Dionte greeted us and checked us in. He was very friendly and engaging. The check in was quick. He directed us to the elevators and described breakfast/pool/workout area. When he found out we were in Chicago for my son's birthday, he let my son select a couple snacks from the pantry area! Very sweet and kind! The room was perfect; plenty of room for the four of us. The location was perfect for our weekend plans - we were able to easily walk wherever we needed to go.

The pillows were not so great. That's about it!

This hotel was quite exceptional. It was very clean, the breakfast was spacious and full of options, and the staff went above and beyond. Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful, especially the concierge, woman stocking the breakfast, Arthur and another young man whose began with the letter Y. I would definitely return to this location.

Bien situé pour découvrir Chicago. Notre suite 1 chambre 2 lits Queen était très bien pour une famille de 4: bon volume, bien équipée, propre.

Les couverts en plastiques au pdj. La qualité du pdj mériterait d'être un peu améliorée

Great response times from staff. I was under the impression that the room would have a fold away bed and sofa bed from the description on the web site, but had to have the fold away bed/cot delivered at an extra charge. But their response was quick!

Breakfast was free but selection was limited. King bed was lumpy with no support. Sofa bed was horrible.
