Great location in River North, very close to attractions and restaurants. The room was very cozy and comfortable.

The breakfast room was extremely crowded and many of the food items and utensils ran out and weren’t replaced in a timely manner

Quite good location, kitchenette with fridge and coffee/ tea maker.
The hotel blocks a deposit on your credit card on the date of the check out, which is strange because there is no mini bar in the room. Usually deposits are taken on the check in day and released at check out. In my case the deposit, USD 140 is still not released after 24 days.
The hotel doesn’t consider number of guests while preparing breakfast - on busy days all was gone from the buffet ca. one hour before closing of the breakfast time.
There was no internet for 3 days during my stay.

It was very well situated, rooms were specious, nice decorated, bathrooms was big and comfortable.
The breakfasts were little bit poor and the same every day .

Sehr gute Lage, perfekt für Sightseeing, da man schnell an der Magnificent Mile ist und gleichzeitig etwas abseits vom Trubel. Personal war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Aún no puedo creer que en el hotel nunca nos fueron a hacer limpieza a la habitación, siempre encontrábamos la habitación como la habíamos dejado, la cama sin hacer las toallas sin cambiar, solo una vez nos cambiaron las toallas

I liked the room with a kitchen and the location
The staff was not so friendly and didn’t help. Early checkin 30’ !!! Was not possible . Rooms were not cleaned on time and as per schedule. And the last night we wanted a stove, we waited for 2 hours only to hear there was none available.

Rooms are expensive for nothing. The location was the only good part of the stay. The parking is outrageous and adds on to the cost which makes it ridiculous. For this prices for the room, parking should be reasonable or at least closer to the location.

La ubicación no era tan buena como se veía en el mapa. Para ir a las zonas turísticas debíamos tomar transporte o caminar 20 minutos mínimo

Great location. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to see. Close to the el.
Room service. The room was supposed to be serviced every other day. We arrived on Tuesday. No service on Thursday. We called the desk and explained. Were told that they would send someone up. After one half hour, we called again. Again, no one was sent. Third time was the charm. If policy is every other day service, then stick to that rule. That’s all we ask.

Die Lage war super, vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Bars und Kneipen in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Hotels. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren riesig.
Obwohl das Zimmer riesig war, war das Doppelbett sehr schmal. Im Zimmer roch es seltsam, möglicherweise kam der Geruch von der Klimaanlage. Frühstück wochentags leider nur bis 9 Uhr. Tische im Frühstücksraum wurden nicht nach jedem Gast abgewischt. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr eingeschränkt und es gab lediglich Wegwerfbesteck und -geschirr.
