great couch and pool table! So few things to consider when renting...highly suggest you bring some sort of white noise machine or earplugs as the windows are thin and the weekend noise is loud. You do have to bring everything up stairs to the loft, not a big deal, but just an FYI. Does have a great washer/dryer and tons of kitchen supplies! Overall, great rental, just be aware of the night time noise. Thank you!

Great time. Fun time with friends

This location is great if you are in town to experience a little bit of everything Tampa has to offer. It can be a bit loud if your stay is through the weekend, but the reality is you are in one of the most bustling parts of town so it was expected on our part. Bring a white noise machine or ear plugs and that should take care of it. A lot of places to eat and drink and as mentioned, not too far from Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium, Bush Gardens and other fun things. I would recommend if everyone is close and don't mind walking through someones room in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

Beautiful loft just blocks off the main drag in Ybor. The space is huge, we had a group of 8 and everyone was able to sleep very comfortably. There is a nice pool table, large couch and excellent sound system. The kitchen is large and has everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The balcony is a fantastic spot to hangout and have a few drinks in the evening. The bathrooms were fantastic and there was even little hotel soaps and shampoos, a great surprise. Overall an awesome place and would not hesitate to rent again or recommend.

This property offers the best of what Ybor City has to offer with its excellent location. Spacious, clean and stylish this is a true gem in the heart of Ybor.

This was our third time we stayed at the penthouse for the Knight Parade weekend and we had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone and a fabulous balcony over 9th Avenue.

Our second time staying here and it was equally as good as the first. Great space inside and out with the balcony.

The PERFECT spot for a guys getaway weekend/bachelor project. We had 10 guys and everyone had ample sleep room. The location is insane. Just steps away from 7th ave but far back enough that you dont get too much party noise late-night. Super clean and easy to upkeep during your stay. Couldnt say enough nice things.
