I liked the smart tv big screen and variety of options I had a great time there

You get what you pay for…

Couldn’t sleep. There was a loud party in the lobby and construction going on till 5 in the morning. The bathroom was still kinda bitty and there were broken items in the room. The staff was very sweet and friendly though.

Nice administrator.

There was no water in the room (toilet and shower not working). Very cold, no central heating. We had to change the hotel because it is not possible to live in a room without water. The payment was not refunded for the upfront paid nights.

I was booked to stay longer but couldn’t take it.

Friendly and attentive staff, cute lobby

It was honestly pretty gross. There were bloody booger and hair on the bathroom wall. And in the eggs. And it was loud all night long with music, then construction noises at 5 AM two nights in a row.

Don’t Choose This For the Breakfast.

The staff is so sweet and helpful! The beds are comfortable. The shower was hot. The location is close to the airport. The price is great.

One of the big reasons I chose this place was the breakfast they have pictured. OMG, it is NOTHING like that. Not even close. The room was freezing and loud music until 11:30 (23:30).

Convenient and good value place to stay, with proximity to bus station and airport

Friendly Staff. Easy check in. Large room Proximity to destination next day.

don’t book it

They lied about the introduction. "There are soundproof, elevator, heating" are all fake, these was the reasons why I booked, but they don’t have it at all! There was loud music outside in the middle of the night so I couldn't sleep. and the room isn’t clean.

Lovely staff and a great value for money

Great staff, nice room, good breakfast, great value for money!

The hotel is not in the center so you have to take a cab to go and come back. Count 10 soles per day for this.

Good value for the price. Very close to airport and bus station.

Breakfast was consistent and very good. Eggs & Fruits are provided in the breakfeast. Room was very quiet and clean, perfect to rest. Staff was very friendly and helpful with taxi and restaurant recommendations.

The room smelled a lot like the sewers but that is typical of Bolivia. The smell always comes from the bathroom floor hole like any other places we stayed.

Beautiful faculty excellent customer service!!

Best service ever!!! I got sick after going to Rainbows Mountain... the receptionist volunteered to go to the pharmacy to get me some medicine.. I tried to give her extra money for a tip and she decline .. as a solo traveler I was very blessed to have her taking care of me

There is no heat in the room but the blankets are super warm ..
